If I feel like German food Guido‘s place is my choice. Honestly I’m not the biggest fan of German food. But compared to the other German restaurants in Bkk: this one stands out. Everything I tried so far was really good. The owner is super nice. He is absolutely passionate about his food and his customers. G’s seems to have a lot of regulars. Beer selection - as suspected - is very good. But also the wine selection is nice. I had the Grüner Veltliner. Nice wine.

Superb. Spent an amazing few hours here enjoying German bier, Italian Liqueuer and superb German food. I had earmarked this place to visit and finally got to do that - and I wasn’t disappointed. Greeted at the door by the manager who retained friendly chat and advice in perfect proportion with us throughout the night. All other staff were also excellent. Food was generous in portion size and reasonably priced. Only a stones throw from Sala Deng station (Exits 1/2). Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Well worth a visit, it deserves your patronage and I’ll certainly be returning soon. Very well done guys. The fried potatoes with bacon and sauerkraut made for an exquisite pairing… so did the two whiskeys I had with the meal.

Had 2 different soups as starter which was very nice and tasty Main course a shared platter with snitzel and sausages which was so so ( very dry both meat and sausages) Food and beer prices in the very high end compared to quality and Bangkok Service was great but also to fast we almost didn’t finish our starter before main course came and I was almost only half way on my beer before they asking so you want a new beer and I was still eating when the came and want to take out from the table. I do understand the restaurant want turn around of customers but from we came till we was out was 45 min Prices was included service charge but when you pay there is a big note that they like to have tips hmmmm ( personally I don’t like that way)

Honestly the best German Cuisine I have had outside of Germany. The Jaeger Schnitzel was transcendent and the beer selection was extraordinary and yet affordable. I visited twice in two days and I Intend to take many trips back to Bangkok for this gem. The staff and the Owner take the experience over the top, they are attentive and welcoming professionals that work tirelessly to ensure that your experience is memorable if not perfect. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment and its amazing staff.
