This
elegant
and
spacious
restaurant
offers
a
variety
of
Cantonese
and
Sichuan
dishes,
as
well
as
dim
sum
and
seafood.
The
service
is
attentive
and
professional,
and
the
atmosphere
is
cozy
and
relaxing.
I
went
there
for
lunch
with
my
family
and
ordered
the
Peking
duck,
which
is
one
of
their
signature
dishes.
The
duck
was
carved
tableside
and
served
with
thin
pancakes,
scallions,
cucumbers,
and
hoisin
sauce.
The
skin
was
crispy
and
flavorful,
and
the
meat
was
tender
and
smooth.
The
pancakes
were
soft
and
thin,
and
the
sauce
was
sweet
and
tangy.
It
was
a
perfect
combination
of
textures
and
flavors.
The
portion
was
generous
and
enough
for
four
people.
The
price
was
reasonable
for
the
quality
and
quantity.
We
also
ordered
some
other
dishes,
such
as
the
steamed
scallops
with
glass
noodles,
the
fried
rice
with
crab
meat,
and
the
braised
kaofu
with
mushrooms.
They
were
all
tasty
and
well-prepared,
but
the
Peking
duck
was
definitely
the
highlight
of
the
meal.
We
also
enjoyed
some
jasmine
tea
and
fresh
fruits
for
dessert.
I
would
rate
this
restaurant
and
the
Peking
duck
4.5
out
of
5
stars.
The
only
minor
drawback
was
that
the
restaurant
was
quite
busy
and
noisy,
so
it
was
not
very
suitable
for
a
quiet
conversation.
However,
this
did
not
affect
our
enjoyment
of
the
food
and
the
service.
I
would
highly
recommend
this
restaurant
and
the
Peking
duck
to
anyone
who
loves
Chinese
cuisine
and
wants
to
treat
themselves
to
a
special
meal.
