Every country I travel I visit Hooters because they have best atmosphere, food and Drink but I have visited this place 3 times and I have always avoided to post since I was thinking that ignorance is not intentionally and Might be from the one individual. But by now I can tell you by confidence that this place is very racist and their staff wants to serve only white guys. So if you have dignity, don’t visit this place.

The worst service I have ever experienced. The server are pretty and they act like it. Completely forgetting about service. They think because they are pretty they don’t have to service. Better service in the USA and that’s a major disappointment given I am I’m Thailand. I spilled my blue cheese all over my pants. They never noticed and when I called them over they said go in the bathroom and clean myself. Never bothered to bring me new sauce. When I complained to the manager she said it was my fault and nothing they could do. Even after complaining to the manager they still never came to see me. Argued over the bill and they were gonna call the police. Shocked is all I can say. Whoever is running this place needs a serious sitdown with staff.

Came for the atmosphere and hoped to have some nice company while drinking a couple of beers. Instead, enjoyed only the wings that were just ok. The girl’s seem like zombies that couldn’t care less about anything except getting a tip or drink. Should of noticed that they’re empty….. they need better management.

Pretty good to be fair, was there mostly for the people watching. Food was as good as can be expected. Haven't been to hooters anywhere else but was really good, music was pretty loud but to be expected for the area. Could have a ciggy straight after a feed which was new to me, but good.

Update: I went back for another good Hooter's burger, but I got the terrible burger I expected on the first visit. Undercooked bacon, jalapenos with no taste/spice, and ground beef with so much gristle I thought I was going to break a tooth. Definitely won't be returning. Original post: Obviously you don't go to Hooters for the hamburger, but surprisingly the burger is very good. The french fries unfortunately were undercooked.

Having heard so much about Hooters, I had to visit this when in Bangkok. The place has the usual Hooters ambience and obviously beautiful women serving you. Tried the New Honey crispy wings and Baja Fish tacos and was Wowed by their food. Definitely a great place to be in on a nice Bangkok evening and have some beers while savoring some nice views ;-)

this place lost it totally. except 2-3 girls (incl. Siri) still friendly and welcoming, the others are extremely arrogant and pretentious. the service is absolutely catastrophic! Thailand is the country of smile but certainly not in there!

Ate here thinking I'd be protected by Hooters high standard of quality food, had the philly, promised the works, only delivered cheese, had to spit out most of every grisly bite, YUK! Fries were hard and crunchy. So disappointed.

I am a very polite person , respectful and a good tipper,and all I ask for is a simple greeting (hi and thank you) that being said the service I received at Nana Hooters was really rude and bad to the point that made me to not want to visit Hooters anymore.

Their service is never consistent. I’ve been to other locations when the service is exceptional and I’m happy to pay the extra money and have a non optional service charge added to my bill. When asked for the service charge to be taken off because they didn’t deliver their usual good service, the stuck up waitress didn’t even acknowledge my complaint. I was really disappointed as I love Thailand and the people. But there’s something about this brand that makes me want to never go there again.

Been coming for years and this year it is just the worst I have experienced. Went multiple days in a row as is my favorite place to sit. The staff members are disengaged, never checking on customers and I always have to get up to order. I saw most customers experience the same, having to waive or shout to get even the slightest attention. Very very poorly run establishment. Get this in order! You are a proper brand! People pay good money to get the basics of decent service!

They are terrible with customer service ; charged 200 baht for a broken beer glass and did not even care to offer a new one ! The waitress just stood by me with the check in her hand.instead of providing napkins! Service no no where near of the US’s! Place is full of jumbo size cockroaches crawling underneath your feet. Be careful, they may get inside your pants and bags

This is not a Hotel. It is a restaurant with beautiful women serving chicken wings and hamburgers. Just like the change in America. It is close to many male entertainment strip clubs, providing services directed at men with money.

Worst service ever. I ordered a Coke and after I was finished and requested the bill , I paid and they let me wait 20 minutes for my change. Just after insisting to give me my change back , they responded slowly. I am not sure how much money they made with drunken people late at night who don´t recoginze anymore. My recommendation is: Don´t go there. Bad service and unfriendly staff. Never see me again there!!! Even one star is enough And btw. "Service Fee" is added on the bill.

Lovely place to hang out with a pyramid of beer with your friends and observe the going ons of the working girls and their clients. The beer is cold and very reasonably priced. The bathrooms are clean. The snacks were bar food, but again reasonably priced.

The ladies are always beautiful. The wings are usually same at all Hooters. If you like lager, you have to try the house beer in the Hooters glass. Definitely a conversation starter. Had a blast in Bangkok.

I ordered by grab delivery service. Wing sauce was not enough at all. they just put few drop of sauce on the wings. celery was too big and came with lots of side stems. they didnt trimmed. Also not fresh and got soil inside. overall completly different compare to other hooters.

Avoid the food - drinks are ok of course more expensive for the area, I personally like the wings or used to like the wings. Got them tonight burnt / garlic sauce pasted in badly - burger undercooked and cold - no real managment now and no customers maybe busier weekends but avoid the food, I got a takeaway if I was there and it was served I wouldn’t pay that bad! . @ hooters please get a decent chef your expensive and that’s fine if decent food but what I had was inedible.

worth a visit, food and drinks value for money, but of course more suitable for male adults looking for fun and talk to Thai girls working/enjoying there or looking for companion, by the way, the well known red light Nana Plaza is just across.the street

Went last night (5/3/22) and it was awful. I like Hooters but the food and service was atrocious. My nachos (appetizer) and burger (main) arrived at the same time. I sent the burger back to be kept warm only to find the nachos were already cold. Then when the burger came back it had not been kept warm. Few staff relative to customers so little follow up, had to wait too long to get dessert and the bill. Beers were okay, Hooter brand beer is fine. Worth avoiding in the future.

You can't beat the location, across the Nana Plaza nightlife. But wow the wings are bad, I nearly hurled 🤢. They try hiding the moldy expired pricy wings with their sauces, but come on guys this was atrocious. I literally left all 6 wings on the plate and just got beer. I said nothing, I paid my tab and left to the other bars right across that serve way better food. It's just in the name now with Hooters, like Blockbuster Video and K-Mart, they're a dying breed only clinging to nostalgia. Cute girls though 😂

Lovely place, great burger, but beer were lacking co2. But maybe that's me who drink draft long time ago. Service were fast, music mostly good and I enjoy it. Good treat after long flight.

Overpriced, but with decent food. The vibe was kinda off though and the bathrooms were not very clean. Totally average dining experience, which I might not recommend to someone who is going to Thailand for a short trip, as you can just walk the street and find much cheaper alcohol and actual Thai food. They did have friendly, English speaking staff though which understandably brings crowds to the restaurant and they do have match screenings for almost all the sports.

Pretty expensive, but they have awesome buffalo wings, fried pickles, and other unique delicious food. The staff is friendly, but you can get that Pretty much anywhere in the area. I was surprised to see that they a mechanical bull. Several guys tried it and failed.

“Disappointing” I’ve been here a few times but this was the first that I tried their wings and I can’t say that I would recommend them, not sure why they would put breading in them then add the sauce it really ruins the flavors but the sauce was also completely with out any true buffalo taste. At least the beer is good and there was a hockey game on.

Terrible service with hateful women working. I set down at the bar directly in front of a bartender. She looked up at me and continued to text until a manager lady came over and "scolded" her...She pointed at her phone laighed, then pointed at me. The bartender seemed bothered I was there and ordering something. I ordered a Johnnie Walker Black and coke and when they gave me something that taste like flat coke, I just told them I didn't want anything else and I was leaving. They got hateful and ryde and started shouting at me causing everyone to look in my direction. Terrible service, stay away

I had a great experience at this Hooters which is mostly due to the service of Ida. She is the best waitress I experienced in Bangkok out of all the restaurants I went to her service was friendly, attentive, and professional and is the reason I came almost back everyday.

Keep coming back for the boneless chicken wings love it N'Milky is the best waitress she takes care of us every time knows what we drink and remembers. All girls are actually awesome I can only recommend Hooters Nana! ❤️

The food here is great. It's probably the best American food in Bangkok. Back home everyone used to say, "Don't go to Hooters for the food." But I really, really like the food here. Their hot sauces are awesome. The staff are always running around doing stuff, but I'm really not sure what, except for the one bartender. Some of the customers can be a little bit strange. Last time I was here, a guy was arguing with a server. He loudly yelled, "130 baht for this beer? I can get it across the street for 80 baht!" I'm not sure who goes to Hooters expecting to find the cheapest beer in town. Oh, and the prices are a little expensive too.

Standard Hooters with the typical menu. Exceptional service with all the girls taking care, never had an empty drink. Great place to people watch across from Nana

Very quiet with about 4 waitresses serving food due to the lack of tourists. Air conditioning was switched off and fans were used in the inner seating area. Food quality remains good.

Went 3x to sukhumvit branch and nana. Did not get greeted right away, only by one same waitress that happened to work at 2 different branches when i was there. She was awesome, explained the menu, recommendation. Otherwise itd be a 3 star for service.

Done right , these ladies are 10 times hotter than the American Hooters girls but that’s just my flare, I love me some hot Asian ladies and these don’t disappoint… Prices are on par with America . I’ll be back to my new favorite Bangkok watering hole . They have pretty much the same menu as in the states .

The food is always great. I really love to eat there. The service last time was really not the best. First the forgot my knife and fork and I had to ask twice to get it. My food came and I was already done until the food of my friend arrived even we ordered the same time. Then I ordered a second water and got a second meal. This can happen, but after telling the misunderstanding I still didn’t get my water. For asking for the bill I had to ask trice and then they forgot to give us the Happy Hour discount. The stuff is super friendly but they should maybe concentrate more on their work instead of just hanging around at the bar and having fun with each other. Last year in November the service was much better.

Hooters was overpriced and added service charges to your bill. Some girls friendly, some not. Not the standards of the Hooters in America. No Curley Fries or Singa beer available.

Very friendly staff as usual in a Hooters. I had a Cheeseburger with two thick patties of delicious beef and crispy bacon. Curly fries are a must. Been in a few hooters around the world and this one seems to be the best so far regarding quality and price. On the outward seats it’s possible to smoke which i liked after my lunch.

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill and not much has changed in years. Service was poor, we arrived in a group of 6 and every order came out one by one, from drinks to when check bin which took around 20 minutes. No smiles from any of the staff and cost for two 500ml beers shown in receipt, tourist trap

Been there with my partner, we had a couple of drinks and some food. Vanessa was our sever, she was really nice , and friendly. Made us feel more comfortable. She put our order through quickly and we don’t have to wait for a long time for food. She keeps checking with the us that everything was alright. We had a great time there. Definitely going there again.

I went there for all you can eat wing and I was not disappointed! My server, Palmy was really quick to bring me drinks, and also really fast to put in new orders for my food. This was the best service I’ve ever had in Hooters. Needless to say I will be back with friends!
