Review in June 2022 (Post - Covid) I last visited in June 2022. Krung Thong Plaza is a must - go place whenever I go to Bangkok. It is a haven for plus-size clothes going up to size 56. Prices had gone up to 350 baht per piece or 300 baht for wholesale. We have to remember that many things have increased in prices, Singapore included. Thus, I feel that the price increase at Krung Thong Plaza is fair. The variety was still very good. I would prefer to pay 300-350 baht for better quality clothes than cheaper for poorer quality ones. Two of favourite shops, Secret Garden and Pantone have closed. Secret Garden is selling their clothes at their remaining shop - Faithfulness Review in 2017 (Pre-Covid) A haven for plus-size clothes ! Even though I shopped at Krung Thong Plaza 2-3 times a year, there is always new designs and stocks. My favourite level used to be the 3rd Level. It still is but I have expanded my liking to Level 2 and 4 which is the food court level. The prices have increased slightly but they are still cheap by Singapore standard. Dress : 450 baht Top : 250-270 baht Skort/Skirt : 200 - 250 baht They are mostly wholesale prices which means that I have to bought 2 or 3 pieces to qualify for these prices. As a wholesale shopping, trying, refund or exchange are usually not allowed. However, I managed to get an exchange most of the time, minimising the waste of money. I tried out my newly - purchased clothes at the toilet. There is no proper fitting room but the toilet cubicles are clean. After shopping at Krung Thong Plaza 2-3 times a year, the staff/bosses of some boutiques can recognise me. They always give me a warm service. If you are hungry, you can dine at Krung Thong Food Court. The food here is inexpensive and good. I will post photos of my purchases at Krung Thong Plaza on another post on TA. Shopping center, many shops

Seriously recommend this place for plus size people!! This has been the best shopping experience thus far. Because every floor, close to 90% of the shops were for plus size people! There is a bridge connecting it from Platinum Fashion Mall to Krungthong Plaza. Also, the clothes are not out of date at all, you can get from basics to extravagant outfits. And any aesthetic looks! Prices were super affordable which is kinda lacking in the plus size market, so imagine my surprise, saw 100 Baht, 150 Baht, 190 Baht, 200 Baht, 250 Baht, you get the picture.

Small plaza with good deals for shopping. Can visit if you are into shopping

All the shopping malls in Bangkok are very nice, that's a known fact. But this plaza has something unique - dress for plus size people. I saw many customers, both men and women of plus size in the plaza. There are many stores and they sell lovely dresses with beautiful prints and good fabrics. There are no trial rooms so you can't try out anything. However, if you insist, some may allow it but it's very rare. Cost is reasonable. I found many local people and foreigners buying clothes there, which indicates the plaza's popularity. There's a good plaza on the top floor. They have a large menu displayed in 10/15 boards above the counters and ample sitting area.

Paradise for plus size with fashionable designs!! Similar layout as platinum mall and can get connected from platinum mall L2. Prices are more competitive than platinum mall and buy more to get greater discount. Owners are all friendly and will recommend the right size for you. Try to wear thin clothing so you can just try over your clothes. There is also a mini food court which is slightly cheaper than platinum mall.

Krung Thong Plaza located just opposite the Platnum Mall .. Krung Thong Plaza is also home for the famous Plus Size brand Fat Girls by OM located on the second floor. Fat Girls is a brand that has the best reputation Plus Size fashion. Fat Girls also have the largest selection of clothes by far, as a western with a weight of over 250 pounds I had no problems finding my size . Very important Fat Girls by OM let’s you try on ... A visit to Krung Thong and Fat Girls is a must.

All the latest fashion (almost) available across the street in platinum mall is available in XL and above sizes on a very competitive rates too. At least I personally found that all the sizes I bought for every time I’m in Thailand trusting the shop keepers have always worked for me. I love the style and the price a lot

Wholesale mall for Plus size apparel. Prices go even cheaper when you purchase more pieces. Layout is similar to Platinum Mall, many small shops packed to the brim, gave me a headache after 30 mins of walking around the area. But still good deals, for those who can survive the overwhelming offerings.

Fat Boy's and Fat Girls by OM the best place to shop for plus size clothing for both men and women. Everything is made in Thailand with quality material and tailoring. This shop is located at the Krung Thong Plaza 2nd floor 2031- 2043 .. very large selection and they allow clients to try on ... very friendly staff ...

Thank you finally a shop in Thailand that offer true plus size clothing for Big and Tall Men.. The Airlines lost my luggage and i had no clothes .. I went to many shops from MBK , Platinum Mall, Central Mall none had my size ..note I am 6'7" tall .. Fat Boys by OM thank you so much I found everything I needed .. Amazing service, friendly staff. An interesting alternative to all the other flashy touristy malls. Mostly "plus" size womens clothing shops, but the sizes do not really respond to westerns plus sizes. Most of the clothing here would be western s-l sizes. There is also a pretty cheap restaurant in the top floor.

Great place to shop for mens and women's clothing. The place has lot of options for mens and women accessories as well. Plenty of options for food just below the mall

So much has changed over the pandemic. Last trip was 3 years back and many shops had closed or vacant. Still a fav shopping area of mine cos they carry lots of plus size clothing and more has appeared over recent years. Prices are very reasonable and even more if you buy in bulk of 3 pieces and above.

Ok clothes. Avoid M-something Lady on the 4th floor. The owner is a rude man who knows NOTHING about measurements. Had a rude attitude when I just asked to LOOK at the dress. Many of the shop owners are super rude( and i dont me thai bluntness- i mean literally mean and nasty).

It's a great place for plus size ladies. You may get turn off by what seems to be assortment for older ladies but what lies in between the stores are really good buy! Caution - toilet is run down. Not much shoes or bags assortment. Limited food options. All this can be overcome by nearby malls.

A lot of clothes

There is a variety of products, but except for a few, the quality is not good. There is a shoe store, and when I asked the price of a pair of slippers, they quoted 1,400 baht.

I don’t have any photos of the mall, so this one is just opposite to Platinum mall. And it has heaps of clothes for plus size people, I bet you will have a good laugh reading the name of the shops. Also they accept just cash in most shops. I guess you can get clothes in bulk too.

Very small compared to platinum .. but if you are looking for good wholesale deals it’s a good option, not so much for few pieces of clothes..

Krungthong Plaza is a cross a street from Platinum Fashion Mall. The building is smaller and less fashionable clothes, but the price is cheaper, and you can bargain more than Platinum. There is a footbridge between them and very convenient.

A place which sells plus size clothes.

Great place for your shopping spree. However you are not allowed to try the clothes. The price is very much cheaper if you buy 3 pcs at one go. Some shops allowed you to mix d pattern so long same price. You might bump to those who would just ignore you totally with a sentence, 'no hep' especially d floor dat selling jeans material.

There is a lot of clothes for plus size ladies! The price is affordable! Do purchase it in bulks because if you buy more than 2-3 pieces, they will give you wholesale price. It is so worth it!

This is a wholesale shop. You can't try on what you intend to buy and you only get good prices if you are able to negotiate. Since I am not a professional buyer I am not the one to recommend this place. The whole area has literally thousands of traders. If you intend to buy quantities of clothing this area is definitely a place to go. Kung Thong Plaza is pleasant as it's air-conditioned and connected to a footbridge to Platinum Plaza. If you are a tourist and if you don't speak Thai you are well advised to buy where you can try on.. Else enjoy the views and the busy area...

Good place for shopping. Whole sale as well as retail. Quality textile products can be found here. Unfortunately many products were Chinese. Upper level you can find a food court. Very nice food for a reasonable price. Food issue only for voucher card. Voucher counter location in the center. Anyone can easily find. Helpful staff too. I had delicious Thai food in this food court.

I saw signs that there was a food court at this place. It is on the 4th floor. It's a relatively small food court. Payment is done via a prepaid card system. Purchase a card with the value you want and then go to a vendor and buy your food. Selection is ok. Only ate at one stall. Food was decent but nothing that would bring me back. Good prices though.
