Don’t come. Bad exprerience; they charged us wrong and ask us to get back to the restaurant to void it without any compensation. We selected the restaurant for my sisiter’s birthday (4 people). We order only 1 set of unagi, 2 sets of sashimi don and a beer turns out cost us 3,7xx baht(?!). (Not full too) When we come back home and find out we paid more than what we ate. Turns out they get us PAID FOR THE TABLE NEXT TO US?! How hilarious? We have to go back to the restaurant to void it. So i would not recommend. If you want a good unagi, go to Unatoto (cost u under 500 baht).

4 Japanese restaurants around in this floor, this is not too busy but special for Unagi. We tried course that costs 2,600 baht and it’s pretty good especially unagi is nice and smooth. The tea is continuously refilled and sushi is great too. They have private area for couples to sit. I never know Unagi (Eel) had Vitamin A, B, D, E, Collegen, Calcium, DHA and EPA.

The unagi tare (sauce) is good not too sweet like many other places. But the size of the eel was rather small.

Unagi is great here. Pricing is little high but come qith quality. Satisfy in overall.

Amazingly delicious, good quality and fresh food. The sashimi is quite fresh more than expected. The unagi is good, well cooked and not burn. The price is quite high but it worth for speeded. They are really specialist on eels, so there are many option on Eels menu. The rest is just typical Japanese appetizer and food.

Japanese restaurant specialized in unagi (eel). Most dishes on the menu are unagi with few sashimi and non-unagi set menus. Price is on the high side, expect to pay at least 1,000 Baht per person. Good service and ambience.

Best unagi place in bkk so far. Good quality and nice staff. Highly recommend if you are craving for a good japanese meal. A bit over priced these 2 sets cost about 1100 each.

Amazing eel rice, good value for quality. Eel has been deboned properly and relatively meticulously. Deboning is the heart of premium eel rice in my opinion and it is done correctly at this place. Reminds me of eel rice I had in Ginza at 5x this price, thus good value for money.

Recommend: Unagi Zanmai Rich and well cooked unagi, a complete teishoku (set/course meal). Hitsumabushi was a great experience and table side eating instructions were clear and easy to follow. Food quality was good and the matcha ice cream was surprisingly good. Pricing were on the pricier side, but ultimately the quality was good.

Tasty Unagi Restaurant. I tried Hitsumabushi which is local food in Nagoya. You can enjoy 3 style, 1st just eating unagi and rice together, 2nd put sliced leek and wasabi on unagi and eat it, 3rd pour dashi on 2nd style. Unagi served here was nice in Bangkok, I think. Soft and not too sweet, well balanced.

Located in Icon Siam shopping centre Takashimaya. The food had been priced in accordingly. Food is pretty average, quality is pretty average too. Wouldn’t recommend, you can easily find better Unagi else where in Bangkok. My partner also didn’t feel well after having food here.

Urging you to also try Unatoto which kind of sets the new standard of food quality with affordable prices. Food here’s so-so. Service’s horrible. It seems the staff members didn’t know the dishes at all. Overall this place compared with its prices was overrated!
