MBK mall one of the favourite destinations for foreigners. You will get almost everything here. Copy watches, stones, gold, makeup stuffs, food , cloths, garments , show pieces, mobile and mobile accessories etc. Price are reasonable but need to bargain a lot. It is very huge so if you are planning to visit then better to plan for almost whole day.

Almost all the shops had sales on. The prices are reasonable but the quality is not the best. There are clothing, accessories, repair, furniture and a lot other shops. There also pharmacies and household goods shops. The mall was very busy because of the reasonable prices of items. Another advantage of the mall is its proximity to the train station.

Busy, unorganized and some of the vendors are very rude. The foodcourt is okay and there is plenty of space to sit. The 3rd level is mostly good deals and counterfeit clothing and bags etc. Easy to reach by public transport.

If you come to Bangkok no matter how many days there’s a pretty good chance you’ll end up here. It is what it is, a massive shopping centre in the middle of the city The shops range from all prices and fit almost all pockets. I am presuming little bargaining is needed, especially with the shops just outside. Has a vibrant food culture both on the ground floor and food court.

The shops are great. You can quiet a lot of stuffs to purchase, however the food court is not. You have to get in line to pay for some stupid ticket, then use ticket to purchase food. And a lot of times, you still have money left in your ticket and won’t be able to get refund. Kinda trash

One of the more popular mall in downtown Bangkok. The intersection and overhead passage connects the different malls together along with the metro line. Come here later in the afternoon or early evening to see the traffic and lights of the busy area.

We shopped here as we needed to pick up some things for our trip through SE Asia such as headlamps etc. We even replaced the screen on my phone for 1/3 the cost of Canada. Good place, I would recommend if you are in the need for some misc items at a reasonable price. Lots of selection. 3btraveler

Nice mall. There are lots of shops selling second hand mobile phones as well as repair shops. You can find different camera equipments available as well. Many restaurants, including halal restaurants, cafe and dessert shops are available. There is a cinema as well. (Also a shop selling branded shoes in lower price!** There are study/work tables available (I believe on the sixth floor where u can sit and rest or do some work. There is a nice pleaser room as well

Many large shopping malls. As beautiful as the exterior is on the inside, the beautiful MBK Mall attracts most tourists with huge logos in its building and is located in a corner opposite Siam Square. It is easily accessible from both BTS Siam and BTS National Stadium. There are many good clothes shops here. Even if the money runs out, there is the benefit of money exchange. Actual shops plus markets, SF cinema halls and food courts. You can spend a few hours here. I can't say the best for mobile phones, accessories and repairs. Here foreigners are cheated which takes time to understand. One of the plus side is that after shopping here, you can head over to Platinum & Palladium which is near and there's a night market nearby.

A good place to buy a lot of things. It is a large famous shopping mall in Bangkok that you can take the ฺBTS train or van to come here. Most of the things in the store are clothing and phone devices which you can walk around and enjoy. If you come to Siam with friends, there are many restaurants to sit and eat for lunch.

One of the best shopping malls in the town. This mall is at a walkable distance from the metro station and also has good connectivity with the road as well. This is a big mall and one needs around at least 3-4 hours to explore the mall. You'll find everything here and electronics accessories are available at lower cost here.

Best deals are on the second floor (not ground). Good to haggle as gets you about another 20% off. Just be aware that 90% of everything you see will be fake, with some qualities better than others so do look around.

Huge mall and lots and lots of options to shop for. Clothes, luggage, electronics, watches anything you want they have plenty of options for the same. All you need is to be able to bargain hard and best with them. Although it is pricy, good choices are available. You can also get the same outside on road side market near Pratunam.

MBK Center is a really big shopping mall in Bangkok, Thailand. It's a great place to go if you're looking for a shopping adventure! They have a lot of different stores, so you can find pretty much anything you need. They have clothes, electronics, food, and souvenirs, among other things. If you're looking for a break from shopping, they even have an arcade and a spa. I've heard that the food court is really good, with lots of different options to choose from. And the best part is that the prices are pretty reasonable, so you can shop without breaking the bank! It's definitely a great place to spend a day if you're visiting Bangkok.

Really fun mall. It’s extremely touristy and the first two floors the sellers are basically charging you retail prices for pieces that aren’t 1:1 designer… Like, you’re going to pay $60 for a fake Amiri t shirt or something. Anyway, if you just want t shirts and underwear and shoes: you can grab shoes as low as 1200 baht on the third floor, as well as some solid fake tees for 250 baht. You’re not getting insane deals, this place is more about the experience!

It's still vibrant despite post covid. Has almost everything under one roof. Advisable to walk around before buying anything. Walking distance from BTS. And yes as agreed by other reviews, prices are higher but IMO still acceptable. Worth the visit. You might get something you like expected or unexpectedly. Happy shopping y'all.

Awesome place for shopping souvenir items. They have local delicacies that are Thai and Chinese food and they are delicious and affordable. They also have an outlet for shoes that are original. But what tourists go here are the knock off products especially the clothes. They also have a food court that have affordable meals. You have to try the blood noodle soup in the food court. It delicious. The place is also very accessible.

The mall was really huge and had lots of shops to walk around. Be prepared to spend a couple of hours for serious shoppers. The prices for most items were above average and depends hugely on how well you are able to bargain and also the shop owners if they want to budge. A variety of items for children, men and women.

Is your trip to BKK ever complete without a visit to MBK? Though Bangkok may be filled with a plethora of shopping malls, MBK still has its own niche for being a bargain paradise and cheap knock offs (check out level 3). And now that they have Don Don Donki (open 24/7) things just got a whole lot better. The mall maybe showing it’s age now and doesn’t have the flash or prestige as the others, but I still love this place for its uniqueness and finding a bargain. Always good to buy footy shirts, iPhone cases, cheap souvenirs. My tip - when bargaining go straight to 50% and work from there. The eating options here are all excellent. The food court too is very good and cheap.

The best and most preferable mall to me this times. Great variety of goods with your choice of quality. The 3rd floor has most of the most preferable goods I want including watch and sport outfits. When you feel hungry the food court is just around with good food and price. Perfect location with only 3 mins walk to BTS. Also well connected to other prestigious malls. Definitely will regret if you miss this….

If you're in Bangkok for shopping, MBK Center is a good stop. You can find here 8 floors of stalls, mostly garments. Some shops have cheap items, but most of them are relatively expensive. Try to find unique shirts, they offer wholesale prices. Compared to shopping centers in Vietnam, I think MBK Center merchants have more expensive products overall. Still a good source of cheap items for gifts or souvenirs. What I didn't like was the gadgets and electronics shops. I was duped!! We bought a USB dongle, SD Card and a class A knockup Gopro. When you try the products in the store, they're all working well, but I think they found a way to replace the product without me knowing or when they were packing it. When I went home and checked my items, all of them didn't work. Too bad I was already out of the country. Just be careful when buying, because there might be some sales staff or even actual stores who intend to scam tourists.

If you haven't been to MBK, you have not been to Thailand or Bangkok! Must visit shopping Mecca just for pure indulgence. Floors full of stuff you want to bring back. Top floor has mix of everything and if you are short of time, visit there and you have tons of small mementos to bring for home for folks. All sorts of small bags, T Shirts, candles, mirrors, bottle openers, wodden vase and handicraft, cheap silk pillow covers and sarongs... You have them all. Other floors have food courts (to re-energise for more shopping) serving food from many parts of the world, banks (if you run out of cash), electronics and mobiles etc There is one area for T Shirts. Cotton, silk, polyester, all sizes, colours and all sort of messages on them. Make sure to reach before 5:00pm so that you cover important parts by the time it is closed!!!

A great place to shop for many things and souvenirs, which you can bargain. Know the prices in general, and you will be able to get some bargain. I enjoyed this place when I was much younger. There are movie theaters and concert hall too. Since COVID and lifestyle changes (ordering things more online), going shopping around lots of people is no longer a preference. If you don't like to be in a too busy or crowded environment with foreigners and locals alike, then this place is not your favorite. For myself, I don't prefer shopping there all day, as you might get too distracted from too many shops to choose from. I avoid crowded places anyway, but just go for the shops and restaurants I like or like to try. So, I minus 1 star for the crowed environment. Anyway, this is still a great place to go for shopping, dining, and lots of other things like haircut, etc. Go see for yourself!

It's one of the favourite places for foreigners as you get the first copy, or duplicate items at a cheap price. In fact you can even negotiate or bargain to get a good price. Items like jewellery, accessories, shoes, clothes, house decor, food. You name it the mall will have it

It is usual to be lost here. The escalators are in different places on each floor. Not very well planned architectural design and many empty shops are there. I walked and struggled to find my way to hotel. There are fake replica bags of designer brands. Also many souvenir shops and food court.

I felt it wasn't very cheap for people like us who already explored the cheapest markets in Bangkok. People act pricey, even while anyone serves food the courtesy isn't there(talking about all cultures here) Vegetarians, you can get a good falafel shawarma at Mr. Shawarma. Something you can eat without a single thought in your mind. For shopping found the material very old or cost of some other item very high. As am Indian I felt it was expensive.

The place is big. It reminds me of a big flea market inside. Bring cash most vendors only take cash. Everything here is negotiable. You have to remember that when shopping here. The first floor has a money exchange station. It also has a small market with interesting things and fruits. I saw a few restaurants. I recommend the Indian one. The food was great. The place is huge and everything is close together as in the vendors. I only went up to the third floor so I can only tell you what I saw on those 3 floors. The second and third floors have more stores, and places to buy gold. One of these two floors had more restaurants. I don't remember which one. You can find here shoes, luggage bags, clothing, bras, children's clothing, souvenirs, elephant pants, and much more. You can also get a manicure, a massage, and other services here. It is a place to spend the day. They also make good Thai iced tea here.

This mall is one of Bangkok's most famous shopping arenas, and is where bargain hunters or justipers go to find cheap quality goods. The mall has hundreds of small shops selling electronics, souvenirs, clothing, cosmetics, and more. In addition, many people visit this mall to look for the merchandise and good food. There is a food court and several eateries on each floor. At the entrance of the mall, there is a directory to find where to eat. MBK Center is located near the Bangkok Arts and Culture Center. Food court is great, located on GF which you can taste plenty of thai cuisines. Pros: + Plenty outlets, restaurants, even branded stores. + Good parking system. + You may find some good souvenirs with fair prices. + Restrooms are clean and hygienic. Cons: - There are also some rip-off stuffs. - Be cautious every time because this one rather busy mall where pickpocket can be happen often.

Bangkok is a city for shopping. There are many shopping malls, MBK being one such. It's huge, has multiple levels and wings. There is nothing you don't get there, right from dress, cosmetics, jewellery, food plazas with huge options, luggage, artefacts, stationery and utility things. It's located in the heart of the city, not very far from the victory monument. People often say that Pratunam mall and Platinum mall are better than MBK in terms of pricing but I consider them to be almost the same. Amole parking space is available

Not exactly my kind of shopping mall as I found it a bit chaotic after experiencing IconSiam, Siam Paragon, EmQuartier. The lower floor with the eatery had some kind of funny odour that didn’t sit well with us. However, it was crowded and full of people even if we went in the middle of the day on a weekday, I can’t imagine what it would be like during weekends or after work hours. Apparently many people like this place based on the reviews and I can understand why… There are many bargains to be had, a variety of things and food stalls (some were Michelin cited) but it wasn’t exactly that clean, some floors felt empty. There’s a cinema area on the upper floor too as well as an entertainment area, mostly for youth. There’s a whole electronics section that would appeal to customers who would like to bargain hard or get fake goods or tech products that may or may not last. This is one mall I won’t return to, especially as a tourist since time is limited and I feel that there are many better places to experience or shop in. As a tourist, I consider shopping an experience and Chatuchak is an experience and so are the other malls, even CentralwOrld is much better. If staying in Bangkok for long, this may be worth visiting but if one is staying for only a couple of weeks, best to stick to other shopping places.

Essentially this place is a giant tourist trap. The wonderful shopping experience reviews are exaggerated. I would suggest going here to just to see the place rather than buying something from here. You know what to expect by the time you are done browsing through two floors. The prices are exorbitant especially for knockoffs! I’ve heard that a lot of people go here for the cheap electronics. I suggest taking a picture of the item you want and buying it off amazon later. Definitely not worth spending money on knockoff electronics and adding excess luggage. The shopkeepers aren’t fun to deal with either. Every other shop sells the same item. If you have time to spend then walk around and see the place. Conveniently located near the BTS sky train.

MBK center is lot's of smaller shops that sell everything you need and you might need for souvenirs. All airconditioned. There is also a floor dedicated for electronics (a bit like pantip plaza but then smaller). Watch out there when buying knock off phones but regular stuff is fine I guess. Lot's of ATM machines.

Been an avid shopper here when I was a pilot and had layovers in BKK. Staff very friendly, great hairdressers, and an airplane shop where ive spend a fortune on every trip. Its a bit crowded from people around the world. Had a tattoo done there and many facial treatments, and hair cuts. 5 Stars. Right next to the metro. 2 Stations from my Hotel. Don`t remember the name, think it was national center station and to go Surasak. Will miss MBK, and hope one day to Return.

(Translated by Google) There are various shops such as souvenir shops, restaurants, movie theaters, and animate, but after all, many people visit MBK for mobile. In addition to repairing iPhones, we also have a wide selection of smartphones that are not sold in Japan. Many accessories and peripherals are also on sale. If you have what you are looking for, show it in an image. It used to have Takashimaya, but withdrew in 2021. There is talk of Don Quijote coming in next, but I feel that the atmosphere of MBK and the atmosphere of Don Quijote seem to match. The image is that it is a shopping mall where you buy cheap things, not high-class items.

It must have been a great place to but bargains but I havent visited it in its heyday. So as a newbie of MBK I found it very underwhelming and small. They are currently doing renovations (written dec 2021) to the mall and only a small part of the mall is open with vendors. Selection is very slim and I wouldn’t recommend it. If you are looking for a great selection go to the platinum mall, several floors with vendors selling all kinds of cloths and accessories. I noticed a lot of well known chain stores have a store inside the mall (food and clothing) I hope that is not the future of this mall.

  • 2/5 Abhishek V. 2 years ago on Google
A really overhyped and overrated place. Nothing special about this place. Most of the electronic shops were selling fake stuff. The clothes were really bad. Also, too crowdy because of the undeserved fame of this place Visited in 2018. So, please consider based on that.

  • 4/5 Deidre D. 2 years ago on Google
It is a good place to grab some items in a pinch as it has a lot of variety. For a mall it is quite clean but you will get lost unless you have a 6th sense of direction. Be conscious of quality when you come, and beware of the good food on the upper floor, 7th I believe. If you are coming for a cell phone, do some shopping around, the prices fluctuate for the same kind of phone and they have a LOT of variety.

Ultra popular shopping mall on the Sukhumvit, placed in the very heart of Bkk. This mall might be famous because of cheap clothes, mobile and other types of stores. Outside this mall looks better than indoors: inside it looks old and a lil grungy. Lots of people coming here to buy discounted clothes for 200 baht and up. Once again, it’s quite crowded place, lots of foreigners here for some reasons. In this mall you can find your fav unhealthy bistros like mcdonkey, kfc or Taco Bell. If you feel you a lil skinny - welcome here, mcdonkey will gladly fix it for you. Basically you can come here for devouring cheap food, not that cheap or overpriced one and after that spend your savings on cheap (or not), used or new stuff. Welcome to MBK. 🤭

It's a very happy market. You can enjoy a cup of coffee, have your lunch, enjoy a show, and do budget shopping. It's more of a "middle class" appropriate "happy and happening" shopping place. Most of the shops will ask for cash and won't accept credit cards.

It’s the OG must see indoor shopping experience in Bangkok. There are newer, bigger, and more modern malls, but they don’t have the same old school charm. If you see the whole place, it’ll take a few hours, wear good shoes.

If you come to Bangkok no matter how many days there’s a pretty good chance you’ll end up here. If not for shopping at least for the toilets. It is what it is, a massive shopping centre in the middle of the city. Where you can buy fake luxury goods along with the real stuff at normal prices. There’s plenty of restaurants Asian and Western plus a huge Don Don Donki for all things Japanese and food. Gold shops, salons, movie theaters and bowling alley. You can spend half or whole day inside.

While this is a great place to shop with most of the inside shops being the equivalent of road side stalls, do be aware that a lot of the store owners will try and coerce you to come to their stall so only approach if you are genuinely interested in purchasing something. Most stalls on each floor offer very similar or the exact same products so look out for the best price or try to bargain where possible. There is also a small street market on the outside.
