At first, I intended to order “Uni&Otoro Shokupan” but they don’t serve this menu anymore, kinda sad 😞. Overall is pretty good for my first time here. Will definitely come back to try another menu!

My favourite dish here is the burned salmon that they come with the smell of burnt straw and it's awesome. Other grilled dishes are superb. The raw shrimp bowl is amazing as well - the shrimp itself is very sweet. We parked at the place around the corner of the alley where the restaurant is located. Need to pay 40 baht per hour. Don't forget to ask them whether they have any promotion with LINE. We often get some free side dished from there.

What a fantastic place for friends to hang out, share a meal and most importantly, enjoying a few drinks together. The place is packed right, and the vibe is energetic to put it mildly. Their signature dishes are stuff grilled in hay fire. We tried tuna and chicken prepared this way. Japanese claypot rice with beef was fantastic. Surprisingly good was crab roe grilled in its shell. I wouldn't have thought it good. Luckily a friend loved this and ordered it, so I have it a try. Yummm Their staff had little touch that made the experience a really pleasant one, such as a welcoming card with our name on it, a thank you message written on a plate when we paid the bill. We will be back for sure!

A well known izakaya place with many branches all around Bangkok. The place offered many izakaya style dishes with a speciality in ricebowl of different toppings with specialised egg yolk. For me this place has been my go to Japanese place, but I haven’t been here since covid started. The lunch menu is abit disappointing as the menu is really limited. However, the lunch set menu is great with nice portion and price. The service is great as always, but the lack of more a la carte menu for lunch is rather sad. Overall a nice place for drink and good Japanese food, but dinner is recommended over lunch.

Normally Lobsters and Oysters get priced like this so seeing Salmon priced similarly, made me super eager... The. Salmon. Is. Fantastic. I've had A LOT of salmon in my life including Salmon in Japan and this was hands down the best Salmon I've ever had. It has the right amount of bite and the ratio of intramuscular fat to meat was perfect. We ate the Wagyu Beef and this Salmon made me forget all about it... Overall, everything we ate here was amazing and the presentation and speed at which everything was served was perfect. I highly highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area, you will NOT regret it. 13/10 will be bringing others here if I'm ever in the area again.

I discovered this restaurant randomly following a craving and after Googling sushi in the area. This is a sushi house that puts all other sushi homes to bed. Not only is the service and attention five-star, but every single raw dish is essentially perfection. With just two days in the city before flying back to NYC, I had to come here for all my primary meals both days after discovering. There is no fresher fish in BKK - and it holds a candle to the best in NYC and Tokyo, too. Each piece of fish was perfectly portioned and of the highest quality. Beyond this, each dish was creatively presented and fairly priced. You cannot go wrong with any raw fish order in any variation - just make sure you grab a little uni on top! Pure enjoyment, visual delight, spotless service. Can't wait to come back next year. Many thanks to my lovely waitress for being a ray of sunshine in my visit!

Food is great - the Bara chirashi Don and ocean 10 bowls were fresh and delicious. The rice is also so good I can eat it on its own. The cream tofu espresso was really interesting! Certain food items have ‘performance’ elements which are indicated on the menu. The best part is the service - service staff are friendly and helpful. After we finished our meal we sat around watching the staff prepare other dishes and it was really nice seeing the chef prepare the food with love, passion and dedication. It was really a joyful meal!

The food were pretty premium, with rather instagrammable dishes as well as cool flames to smoke the meat and fish, which is in their words “entertainment” of its own.
