Highly recommended Tom Sap Nuea (Spicy beef soup) and not bad for other menus.

I have been a big fan of this restaurant for many years. I lived on Rangnam for quite a while, and we went here weekly. When I think of isaan food, there are (were) a few dishes here that always bring back fond memories. Tom Sap Nuea and Laap Phed for example. Alas,no more. If you are not Thai you will get food with absolutely no chili or flavor. If you are with a Thai, it will still be great (I assume as the place is packed with Thais). If the owners are reading this, serve the same food to everyone, including farang, and will get the 5 stars you (could) deserve.

The food is great. I ordered som tam kor muyang (papaya salad with grilled pork) and sticky rice. The service is also great.

Papaya salad was below standard. Pork spicy soup was tasteless. This restaurant might be ok for foreigners but not Thai.

We ordered 3 menus on Oct 4, 2023: 1. Fried Chicken (9/10) * this is very delicious. Juicy chicken meat and the flavor very rich. Very crispy too. This is a must try! But we did need to wait about 15-20mins to have this menu ready. 2. Duck Beak Fried (7.5/10) Wanted to try the regular Fried duck but they dont have. The taste is the same like fried chicken, but because of the anatomy of the beak, the "meaty" part is very few. So a bit effort to eat. 3. Papaya salad with shrimp (no rating 🤣) I cant comment much. But i would not recommend to order this menu. The taste could be much much better. I couldnt taste savoury / other taste. It really can be much much better for my taste ✌️ These 3 menus + rice + water = 325 Baht. I think it's a bit too pricey ✌️
