Exceptional
Breakfast
and
Staff,
struggles
with
hardware.
Location
is
perfect,
walking
distance
to
BTS
station.
Staff
at
check
in
and
restaurant
are
very
attentive
and
nice
Breakfast
was
fantastic
and
one
of
the
best
I’ve
had.
Not
only
they
have
huge
buffet,
they
also
had
a
menu
for
other
items.
But
the
quality
of
the
food
on
the
menu
kinda
dipped
on
our
last
few
days
of
stay
which
I
would
assume
was
due
to
the
buffet
being
more
crowded.
We
had
our
first
dinner
in
Bangkok
at
the
Spice
Market,
which
the
food
quality
was
pretty
good
and
price
was
affordable
considering
the
class
of
this
hotel.
However,
charging
a
small
bottle
of
mineral
water
for
130
Baht
is
something
to
bare
in
mind.
The
server
asked
us
if
we
wanted
still
or
sparkling
water
and
offering
size
of
small
or
large,
so
we
chose
still
and
small
which
was
less
than
500ml
(knowing
we
probably
have
to
pay
for
it).
The
brand
is
just
a
local
water
brand
which
you
can
buy
anywhere
in
supermarket
for
less
than
20
baht,
which
is
ridiculous.
Room
was
pretty
spacious
and
well
maintained
considering
the
history
of
the
hotel.
But
the
sink
certainly
need
some
work
as
it
drains
pretty
poorly.
The
staff
at
the
swimming
pool
was
very
helpful,
he
helped
me
to
setup
my
seat
and
offered
me
a
glass
of
iced
water.
But
the
pool
itself
was
pretty
small.
Gym
was
also
mediocre
considering
this
is
a
5
star
Hotel.
Overall,
this
hotel
is
satisfactory
and
we
enjoyed
our
stay.
But
mostly
because
of
their
service
and
I
got
a
pretty
good
deal.
If
I
booked
this
hotel
with
it’s
full
price,
I
probably
will
be
quite
disappointed
considering
many
5
star
hotels
in
Bangkok
offer
much
better
hardware
and
are
also
newer.
