I wish the hotel staff could be more professional. One of the staff members "Ray" was rude to my family. At the check in day, our family had three people staying at the hotel and I am just the visiting guest (I am local so I don't stay) and she was already informed that there will be three people checking in. She got us the room with two twin beds without us knowing. When we were about to leave the counter and walked towards the elevator, she yelled at us from across the hallway "you have three people, you need to purchase for an extra bed". Her voice was ***so loud*** and the tone was ***so condescending*** as if she thought we were trying to cheat and snug the third person in without paying. We agreed to get the extra bed and decided to pay at the time of check out. The same night we called the front desk to ask for three sets of silverware to be delivered to the room. She answered the phone and she told me to get it downstairs at the front desk. (This is weird coz in any other hotel they would deliver them to the room). I came downstairs and told them that I called about the silverware. One of the staff members went to the silverware drawer and trying to get the silverware for me. Ray was looking at me and asked another staff member "what does he want?" with the ***same loud condescending tone and the unfriendly eye contact*** That makes me uneasy as if she was accusing me of stealing. The second night, I and my family came back from outside and walked pass the front desk where Ray was stationing at the time. She yelled at us again "you need to pay for the extra bed"; out of nowhere with out any greetings with the same condescending tone. My mom asked how much and she told 900 baht total. I asked her that we decided to pay at the time of the check out, right? And she agreed. AGAIN, THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AS IF SHE DIDN'T TRUST US. Then I told her to speak nicely to the patrons and she replied even louder than before across the hallway with the same condescending and angrier tone "WHAT DID I DO WRONG? YOU TELL ME?" So I asked for the her manager's phone number and email to file a complaint on her. I also made the payment on the extra bed right away just to shut her up even though I am not the staying guest. I have stayed in many hotels around the world. Even the small hotel with no stars, I have NEVER IN MY LIFE encountered any more ruder staff like Ray. This hotel receives 3 stars for a reason. Without Ray, it could be an easy 4. Ray should be working somewhere else, not in the hotel industry. She would scare the hell out of many other customers staying at this hotel.

The location pretty strategic. It is just 8 min away walkiny distance to Ratchnatewi Train Station. The breakfast is fine and cant say much as it is not advertised as muslim friendly. I was there for the pastries and crossaint and it is fine. We love 24 hrs coffee machine available on the ground floor. The rest, there are alot to be improved in terms of the room. The ventilation is poor and you might get suffocated the higher level you are.

The staffs are friendly and helpful, and the services are all good. Breakfast and the free drinks (coffee, milk, water, etc) 24/7. Location wise, they are in walking distance to the railway station. Besides the hotel, there are nice restaurants, 7-Eleven convenient shops, and massage centers. Last but not least, the competitive price. Highly recommended! πŸ‘

The room is very clean and modern. It's not that big but you can get comfortable. The atmosphere is great, calm, casual and just overall a great performance. The breakfast is mostly much the same for everyday but still taste good. Receptionist helpful and professional. It's a great hotel to spend the nights in Bangkok.

Good value, great location if you enjoy shopping and exploring eateries. Basic but Clean and tidy rooms with good shower room facilities. Bed mattresses very firm. Breakfast is good. Coffee is yum. Staff are excellent, so very helpful to guide you on any query.

I would recommend to avoid this hotel, it is impossible to have a good sleep here + good location and room + daily cleaning - Very noisy! I hear heavy traffic noise 24 hours, it is extremely difficult to fall asleep, but very easy to wake up at 5am because of singing. I’ve asked the receptionists to change the room to the other side of the building, but they say that there are only rooms of different type. - Average quality of the breakfast, the canteen is right in the lobby, so the smell will stick to the clothes every time you pass by during the breakfast time. - The water in the pool is freezing - Lots of ants

I like this hotel. Location is very convenient to go anywhere. Nearest famous shopping mall. Hotel outside is main road, easy to take taxi & grab. Room service is daily cleaned. Lovely buffet breakfast with so many choices. Like it much.

The hotel is not worth the good reviews. Room is dirty, floor is sticky, toilet bowl is still stained when we checked in. The amenities were bad, there is no service, no toothpaste and toothbrush. The chairs were musty and bad (hollow in the middle). As there are no glass partition or curtain, the bathroom floor is always wet after a bath. When we called the reception, no one picked up. We were charged 5bhats for troubling the receptionist to help us make a phone call. Weighing scale also need 5bhat. There is no lobby, once you stepped into the hotel, it is like a canteen with a reception, floor and tables were dirty. The worst part is the wait for the lift. There are 20 floors and many rooms on each floor. But there are only 2 lifts. The lifts were small too. Often you have to queue for the lift, and good luck to you if you are staying at the bottom floors, it will be impossible to catch a lift to go down as it is most probably full. The location isn't that great either. I wouldn't stay in this hotel ever again. This is more like a motel than a 3 star hotel. We also paid quite high for this hotel due to last minute booking , and it is totally not worth the price.

Basic 3 star hotel. The room floor is sticky and dirty. The toilet ceiling so close to my head and had to turn down abit when i shower. I am only 170cm and its hard to shower in its small bathroom. The soundproofing is a joke. Heard noise from outside all time. Sound of toilet flushing as well. The only good about this hotel is the location and staff are friendly and willing to help you. But maintainance really need a new update

This motel is great for individuals travelling on a tight budget. The front desk staff was quite pleasant. The hotel's food was adequate, but there were plenty of other dining options nearby for picky eaters. Or use Grab to place your order, instead. You can reach Ratchathewi-BTS in ten minutes on foot. You may also easily use Grab to get to other locations; just keep in mind that traffic can be a huge hindrance. Laundry facilities are available on the 7th and 17th floors of the hotel. You may find liquid detergent at the convenience store adjacent to the motel. Iron is available only upon request at the front desk. Bring your own flask or use the hot water dispenser in the lobby if you need a hot beverage. Across from the hotel is the neighbourhood mosque. In general, it's a great spot for a large group to stay.

Rooms are wonderful, you get the nice view from the glass window, don't have to worry about parking they have parking inside the building, well it was hard for me to find it. Over all best place must visit here

The hotel's location is so strategic because near the mosque, halal and non-halal restaurants, train stations, art and culture centre, shopping malls, 7-elevens, massage places and coffee shops. All of these are short walking distance. There is a money changer shop nearby the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre and also in the MBK Center. The price is quite okay I guess. Everyday the housekeeping cleaned our room and gave us new towels, shower gels and shampoos. You can use a hairdryer in the bathroom and our bathroom has a bathtub too. There is a small fridge too. They gave 2 mineral waters everyday after they cleaned our room. There's also an electric kettle, mugs and 3 in 1 drinks too. If you wanna use an iron, you can just ask the receptionist, they will give it to you at the receptionist counter (they didn't send it to your room). The staffs are all friendly and helpful. They also provided a washing machine and dryer on the 7th floor. You have to pay 30 baht for the washing machine and 40 baht for the dryer. You need to buy your own detergent (you can buy it at the 7-eleven near the hotel). They provided a weighing scale on the ground floor next to the lift so you can weigh your bag before heading to the airport. You can also go swimming at the 5th floor. Moreover, breakfast was provided too and the staff said that all foods are pork-free but being a muslim, we only ate breads, waffles, croissants, half cooked eggs, salads, fruits and drank juice. So for us, we were so happy and satisfied with the services while staying at this hotel. We're planning to repeat this trip again and definitely gonna stay at this hotel again. Totally gonna recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you so much to all the staff for their great hospitality! p/s: btw, we paid RM 700 for 4 days and 3 nights. We booked it 2 weeks before the trip.

Fantastic hotel and the price can't be beat. The room we stayed in is really spacious, had a huge bathtub and a remarkable city view. The breakfast buffet spread is filling and quite okay considering this is only a 3-star hotel. Rooms are always cleaned and coffee, tea and lemon water is all you can drink any time. The hotel is also near the bus stop, 10-min walk to the nearest Skytrain and Airport Express train and there are tons of food options and convenience stores around

As a budget hotel this gives you the best value in Bangkok city. The rooms, amenities and services are very good . The included buffet breakfast gets you up and running with a fair choice of local food, fruits and continental fare. Stayed 5 days and found the location extremely convenient. It's just a 5 min walk to the Ratchathewi skytrain terminal which will get to most parts of Bangkok city.

Service is not good. This hotel is good for stop over and not for a full day stay. Breakfast area is cramped as this is 21 floor hotel. AC is the rooms were not that good as it takes a good amount of time to cool down the room. Staff behaviour was not good. When we arrived no one was at reception and all were watching tv and not even responding. Only they responded when the football match was over. I will definitely not recommended this hotel. Glad that we only there for a night

Very dim lighting, no hooks in the bathroom to hang my clothes, noisy air compressor. Excellent water heater. Service in the dining area is bad. The waiters only remove the used plates but do not clean the table for the next customer. Some waiters were seen chatting with each other instead of busy clearing the tables. The breakfast buffet is just alright.

Pros: Reasonable price With breakfast buffet Free coffee all day Located near BTS station and Siam Can do early check in With 711 and massage parlor around Cons: The bed and chair are quite hollow, when you lay down you can feel the bed springs, pillows are not soft Poor sound proofing you can hear the road noise, corridor noises Only 2 working elevators and it is kinda slow and small. Overall good stay

Room 1905 have significantly sinking bed 😭, even angry but to be honest the room is quite clean, so we are still thankful to the good work of housekeeping, but kindly improve the bed. The location is quite close with BTS. Breakfast choices ate already good enough for 3 Star hotel ( Have milk as well πŸ‘πŸ» ).

Pleasant stay here. You can see lots of Malaysians staying here due to it is near to the Mosque & halal food on the other side of the road. Please bring your own iron as the hotel's iron always occupied. Breakfast was great and delicious. Nice staffs too. The only downside is the main road always heavy in traffic, very taking time to get a grab / bolt driver.

It's an affordable hotel to stay. My sister and I got a room on the 20th floor, so we had a good view of some part of the city. The room is clean; the bathroom is clean, too. The breakfast buffet is good.

Not sure why putting jacuzzi bathtub instead of normal rectangular bathtub or bathroom with glass door. Since not covered with curtain, water from shower faucet splash all over the floor. Provide coffee maker instead of water boiler. Wardrobe has no light. It has a good restaurant & massage shops & 7 Eleven nearby.

Good hotel if you’re on a budget. Among the cheapest in Bangkok with decent provisions and amenities. The room rates come with breakfast that offers some good options including Thai and Chinese food. The location is great with most malls and tourist spots accessible by taxi, tuktuk or ride sharing. The internet is terrible depending on where your room is located and allows only for a limited number of users to stay connected at a time. Don’t expect any 5 star service from staff. Very strict in terms of check in time and they wouldn’t even give you WIFI access while you wait for your room to be available. The front desk claims that housekeeping arrives late and are short staffed that’s why they don’t allow early check in. 3 stars.

Hotel was average, room amenities was decent. Breakfast was so so, food was replenished slowly, not able to cope with the capacities that the hotel is handling. Overall, stay was decent. Recommended for those who look for average budget hotel and strategic location as it's near to Pratunam area (5 mins driving, 20 mins by walking)

Decent 2 to 3 stars hotel. Older style with nice room. Very busy. Free breakfast is fine. 10 mins walk to BTS. Lots of local food especially at night if you don't mind exploring. Overall fine for price.

The hotel was ok for a cheap hotel. The room was spacious and had air conditioning. Wifi worked quite poorly in the room. There were also small bugs in the room (note. no bed bugs!) There was breakfast at the hotel, which, however, was really focused on Thai food. A European could not find much to eat.

This is a β€˜Budget’ hotel with a big β€˜B’. Clean rooms with tidy furnishings but otherwise a bit basic. The letdown is the breakfast room which is also the lobby an is cramped an busy all the time.

I loved this hotel. Great price. Great location (it's very close to the BTS station). The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. I loved that they have a Nescafe-like coffee machine available 24/7 in the lobby. I drank many lattes! The rooms were clean and simple. I loved taking a bath every day, although there is a shower head you can use instead if you prefer. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed for 4 nights for family room with 1 King bed and 1 single bed with kettle and 3in1. Mineral water is also provided daily. Pool is indoor and is large enough and children are happy with it. Breakfast was just basic but there are 24hr free flowing coffee machine and ice water.

Stay here a lot . Good location, food and service ok, nice clean rooms . Front desk staff not very approachable. They could do with some customer service training. Start by telling them that, ultimately customers like us pay their wages, they should be happy to have tourists in what is now an expensive to visit, with the economy doing poorly and the baht so high.

  • 4/5 Sylva Anne B. 4 years ago on Google
Had a really great stay but every time breakfast time comes, other main dishes are almost none and replenishment takes too much time thus we ate sausage and fried egg almost everyday because thats the only thing you can partner with fried rice. Wifi connection is strong and fast. Accessible location and walking distance to a train station. Anyways, I will recommend this to my friends.

  • 4/5 San R. 5 years ago on Google
The staff are considerate. They allowed us to checked- in earlier than our booking. They also did their best to communicate with us though they have hard time to use the English language as a medium of communication. I like also their food esp. the tomyum it is indeed savory. The food for breakfast is always the same. So don't try all their food on your first day. Taxi drivers of this hotel are impolite and rude. They are deceivers as well so don't transact with them.

  • 4/5 Isceed O. 2 months ago on Google β€’ 2 reviews New
Location is great. It's situated seemingly at the centre of all tourist attractions in Bangkok. Service is amazing as well. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Just one thing for me is the soundproofing of the rooms. I hear the bathroom and water sloshing from another room either upstairs or beside ours. I also hear chatter from other room idk if they are just really loud but still, for me that's a factor since hotel rooms need to be quiet and relaxing so hearing other rooms is a minor thumbs down for me. But aside from that, it's a great place to stay in for tourists who want to get to the main locations faster and cheaper.
