Don’t stay here. The rooms are so loud from the outside traffic (very poor glazing of windows/doors) & I couldn’t sleep despite wearing earplugs. The shower doesn’t get hot & doesn’t seal so water goes everywhere on the floor when you do shower. Staff didn’t bring our bags up (I insisted on doing this myself but they wanted to then forgot) & there is no conditioner for your hair. This is a 3 star hotel at best; the main foyer etc looks great but the rooms seem average at best. The breakfast is very good but not included in the price. I stayed at The Continent in Sukhumvit 2 weeks ago which was much better, cheaper & included breakfast (which is also excellent). Stay there instead. If it was possible to give negative stars this place would get it. I’ll bet there will be some poor response like “we are sorry please stay with us again as your review is important to us” from the hotel.

Wish I read the low reviews before booking because the exact same thing happened to me. **This is NOT a five-star hotel** It was a challenge to shower everyday with the leaking shower room, which resulted in the entire toilet floor being wet. There is no shower curtain at the bathtub so no matter where you shower, the floor will be wet. The toilet bowl also got clogged on our 2nd night. We managed to unclog it on our own. Our room is facing the main road so it was extremely noisy. It was a sleepless 3 night stay for me. I really pity the staff working here to make up for the lack of maintenance of the hotel. Very old and very poor maintained. The saving grace for me was the awesome service given by the housekeeping, front desk and concierge. BUT concierge also depends on who is on duty as there is one who rather spend time talking to front desk during their night shift. Drinks and snacks on the mini bar are included. There is also a hot drinks dispenser and iced water at the lobby for guests to enjoy. While this is definitely appreciated, however the lobby is often crowded with guests.

I really like that their service is very consistent and loved it for couple of reasons: 1. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. 2. The check-in process was easy and hassle-free. 3. The online check-out process was also very convenient. 4. The pool was available until 10 pm which was great. 5. The room had everything I needed and I didn’t have to call the front desk for anything. Overall, I had a great stay and experience

This hotel offers a central location, within walking distance to the BTS station, ensuring convenience for travelers. The cleanliness is commendable, and the facilities are top-notch. The vitality of the breakfast adds to the overall experience, making it a great choice for visitors seeking comfort and convenience in a prime location.

We enjoyed our stay! Canadian couple there for 4 nights. Overall, it’s a solid 4-star experience. It’s not super luxurious by any means but it’s super clean, in a great location, with nice rooms and staff. Pros: - friendly staff and people - good food and room service - location was close to bus, subways, malls and other attractions - wonderful and spacious bathroom - comfy bed - lots of availability on English-speaking channels on the TV Cons (but mostly just small things): - no alcohol in the building - service was a little slow; for example we had lunch and left our trays in the hallway and they were still there the following morning (18 hours later) - TV was a little finicky and we had to turn it on and off a few times whenever we wanted to watch it in order for the available channels to load - elevators are very hot inside and move slowly - there was construction outside so it was a little loud at times when we were there during the day We would stay again!

Comfy big king size bed, clean, nice bathroom with Japanese toilet. Close to nana plaza and banking district. Unfortently the pool was being renovated so couldn't use it. The shower was very cold and no hot water. Our room was facing a construction site with work starting early in the morning and continued until late in the evening. They also require 1000 baht deposit per night so be prepared.

This is not a new hotel, but it is very well maintained. So many times I came the BKK, this is one of the best & so far no complaint as from the receptionists, and also the housekeeping staffs, are very polite! It is very clean! cleanliness is only of the most important matter, and they delivered it! The hospitality bottomless coffee machine and water is a very good gesture! Recommended if you need any convenient stay. It is very comfortable. Junzi from Malaysia

Rooms are normal. Breakfast is good. But the staff did not show us the room or took our bags to room. We had to carry by ourselves. I stayed there for 3 nights. On the second day, they forgot to put the small towels and i needed to request. On the third day, they forgot to put toothbrush. They noted down the number of persons incorrectly and tried to charge me extra for breakfast. It was pretty annoying and pretty bad experience for me. Really the worst hotel service I have ever got. That's why I gave only one star.

Worst place I’ve stayed in Thailand. This place has a no alcohol policy not mentioned anywhere. I don’t like spending money for someone to place their morals on me. Staff including manager were pretty arrogant. Rooms are nothing special. Traffic is awful getting here, probably the most stupid and traffic snaring one way system I’ve ever seen. You’d spend about 20 minutes getting round the corner to where the hotel is just steps away. They lost my bags in the lobby for a couple of hours. Its really not a nice or interesting part of Bangkok either. Just don’t do it!

Quite nice rooms. But, when we arrived, the check in staff informed us the pool was closed so we decided to check out. The manager on the front desk said that unfortunately we weren't entitled to a refund. I did email 3 times too to discuss this, but got no reply. Good location, but if you want to use the pool, call beforehand. I checked the website before (see screenshot) but there was no information about pool closures.

Worth for the money. Rooms were spacious and clean. They also helped me in early check in. If people come early, they can wait in the lobby (Good amount of space is there to relax after a long flight). Breakfast was good. But very few Vegetarian options.

Room and service are great but just only one thing that disappointed me was their taxi service. I asked the front desk to call a taxi for me and they did. We got in the taxi but the driver tried to cheat us into paying a lot more money upfront. We asked the driver to do the meter instead but he just dropped us off in the middle of nowhere. I’m very disappointed!!! Please all of you be aware since some of the taxi drivers are in league with the hotel staff in this scam, which I suspect may have been the case here. Don’t use their service. Just call taxi by yourself.

Let’s Relax Spa: Julie or Julia is the shining star 🌟 of let’s relax spa! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about all of the packages! She explained each one thoroughly and I Selected her recommendation and it was excellent. My masseuse did a great job & I felt sooo good, Wanna come 2-3 times per week. I also observed Julia being super friendly with other customers & she should get a raise! I want to try the Golfer package next time & I liked the mango sticky rice also. I’ve been to Renaissance spa, Le Meridian, Intercontinental etc. & Julia is the friendliest staff, so, most things being equal, I’d return here because I used to work in the service industry and really appreciate Julie’s superb VIP service!

Came here to stay for 5 nights. Room was clean and neat, room service was prompt, concierge and front desk were helpful and friendly. Minimalistic front lobby. To get to the nearest bts station takes just 5 minutes of walking. Please have water dispenser for guests to refill drinking water in order to reduce plastic bottle waste. Very happy that complimentary hot drinks such as hot coffee and chocolate were offered to all guests at the lobby.

Very good location, surrounded by shopping malls, and it is very convenient to the embassy area. The service is very good, especially the staff in the lobby on the first floor. I twisted my foot outside and needed ice compresses. There is a very tall staff at the door. He was very helpful and gave us a very large pack of ice cubes, which made us feel fun, huge size, but thank you very much 🙏, the room is also very spacious, I will still choose this hotel in Bangkok in the future!

Can walk to many places easily. We stayed in a two bedroom suite, very spacious. Let's relax spa is in the same building, superb.

Great place to stay when in Bangkok, for instance, having a balcony is a top priority. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There are places in Bangkok that might be more luxury in terms of furniture and overall service. But regarding the close connection to BTS (Ploen Chit) and the walking distance to Sukhumvit Rd., this is a great and still very calm place to stay, considering that in Sukhumvit Rd., you have to be lucky to not hearing the BTS in the morning, completely independent of the hotel category.

Hotel with a great location. Rooms are large and very well maintained. If you have to make a last minute booking, pick this hotel - most other hotels in the same pricing category are not as well appointed as this one….and I do love the large bathroom (has both tub and shower stall) and balcony.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 week. The location is really good close to the malls, sky train, 7-11 and it very easy to get around to other places in Bangkok. Room and Breakfast was ok. Staffs was really kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and the time spent at the hotel. 1- Very friendly staff. 2- The services are excellent. 3- The breakfast was nice with good varieties, but I wish that they serve more HALAL FOOD.

Overall we have a good stay here. Just the housekeeping can refill the toiletries daily. There are few days that it is not replenish. There is one incident that housekeep accidentally throw away our thing in the bathroom. But they are very helpful to retrieve it back. Thanks to the team. The bathroom need some revamp.

I was just in Bangkok for a couple of days for business and this hotel exceeded my expectations at it's price point! It was conveniently located near malls and restaurants so I had no problem moving around. Room service was great as well. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Bangkok

Room size and decorations are nice. The bathrooms was tiled in black color and attracted mosquitos. Next to the hotel there was a huge construction site with noise at daytime. The hot water supply in the room was switched off at check in... only when in the shower at 23:00h I found out. However, there was still a technician available late at night to fix the problem. All in all, the hotel is definitely worth the money and I look forward to returning in the near future.

A very cosy hotel for home away from home stay. Stayed in a 2 BR apartment and had a wonderful time. Guest service is good and polite. Air conditioners are strong and cold. Water pressure is also strong and good. They have regular serving of coffee machine frm 7am-7pm at the lobby. Love the teh Tarik. The only complain I have is that my apt facing the construction site which can be quite noisy during the day. Ask for rooms facing the Padang. Daily breakfast is good with serving keep changing every day. Breakfast is served at their executive lounge. Super value for money with great flexibility for early check in and late check out. Hope to come back again soon.

Came to stay for a night for test&go. The hotel looks modern. Staffs were professional and the arrangements were all good and smooth. Room was clean, well equipped, nice layout. Bed was comfy. Bath was a lil old-fashioned, but not a big issue. We had a pleasant stay.
