Very bad experience, it is a disgrace that they even call this a Fashion Outlet: most shops are empty, only a few stores actually sell fashion, but not much choice and no good prices. I did not buy anything here, waste of time. Took a cab to Platinum Fashion Mall (close to Central World). You better go there for fashion.

Not what I expect at all... Through multiple websites, it was said this outlet was the best out of all, but if this is the best then others must be bad bad... Limited options to purchase and price is the same as the non-outlet shops. Today is the last day for me in Thailand and do have a flight to catch, though I could get something cheap but unfortunately not and yet it did waste me a lot of time, where I could've spent somewhere else... So to sum this up if you are planning to purchase something nice, its not the place to go, if your planning to eat also not the place to go, if you really are out of things to do then this is the last resort... Much improvements needed!

Good for cheap sports shoes, Marks n Spencers and work clothes. The sports outlet is still going well, but the jewelry and gem outlets are now spreading into the 3rd floor zone where clothing used to be sold.

TLDR; avoid, just go to close MBK mall. It seemed closed at first, also security guy who doesnt speak english showed us 🙅‍♂️ But still in front was a sign saying open every day, so we went in, looked like outlet before shutdown. Empty, few shops open, staff ignored customers. Definately regreting time spend traveling here.

This is an excellent small outlet mall. They carry many major brands as well as local products. The prices are very reduced and reasonable. Service is very good in all the stores we shopped in. We found some great deals.

This place is good if you’re looking for gemstones. They have less clothing shops and stands than stones. It seems to be regulated by the trade authority so I believe most of the stones are real

On the ground floor, there is M&S outlet. They sell British teabags at the most economical price. Basement has very good south asian hawkers. I love their chai.

Despite being named the “Bangkok Fashion Outlet” there are no nice “fashion” pieces to look at nor to purchase so If you would like to go shopping I suggest you save yourself some time by not coming here.

It's just a few clearance outlets from the Central Departmental Store (with almost full prices) inside a business center premise. Hardly you get discounts! Nothing special and few shops are empty. Confused Parking Lot and limited spots available. Banks, Family Mart, and food court (fewer selection) are available.

This place had a much more shopping joy before Covid. Lots of shops have closed down since then. Still a couple in business and maybe the busiest among them is super sport

Very underwhelming. Thousands of gem stone and general jewelry retailers and appraisers, lackluster SuperSports outlet, brasserie outlet, OfficeMate outlet, and 3rd-rate apparel I would be ashamed to show-off in the streets. You will be far better off at MBK Center next to Paragon & Discovery Center malls. Food court was delicious though, lots of Indian and Middle-Eastern (including vegetarian) cuisine for a few bucks.

Overwhelmed by the size but underwhelmed by the quality. Some good stores, some so so. If you want to spend time exploring all of this place, make sure you come in well rested and well hydrated

A niche mall that is fairly dead. One entire wing of floors is dedicated to mostly gem and jewelry stores. Only a handful of decent clothing stores. Would not recommend unless you are looking for gems or if were just in the neighborhood and looking to kill some time.

We are not sure if the mall is greatly affected by covid or just happened that we came on a Sunday, the mall was almost empty. There’s a few clothing outlet store operating, but mostly closed. Quite confused with the state of the mall.

Though I had heard a lot about it..didn't find it much exciting..got to know that they have huge discounted branded products..but I didn't find worth it, was just like another mall..nothing great about it..there was open stall area for shopping different products like bags, footwear clothes, etc. just like street market kinda on ground floor.ended up buying stuff from there for gifting purpose

Just went today 29/12/2023. The place should not be called an outlet. Went because saw it had the M & S outlet. It was a miserable small place. Few shoe shops and lots of gem jewellers, those also are not proper shops. Suggest tourist to stick to MBK etc. Didn’t take any photos.😎

Many shops are closed. If you are strolling in the silom area, maybe you can visit, otherwise you can skip.

Nothing special, many empty spaces, located in an Indian area where I didn’t expect this Outlet without Google maps. Not worth to visit. Look at MBK and surrounding area you will find many better shops

It’s not worth it. Don’t waste your time here you will be disappointed. First of all there are no brands at all only couple of mass market brands like crocs. You you wanna buy some precious stone, maybe you can visit this place.

It’s literally a “shopping mall” sleazy dudes go to. Full of sleazy shop owners here selling sleazy items. There are a million other malls I could’ve went but wasted my time here. Unbelievable.
