A community mall which not quite busy. Facility is new but at a below par maintenance. Nice location but limited shop. Few bank and only few restaurant. A coffee shop in front. Parking available but charged at high price without stamp.

Brand New! Nice design! Quiet! But the parking fee is pretty high for the place this empty!

Has a Thai food cafe on 1 floor, great food, all of this is 180 b. Lots of clinics and good dental place too

Good location but there is nothing much to do here. The only shops I like are Sunrise Tacos and Subway. It's good to have Tom n Toms which is open 24 hours, but I personally don't like their food and drinks. Though a lot of people hangout here I guess because of free WiFi.

A fairly small place which doesn't have a lot to offer however there are a couple of food outlets including a pizza company and a 7-Eleven store

A small little shopping area with a 7-Eleven and a pizza company and another Food Outlet but it's fairly uninviting and definitely doesn't crack up to the style and class of other malls in Bangkok

This is a cool little local mall. it's a bit small, but thats not a bad thing.

Good Eats, 7-Eleven, cowork space, Subway , Sunrise tacos, healthy Thai food , 24-hour Kabob a burger at good price, 24-hour gym, not busy. This complex is a gem in the unknot area you can take care of a lot in one location and it's not that far from the BTS and so much quieter then the chaos at Tesco area. Hopefully it doesn't get discovered by the crowds

They have a big 7-11 but quite poor retail zone.

There is my favorite hair shop ''Area J''. For Japanese hair salon in Bangkok is kind of expensive, but that salon is cheaper compared to them and has great services and technics. Once you tried, you can't be able to try another salon. I definitely go there again!

This building has leased to Jett’s Fitness and for the past 3 years they seem to have trouble fixing the AC. 3 years? What’s the problem? Jett”s Fitness should hold back payment until AC is fixed.

The Phyll is near the Onnut BTS station. It is nice and clean. There is a good food court there. The parking building is located next the mall. The vegetarian restaurant is good. The Amway is on the second floor. The owners are friendly and helpful. The mall is well maintained.

Overall it’s pretty good. Has a decent co-working space, rental offices, 24-hr fitness and “a few” restaurants. Needs more restaurants and people here.

Very chill and relaxing co-working area,you may enjoy the quiet but cool environment when you walk to underground

Not good signage for places hidden on the side. What places are there are really random so would never coincider this a destination place which is unfortunate cuz there are similarly designed places in thong lor &;ekkami that have something for everyone at their locations INCLUDING WEEKEND MARKETS
