This was my first time ordering because I got a recommendation from a friend. I was having a hard time finding beef liver and Em referred me here. The ordering process was seamless and they have many options. Wonderful to throw a first customer credit! I loved the liver and made a dish from home and the flavor was fantastic as I used their Himalayan salt as well. The only wrinkle I had was that the package wasn’t delivered at my door step, it would have been great to be made aware of that. I was away from home at the time but am quite surprised the ice could hold so well. So one doesn’t have to worry that they will find much defrosting. I will definitely be ordering again for my freezer essentials.

Delicious food and amazing service. The support team is so sweet and very quick to response to whatever issues I had (I had to suddenly change delivery date due to personal reason etc) The fresh meal is so good I never wanna cook for myself ever again. Even the frozen ready meal are amazing, It doesn't feel like it was even frozen. 5th order from here this time, I will keep ordering. My Favourite online grocery store.

Absolutely love Paleo Robbie deliveries. I live far from Bangkok but get fresh food delivered frozen at least once a week. This is the best I have eaten in my 13 years living in Thailand.

I highly recommend, I ordered ribeye steaks and beef chuck, frozen. It came in a good package 📦 with ice. I cooked the ribeyes steaks and the beef chuck recently, it was so delicious. For beef I will stick to this shop for sure.

First time order Paleo Robbie. Fast delivery. Food is fresh, clean, and healthy. I like chips with guacamole the most. Very testy guacamole. I will try other menu next time.

Lack of professionalism in the sale of duck eggs and lack of documentation regarding the date of egg production. Only after filing a complaint do they find out when the eggs were produced and they sell the eggs without prior access to production documentation. Two very bad eggs.

I've been fortunate to watch this company grow and mature since it started. Not only do they provide Bangkok with excellent food and groceries, but they have become e-commerce experts. It's rare to see an independently run business put this much attention and detail into the customer journey. Their website is a pleasure to use and the shopping experience keeps me coming back. The food here is great. Nothing to complain about. Really a 10/10. In contrast, the stock management really sucks. You can only order 7 days ahead. Been trying to order the frozen meals I want since last Saturday. It's getting worse every day. Now I am late and through my stock. This problem has been going on since I have been a customer of this company. And not 1 specific dish but at the time of writing, 8 popular frozen meals are sold out. Several times ordered from a competitor because I can't manage to get what I want, very unfortunate because Paleo Robbie's food is the best available in Thailand.

I've been SO impressed with the quality of food and service I've received from Paleo Robbie over the last few months. I even made a mistake with my default address, and customer service went out of their way to reschedule my order! The food is delicious and made with high quality ingredients, I honestly can't get enough!

Very yummy ice cream and food is tasty and fresh. Comes in a hard sealed box with dried ice! I recommend to many of my friends. Trustworthy groceries with enough portion. Maybe little bit expensive than normal local mart but still highly recommend since they contain less preservatives and free from harmful ingredients!!

My first order was delivered yesterday and didn’t disappoint. Arrived fully frozen in cold box which was a relief living a couple of hours outside of BKK. Ribeye steak tasted great, ground beef and bacon too. Products clearly of a high quality and prices very reasonable in comparison to what is charged for the equivalent in supermarkets. Customer service was also 10/10, with questions being answered quickly and my delivery being pushed forward to an earlier date than originally allocated. Great experience with Paleo Robbie -highly recommended.

So happy I found this online grocery store! The quality of every single item is superb! I recommend every single one of their bone broths. I can’t believe they have phở bone broth!!!! 😋 They make eating nutrient dense food so much easier👍🏼 The liver is delicious by the way. I had it as a parfait and I also bought the uncooked to make in a curry. Did I mention that their Chile con carne is giving me throwbacks to my mom’s which we call “picadillo”. This is my second time ordering and I can’t wait to order again!

„Welcome to the tribe“ said the card in the box. An YES - we don’t want to leave again! :D We are still amazed that they delivered even to us here far up in the North (Lampang). The delivery was fast and on time. The meat was completely frozen (dry ice 💪🏼), packaging was very well done (see pictures) and the quality of the products was fantastic. The meat is just… 🤩🤤 ...you know, it is one of those things that you have to experience. Just go, order and enjoy. We will order again. Actually, we are right now filling our virtual cart for Christmas. Go for it guys (and ladies) - there will be no regrets! 😄

Love them! My primary source for my Paleo diet and I can just order their meals if I don't want to cook. They have wild caught fish and their customer support is just superb! Had an issue with their website once and they fixed it right away.
