The photo shows 1 of the many massage parlour inside this mall. It has many other souvenir shops for tourist. Afterall, this is located along the shopping belt. It also house McDonald's and Starbucks

Floors 4 and 5 are dedicated to computer repair services and shops. The floors are quite empty. However, I was glad to come across this A4A shop on the floor 4 where the craftsman fixed wiring of my card reader. He didn't speak English, but he knew exactly what needed to be done by just looking at the device.

Sorrowful of see the big mall and huge investment is stagnant like this. Just fist floor about 50% open. Hopeful the management find a way to grow the business.

Lots of stores. So big you will get lost. Has Mcdo, Starbucks and KFC.

Nice mall. A lot of options for tourists to check out. Bought some nice purses here. Safe and convenient access to Persons with physical challenges is guaranteed. Nice artificial turfgrass for kids to play. You should visit here .

Good place for night market at night

Practically almost a ghost town after the pandemic.. sad to say many shops are shuttered and no new players coming in. The recommended shop is one near the hotel side entrance which sells a variety of toiletries and oilment with a friendly boss. Restaurants include McDonald's and KFC and a Starbucks. Do visit the night market outside the shopping mall after 6 or 7pm. That's the time the shop vendors will shift and display their wares to sell. But just to share, the prices are a tad higher than other places if you know where to sourced or buy.

The palladium world is a nice place to visit and shop around. You have plenty of options inside and outside for shopping. Christmas time was quite crowded but also well managed and beautifully decorated.

A few tailors , clothes shops & massage places , lots of empty units .

Parking fees are not expensive. The parking lot is very empty.

Personally I wouldn't waste my time coming here as the vast majority of the shop spaces are vacant. There are several floors that are completely vacant and the stores that are open are not that great. It's a much better shopping experience across the street at Platinum. If you are looking for a massage or dance costumes there are a couple spaces offering those.

The Palladium World Shopping is located in the heart of Pratunam intersection. At the corner between New Phetchaburi Road and Ratchaprarop Road It is a center of shopping that provides retail and wholesale services. In the evening there is a night market in front of the shopping center.

The department store at the corner of Pratunam Intersection is a bit difficult to enter and exit because there is a bridge across the intersection. If you cross the bridge, you will pass the entrance and have to enter only on level ground, which is not convenient at all, but customers have trouble. It's a bit late at night. If the traffic is clear it would be better.

I just came here at night to go to the palladium night market. For the mall, the toilet is not that good :( but I tried massage in here 200 baht for my legs and it’s quite good. My massage is near the palladium door from the bridge. for the night market is also good, the price seems like pratunam maybe little higher.

Average shopping mall, limited shops, and range of retail shops. Old and run down, this mall is basic. There are many larger and new shopping malls nearby. The night market that operates on ground level outside this shopping mall is fun and worth visiting.

This place is a ghost town. Business owners come across too strong, following us to try and get us to do a massage. I agree that it felt like something apocalyptic and scary because no one is around. These business owners need to move on to a different place if they want to make a sale because there is no foot traffic here.

Plenty of fashion clothing at bargaining prices. One thing that's bad is between shops they are too crowded. Nice venture.

Because of Covid , there are no customers. The store is closed.

IMO, I find the items selling here are reasonably priced. U can bargain abit. Having shop at other places like chatuchek, platinum, popular night markets, there are some items cheaper or reasonably priced in this mall. U get to shop in peace as no crowd. There is a night market outside this mall daily too..

The Palladium World Shopping Mall in Bangkok is one of Pratunam's largest complexes

I just walked through found many retail shops were closed cause by covid 19 effect , fortunately Kerry express increase here so I sent some document by good service , Krung Thai convenience bank still remain .

Lots of crystal shops in the basement. Prices vary a lot between shops. I find some sellers very friendly and helpful. Others not so much. They don't always know the names of the stones they sell and they might quote prices 5 times higher than the next shop. Shop around and compare prices before buying!

Almost an empty shell of what it was two years back, hardly any shops open and it was sad seeing a place that was once bustling with people, noise, seems so eerily empty devoid of people. I sincerely hope that in the coming days business once again starts for them to the level it once was. KFC where you literally had to stand in long ques had just a couple of customers.

In stark contrast to the rest of what Bangkok has to offer, the palladium is ordinary. Which is why the mall is devoid of people. Especially so when Platinum is only a stone's throw away. That's Bangkok for you.

Maybe It Was Not the Right Time To Come Since It's New Year. But I Still Went There. Many Stores Are Closed , Yet Many Are Open. We Bought Many Hadycrafts, Pashminas , And Many More. Sellers Are Friendly , And Slowly Exlplain Many Things. My Kids Bought Shoes And they Are Very Good Quality

Some of the store in this mall are closed there are few were open. I like this mall because some of the items and products here are cheaper.

This wholesale/retailed clothings, bags,fashion things, electronic gadgets, mobile accessories are less crowded, not many shoppers , it's quiet , good place foe sitting relaxing with your favortes drinks at starbuck cafe or Mc Donald. Even weekends, it's less crowd there.

Small community mall connected with hotel. The is some sales going on during visit. The hotel next door was closed for COVID customer only

Interesting prayer hall with the statue of an ancient king that may people venere and pray for good luck in business and wealth.

An older mall, mostly Mom and Pop shops, many empty spaces. Great little coffee stand, Bewitched, on first floor. Standard fast food places with some smaller food and drink places outside and scattered about. Interesting outdoor market starting around 5 PM. Many massage shops. Along Ratchaprarop Rd with many vendors going toward Indra Square.

Bangkok is full of malls. Malls malls malls malls, if you like shopping, go to Bangkok! Malls malls malls malls. You ca go from mall to mall to mall to mall and never walk the street ever!

The beauty of this place is that very few people visit it. You get great deals in the whole of Pratunam. Most shop owners/attendants in Palladium talk respectfully to visitors, chiefly Indians, who shop till they drop but are scorned at by rude Thai store attendants elsewhere in Bangkok. Slowly the Thais are beginning to understand that it is only the Indians who keep their business alive and not the pampered, god-like farangs. Many shops have been shut because of Covid, lack of income and disappearance of foreign visitors. Now that restrictions are off, the place may see some activity.

Good one stop shopping mall in pratunam ...

A shopping mall adjacent to the Hotel Berkeley . So many organised shops inside and outside the mall. Specially The Night Market.

Fewer stalls than the other shopping mall in front or next to it. Lesser options. More on dresses only. When the mall closes some vendors sells their goods outside, but then again they are still the same as the other shopping mall offers .

Covid has closed most shops and stalls a shadow of its former self. Easy to park and coffee on the ground floor.

Around 11:30am today June 18, I went to R-Zen for a massage. Initially, an older lady who was my first encounter asked me what I want done. I told her head shoulder and neck massage and was told the price is 200 baht 1 hour. I agreed and we proceeded to the bed. She started massaging me for about 3 minutes and another lady came and took over the massage. This new lady immediately told me, “the price is 300 baht because I will use a better oil and I will give you a better massage. I said ok no problem. After the massage was over, I handed her 1,000 baht which I know for sure it’s 1,000 baht because that’s the only bill I have and 2x 100 baht bills and a 20 baht bill and the rest was 1000 baht in an envelope since I just exchanged currency before getting a massage. As I was digging in my purse to get the tip that I will give her, I saw the older lady pulling out 600 baht (1x 100 baht and 1x500 baht) but the lady who massaged me said something in thai that I don’t understood. I was then handed a 200 baht (2x 100baht) I looked confused for a second, maybe I thought the massage was 800 baht. The lady who massaged me immediately disappeared to the back and the older lady had a weird look on her face as I walked away. As I walked down the escalator, I counted my money and realized I really did pay 800 baht for a 1 hour massage. I recalled the massage is only supposed to be 300baht. I didn’t know what to do. After 15 minutes I went back to R-zen massage and told the older lady I gave 1,000 baht to the lady who massaged me. She then asked the lady whom I believe is in one of the massage room about my payment. They exchanged some Thai words I don’t understand. The older lady proceeded to her wallet told me she doesn’t have 1,000 baht in there and showed me a 500 baht and told me that was my money that I gave the lady who massaged me. I know they will not admit their scam. But I want them to know that I am aware what they did. I’m writing to you because I just have to let your business know that, you have people working in your building that are scammers. I will make sure people know that so that they don’t fall victim like me. It’s very unfortunate that they do that. Attached is the picture of that massage place I was in. The older lady who gave me the change of 200baht is wearing the strip. I’m not exactly sure if the lady wearing black on the left was the person who massaged me. What I know for sure is that 2 of the lady’s who worked there are scammers.
