So my friend & I had an interesting experience here. We are both raw vegan & super excited about visiting Rasayana. The food we had individually was pretty tasty & def worth trying. My friend, however, is HIGHLY allergic to cashews & is always hesitant when eating at a raw food place (seeing as cashews are commonly used). A lot of the menu had cashews listed in the ingredients, which was cool... But then it turns out there are a lot of things that have cashews but weren't specified. So we expected the "pumpkin pie" to be cashew free- BUT my friend had a really bad allergic reaction. We found out later that the white cream on top wasn't "coconut cream" but cashew. Very disappointed by this. No refund or anything. I am really sad to give a poor rating, but I feel it is irresponsible not to list ALL ingredients put in a dish. A tree nut allergy is not uncommon. I would advise the owner to revise the menu accordingly. Besides this, we had a pleasant experience...

Absolutely one of the best Raw Food Cafes my son and I have ever been too. We searched this on google before we went to Bangkok and tried to stay somewhere close. We went as often as we could and not one thing disappointed.We also went to the same Cafe in Patong which was likewise good but not as great on the treats as this one in Bangkok.Their Tiramisu is incredible!

We were so happy to learn about the existence of a raw vegan restaurant in Bangkok and very excited to go there and try some of their dishes. The place is cute but compared to the food maybe a bit underwhelming. The food was amazing though. From salads, to pasta, pizza and cakes – everything was absolutely delicious. Personally, I wish that their dishes would be salt free and that guests could add salt if they feel the need to do so. But other than that we were super happy and can't recommend this lovely little gem enough!

Whenever I am in Bangkok, I have to stop by here. I always love wheat free and refined sugar free vegan restaurants. Their dishes are always a treat to me. And all of this package is located in a quiet side road (soi) in a nice garden setting. You want to wear long clothing to keep the mosquitos away - or get drenched in coconut oil. They also help you out with a natural mosquito repellent spray in case you forgot 😊. I just love this place and it's tasty raw vegan food.

Incredible raw vegan food! 🙌 Very fresh, flavorful and light at the same time. I ordered nutball marinara and Caesar salad. Both delicious! I tried tiramisu as well. Best I ever had! And I’m not a fan of raw vegan desserts generally 😄 The place is beautiful, the staff is very kind and welcoming, and the prices are very affordable. And they have a spa, which I can’t wait to go to!

I tried better raw cakes in Da Nang, Vietnam. I was not impressed and it's not worth 200 bath. The staff also doesn't speak good English.

Blissful little spot to come relax, write, read... And eat wonderfully healthy food. Felt like a mini-vacation in the city.

First raw Cafe I've found in Bangkok, ordered delivery twice from here and have now tried: mushroom burger, vegan meatloaf, carbonara, carrot cake, and strawberry cashew cheesecake. Not bad at all! Although the zucchini pasta carbonara did taste better when heated. The carrot cake tasted good as a desert in its own right but don't expect carrot cake. The strawberry Cheesecake did resemble a good Cheesecake.

If you appreciate good quality organic raw vegan food in central Bangkok then this is the place to go! No dairy, wheat or soya which is amazing! Great selection of raw deserts and food. The tacos and tiramisu was so delicious. Price is reasonable. A calm ‘alfresco’ style cafe which is right next to their spa. Top marks.

The place is very calming and their shakes are so good!

Their Acai bowl will bring you to an island getaway. Their food is just awesome. Must try: Nachos, Acai Bowls, Smoothies and their salads! Staffs are super friendly too.

Really great food at great prices for vegan food in BKK. I got the raw pizza one day, very interesting but yummy.

Very peaceful little getaway from the main street’s hustle and bustle. Lots of quality raw vegan food to select from. Mainly sweets and their must try is the smoothie bowls (HUGE!) & their herbal coffee replacement (try the latte please cos their almond milk/cream is divine!).

Absolutely delicious and everytime I come to Bangkok I want to go here. Not only for the food, but infrared sauna and massage. They also have a very good colonic cleansing.
