Absolutely fantastic stay! Location was great, easy access to everywhere I wanted to go, I felt safe as a female solo traveller. The staff were absolutely brilliant and helpful. The service was faultless. The room was large and clean and was cleaned daily. Superb stay!! They also have a gym and infinity pool on site. I didn't have the time to try them as I was out every day till late. You can also have breakfast/lunch/dinner here at the restaurant. Amazing value for money, I would recommend staying here.

Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a 6 minute walk from the night market and had everything you need next to it, such as a 7/11, multiple restaurants and much more. The staff were amazing, always on hand to help and their customer service was great. The room had a jacuzzi, however it was very loud and didn’t work very well. The room was clean, they provided water and a few bits and bobs in the bathroom which was thoughtful. The price of the hotel was cheap, considering it’s location and the rooftop pool. Cons: The rooftop pool was very busy and didn’t have much space. The rooms could be updated with the decor and a working jacuzzi, but considering the price, it’s reflected.

We chose the premium room with a jacuzzi. The room is spacious and comfy, we slept very well and enjoyed the big bath tub! Wifi is steady and fast, you just need to reconnect every day. The decoration of the whole place is a bit kitschy, but the hotel is really comfortable and clean, and location is great. Fitness room is well stuffed. The breakfast is very nice, good choice and tasty food, especially the Thai specialties. The waitresses there seem quite exhausted though. We used the taxi company that is next to the reception, they are fairly priced and we loved the train market that was proposed together with the floating market tour. Very good value for money!

This is our second time staying All the staffs are very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is good However, the hotel itself is very rundown, they have private whirlpool bath spa in the room but the Jets are not working but on the website still saying that they have private whirlpool bath spa with jets. Their own kitchen was not open so when we ordered food the food came from Khaosan Road. The Bar by pool was close I could see that they closed it for a while. A lot of things changed for the worse since our first stayed. I understand because of covid this hotel got effect from that as well, but this hotel shouldn’t advertised of what it is not or be charging as much as it used to since most of everything was changed.

Great location, easy access to bars and restaurants. Walking distance to street stalls and attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially by arranging taxis Our room was very warm even with air-conditioning on, we felt the unit was in the wrong place would have been better facing towards the bed. Great size room, nice big comfy bed and a wonderful bathroom. We didn't use the pool but it had some great views.

Not good !!! The beds were full of bed bugs !! Staff in the hotel had no comprehension of what level of housekeeping is required to get ride if them ! Restaurant has not yet opened post covid !! And surrounding neighbourhoods is not pleasant! Smell of rotten garbage and malodor in the area

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, and the large bathtub was a great addition. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the pool with its stunning view. Would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Probably the best hotel I stayed at in Thailand. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have breakfeast and room service at at an additional fee. They have large bathrooms with jets in them. Balcony attached as well.

We really enjoyed staying here in Bangkok! Great location, we walked everywhere. The staff were amazing, they went about and beyond for us and even brought a birthday treat for my partner. The rooftop pool is amazing too, would deffo recommend!

We didn't even expect a bath tub, but not only did we get one, we also got jets as well. Not very nice view but everything else was awesome!

Great hotel for the money! We had the deluxe room with the double bath tub / jacuzzi. Airco is good. Friendly staff. Don't take the breakfast, but eat at The Corner Bar next door! Twice as good, half the money. The hotel is well located near Khao San Road, although we liked Ram Buttri Road better (less touristic). Hotel is really recommended!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage while we went to Vietnam and Laos. The rooms are clean and are of good size. They still use the impossible single use plastic containers for soap and shampoo. I’m not sure why some hotels still do this. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment, but there are excellent places to eat a short walk away. The hotel was quiet so a good nights sleep after a flight is assured.

BEWARE!! TAXI DROP OFF IS A SCAM. Stay in general was fine! But… We booked a taxi at the reception (official, since they offer this at the desk)to Don Muneang International Airport. We paid the 500 Bhat and booked the taxi from the hotel desk because we thought it would be trust worthy. We double checked if this amount paid covers the toll fees and everything else, we were given the confirmation that this is the final payment and NO MORE payments have to be made. But on the drive to the airport the driver of the taxi said we have to pay for the toll again or he will take the main highway with heavy traffic. We told him multiple time we have already paid for everything and HE STILL TOOK THE HIGHWAY. We felt so CHEATED. We really thought we were going to miss our flight so I had to beg and plead with him to take the toll road. THIS WAS EMBARRASSING, we had already paid a premium price and this was the way we were treated. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. It was such an annoying ending to a nice trip. The driver obviously wanted to save the toll money, and we felt the hotel was involved and aware since he kept giving updates of everything he was doing to someone on his phone via.voice notes. He also did the same after I insisted he take the toll road. The worst part is the hotel did not bother responding to our email that we wrote to them regarding this incident. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THE TAXI SERVICE WITH THEM. There are much cheaper options. 3 stars due to this nonsense they pulled towards the end.

Chillax resort in old town PRO - jacuzzi bathtub - Gym and pool (pool is closed until 05/31) - Room provided - jacuzzi bathtub is amazingggggggfg - Showers, Qtips, Shampoo and body lotion, and foam soap for bubble bath, Tooth Brush and tooth paste - See through bathroom, great for couples and it’s visually pleasing - Beddings and pillows smelled great 👍 - Staffs are great! Helps with luggages without asking and friendly with greetings whenever they see guests! Makes you feel welcomed CON - They did a poor cheap with room cleaning. Didn’t refresh my shampoo, lotion or bubble bath. And coffee/sugar. They gave fresh towels and cleaned the cups, and gave two new water bottles, though I’m staying for three nights. Come on! I ended up calling room service. - No hair conditioner - TOO many tourists around lol!!! - Fridge is not cold even though I turned it all the way up Breakfast, 250baht, buffet - Ants crawling on table. Good pad Thai, fried rice is okay. Great orange juice and pineapple juice. Bad American eggs and bacon. Spicy soup was sort of good Nearby - 7eleven next door - Plenty of banks nearby to exchange money, there’s no super rich nearby tho! - Tailoring shop - Laundry store - Plenty of touristy restaurants around the neighborhood for western food - A lot vendor shops around for those elephant pants for 100baht, some vendors has one size other have the small ones (like 1 feet and 6 inches long), the one size ones are around 4 feet in length Pretty typical place, I wouldn’t stay here again tho. I’m sure I can fun other ones as it’s Bangkok!

A reasonable hotel in a fantastic position Staff are polite and helpful Rooms are ok But try to get a room that looks out on the street or the city because room in the centre are a bit dark The pools view is to die for and the gym next to the pool is good They have a bar next to the pool with food and a happy hour too. Lol The only little con is the tv has apps on it that need to be reset when u come back to the room First world problem, aaa Overall a hotel that's worth a stay

Stayed here several times in several rooms. Every time nothing to complain. Even the surrounding is very good and a short walk to Kao San and Rambutri. The Rooftop pool is very nice. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed here at the start of our trip in Thailand and enjoyed the hotel a lot. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk from Khao San road but enough to be quieter at night. Outside the hotel is a 7 eleven and a couple of restaurants which were nice. Rooms themselves are spacious, comfortable and with good air conditioning. Facilities on the hotel include a good rooftop pool with bar and a cityscape view. Breakfast at the hotel was of good quality with a decent variety of food choices. Including vegan and gluten free.

I think that Bangkok is so big that there is no good location for any hotel/resort. We loved the room and it had everything you need. The pool however was not nice, not so clean water and there was no view at all. Service was great, kind people. Would recommend

Luxurious hotel next to old city centre. Reception was friendly with complimentary wet towel and refreshing drink. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast choices are good. But here it stops, the staff there doesn't want to work there which shows and the atmosphere there is of a cemetery. We had a lunch there, because we arrived at 1400, but regretted doing so. Second thing, small, is the dead water smell in the lobby.

Good place. If you are thinking to choose this place or some other, choose this 🙂 They are helpful, nice swimming pool, rooms are clean, they are also helping to get taxi to airport for reasonable price of 500 bath.

+ Value for Money + Location + big, clean room + Bath and shower - hot tub not working - no laundry service - slightly outdated feel to hotel - no breakfast (room service from another hotel available)

We got a good deal off Agoda. Rooms are good, not too new with some small problems but it was so cheap we didn't want to complaint. All staffs are very friendly and nice. There is no breakfast options but there are tones of restaurants nearby. Rooftop pool is very nice and not too crowded. The hotel is about 10 mins walk from Khao San road.

Everything good!! It's a bit different after Covid, no pool bar, no laundry, etc... Great location with many bars around :)

Positive: Locations absolutely great! Only 7 minutes walking to Rambuttri and Khao San Road. And the route to here you will pass a large number of restaurants and street food. In the same street of the hotel a 7-Eleven, laundry, several breakfast restaurants, ATM's and tailors (for suits) are available. A shuttle service to the airport is available for a normal fee (500 Baht / ~15 Euro). In front of the hotel it is easy to take taxi or Tuk-Tuk. The rooftop (infinity) pool is fine, although not that large, with a nice view. Usually there is sufficient space and there is a bar available (although quite expensive; ~7-8 Euro for a cocktail). The fitness room is very small and only a few devices and weights available. The room has a large glass wall at the pool side (can be awkward). Both the hotel and its rooms are very modern and clean. Negative: Curtain at the bath inside the room fell down on the first day. Although this was quickly and properly fixed by the staff. Staff at the frond desk should assume a much more friendly attitude, currently not ok. When either entering or exiting the hotel they don't even look. Airconditioning in the room has a time limit per day. So letting it turned on during the afternoon or evening doesn't work. Eventually during the night you will sweat in your bed. After multiple complaints at the front desk the only comment was "Yes we know, that's what happens if you leave it on for more than 2 hours. Nothing we can do." Really NOT acceptable.

I'd recommend this hotel. It's a great location, close to most things of interest but it's not super loud or busy at night time. The room was nice and spacious and well kept. The staff were also quite friendly and helpful.

Well located for visiting the main attractions. Polite staff. Laundry, minibar and breakfast services not restarted, only available outside nearby. Room is large but Jacuzzi not working, and cold water runs hot. Forgot to make up the room, we had to ask. Large rooftop pool. Worth it at 1000 bath, but they need to staff up to charge full prices.

We had stayed for 2 nights on our last day of our Bangkok trip. The room was quite nice and had jacuzzi in room which we was lovely and enjoyed every bit of it. The only drawback of the hotel is the TV channels.... Even though the hotel is great... They should really upgrade the channels.. The local channels which is not at all understandable. If TV channels had Netflix it would be great. Service wise they are good... Breakfast was good. Reception staff was very respectful and helpful. The good thing about the location.. 7/11 was just 5 mins walkable, few food joints and khosan road night activities was walkable around 15 mins. Everything was over all excellent. I would definitely come back and stay in this hotel. I hope TV channels would change the next time I come back. Stayed on 1st and 2nd July

We booked the best room (premier suite) in this hotel and yet the bathtub pump was not working.

Nice clean hotel with amazing rooms. Rooftop pool has a nice view over Bangkok. Hotel is located close to Khao San Road but far enough to avoid the busy nightlife noise of the area.

Staff were friendly. Restaurant and bar never open. Air conditioning was leaking which we mentioned many times but nothing was done. Had some good restaurants and cafes near by but if you want to go to the temple it’s around a 20 minute walk.

  • 3/5 Roi B. 1 year ago on Google
Good location and nice rooms. The air conditioner was very noisy, and when I complained about it, the staff solution was that I should turn it off before I go to sleep so I can sleep without disturb.

Was nice here, not the best but considering everywhere else we stayed we enjoyed it

One of the best locations - in the heart of old Bangkok with walking routes and far from the noise. Great staff very welcoming and friendly, jakuzzi in the room is a great bonus. Beautiful view on the city from the roof.
