Love the spacious layout, space for browsing and customer service was on point when needed. Shout out to the great tall guy with specs who had been patient and kind when I was selecting items for a few friends . I will be back as the Hawaii five o bags were limited .

Really what kind of a shop is that the staffs observed the customer all the time and they are chatting and playing with each other. it’ totally unprofessional .That’s makes me so uncomfortable. At the end, I end up with the color that I felt a little regretful about buying it. I hope I could have more comfortable time to spent in the shop.

The low rating is for the shop not the brand.My favorite brand, i bought a bag for over 10,000 Thai baht and they had no shopping bag to put it in. Salesman just handed it over to me with the tag hanging. Raining hard and new bag totally wet. Good thing its tarp!! A friend said to get their store card,they didn't have that either. Not impressed with Freitag Bangkok!!! No box no bag, pretty pathetic

I'm a Freitag crazy boy since year 2000. This store is very well done,.with a tons of bags and accessories. Impossible you not find your personal little -or big- Freitag Bag!

It's a Freitag Store- which I love. But for some odd reason the shopping experience isn't as fun as other Freitag Stores I've been to.

Nov 2022: Somehow the lure of the colourful canvas tarp bags never fail to make me leave the store with a new bag on my arm. Service staff were helpful and even helped me take pictures. Good thing I brought my own recycle bag as they no longer give paper bags with the items bought.

Despite spending a substantial amount of time browsing and showing interest in several bags, no staff member approached to offer help or guidance. Instead, they seemed preoccupied with cleaning the bags and sitting on their phone. For a brand known for its quality and with bags priced between 15,000 to 20,000 baht, one would expect a higher level of customer service. Basic queries about warranty terms were met with confusion, indicating a lack of product knowledge among the staff.
