A hotel with a pool within walking distance of Khao San Road. From the exterior, the lobby and hallways are very nice and luxurious, but this time the guest room might have been a bit small for two adults. There is no desk to open a laptop computer, and I felt like I was working on a dresser. It was more like a simple business hotel. The view from the window was not particularly good, and the curtains were closed all the time. However, the air conditioning, amenities, and Wi-Fi are very comfortable, and I was very pleased with the pool area and the view from there. It is a shame that the pool area closes at 8pm because the night view is beautiful. The staff at the pool bar was very friendly and served lots of fruit for the kids. We stayed at many hotels on this trip, but this time we enjoyed the pool here the most, both in terms of environment and service. The breakfast buffet was not particularly luxurious, but the restaurant offers a very impressive meal with a view of Phra Athit Road in the morning.

I had a fantastic quarantine experience at Chillax Heritage recently. I booked it based on having a jacuzzi tub in the room, and it did not disappoint! The room was large and comfortable and the tub made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. The service was outstanding, and hotel staff were available on Line at all times and extremely quick to respond to requests. I had everything I could possibly need delivered to my door within minutes. There are several food options for every meal and the food was really good by quarantine standards, so if you're a picky eater like me this is a real plus. I can think of only one downside which is the inability to reheat food (no microwave). Otherwise 10/10 recommended hotel for quarantine, and I imagine it would be just as excellent in normal times if you wish to explore Bangkok.

Hotel in a good location of Bangkok. Value for money is really good, however the hotel is not yet fully operational post-COVID: restaurant is still closed (so no breakfast or dinner possible) and the swimming pool bar is also still closed. There also seems to be limited amount of staff present and some of them were not that friendly. However, overall this is a good place to stay in Bangkok! Hotel rooms are fine and clean.

Lovely place in a great area. Walkable distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Rooftop pool has a great view. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Taxis right outside, which was helpful for an easy morning ride to the airport. Food and pool swim-up bar were closed.

Loved the fact that the hotel was cozy and clean. As to the rooms, what wasn't a problem but I would have liked better is more natural light as well as no water leaking from the bathtub on the floor (we didn't have a mop or anything, so it would get a bit wet). However, that wasn't anything major. We had room service a few times and the food was delicious! Plus, the staff was very helpful and kind whenever we needed them to dry the bathroom floor or help with anything else. The location is perfect - close to an amazingly cheap and professional laundry service (the clothes were neatly folded and smelled so fresh after). There are also a few restaurants where you can eat Thai street food and it's so good, not to mention affordable. And last hut not least, the hotel is about 12 minutes away from Khao San Road. The hotel has a nice pool with a great view and a small gym. I'd gladly stay there again. 🙂

Nice hotel with clean and fresh rooms. Quite a good room size at a very low price. Breakfast was excellent. I loved the bathroom and the comfy bed. R

First time visiting Bangkok and we stayed at this hotel and everything was perfect. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful (don’t forget to tip for their good services). The pool area is small but sufficient. The room were clean, and bed was comfortable. Location is good, within walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and modern - great bathrooms, amenities, and design. Comfy beds, showers, bathrobes, etc. The rooftop pool is lovely and relaxing with great views. The staff was very nice and let us have a late check out and store our bags. There was no free breakfast but plenty of cafes within walking distance. Only downside was our window directly faced another building's window, so we couldn't really open our blinds without being seen by other people. Definitely conveniently located - a nice walk to the Palace and Khaosan Street with all of the parties, but also on a calmer street if you want to stay away from crowds.

While ASQ isolation isn't the ideal beginning to any trip, the Chillax Heritage Hotel and its wonderful staff made me feel comfortable, content, and secure. It is obvious that a lot of thought and careful planning have been implemented to ensure guests are safe and healthy. Their systems and processes, along with the cleanliness of the hotel and the safeguards put in place by staff - PPE, specific elevators, etc. - truly made me feel at ease. I never had to want for anything. Every request I made of the staff was fulfilled, and sometimes so quickly, I could hardly believe it! They were generous with supplies and always treated me as though I was a friend of the hotel - not just a number, and certainly not a burden. The room was clean and well-appointed. I thoroughly enjoyed the soft bed, comfy pillows, and the jacuzzi tub. The large window allowed for a lot of natural light, so I never felt trapped or in a cave, as it can be with some other hotels. While I didn't use the smart TV often, it is a cool amenity to have - positioned well and of a good size. Internet was super-fast, so streaming and downloading were no problem at all. The meals were decent, maybe not always delicious, but I did enjoy the green curry and the tom yum, as well as the cashew chicken and the burger & fries. I could have ordered from 7-11, but chose not to do so, so there are other options if you aren't keen on the cuisine. I really must emphasize the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to make me feel at home. Al the things I mentioned above are important in the hospitality industry, but if the staff is rude or neglectful, it can ruin everything. The kind people who work here are top notch! Every single person I came into contact with, by email, or LINE, or in person, were absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much, Chillax. I'm excited to leave ASQ, but I will miss your hospitality. You guys got it right.

I've been 3 times at the Chillax, a very nice hotel, large, modern, clean, quiet rooms. With Jacuzzi they are the top. Too bad we didn't get a room with a view. Excellent location to take boat or visit the chaotic and noisy Kahosan. Excellent staff.

We had the room with Jacuzzi, after a day in the city or arriving from a long trip, it does make the difference. Room clean big and with a really comfy bed. The Rooftop pool with Bar service is amazing and the gym a big plus if you want to keep working out while away. The continental breakfast with a big variety of food it's a great way to start the day. Can't recommend enough.

It's a great hotel to stay for a couple of days. The rooms are nice an clean and the beds are comfortable. The major advantage is the rooftop pool with a great view, where you cool off during the hottest hours of the day. Ten staff are friendly and helpful. Several destinations can be reached by foot from here. The metro line is pretty far away.

I stayed at Chillax Heritage Hotel during my 15 day ASQ. At first I was disappointed because my room did not have a view as I thought I had understood it would from the booking. Once i spoke with the hotel staff, they informed me that I had not booked a room with a view, but they upgraded me to the room I thought I had booked. To avoid future confusion, I recommend the hotel makes sure the room pictures on booking.com reflect the actual rooms. Other than that initial mixup, everything else was great. The room had a street view, nice bathroom and shower, great AC, couch, large jacuzzi tub, large bed, etc. It was really clean and comfortable. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Although they were not allowed to interact with me in person because of quarantine, they were very responsive to my LINE messages and requests. Every time I ordered delivery food, they brought it to my room immediately. They also were prompt at helping me with other requests, such as printing out a document I needed. I recommend this hotel and their staff.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel, location was great and hotel super luxurious at a really good price. The jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop pool made it even better. Staff also made sure I had a great stay. 10/10

Modern rooms, large bath. Service was decent, the staff was a bit too formal. However, that did not affect the service level. Breakfast was fine, pool bar food wasn't the best. However the view makes up for that.

Good Hotel near Khaosan Road. (+) 10 mins walk to the Great Palace, 5 mins to ferry and to Khaosan Road. Clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Nice rooftop pool with bar. (-) Strange smell at some locations. Sometimes towels at the pool were missing. All together, solid 4+ stars.

You are welcomed with cold towels and efficient check-in process. 🌟 The rooftop pool is well maintained (not heated if that matters to you). There’s a bar with in-pool seating and decent pricing considering it’s convenience, also serve menu from their restaurant. The long chairs are not comfortable at all, but they are displayed so it doesn’t feel overcrowded at all. 🏊🏼‍♀️ King size bed comfortable, but can’t leave room without turning all electricity off completely as you have only one room key (no charging, no AC).

Lovely hotel! me & my partner stayed for 3 nights and staff were super helpful, there's a lovely restaurant next to the reception and it's got an amazing rooftop pool. Really nearby lots of nice cafes and bars.

Great location; close to the must sees in Bangkok. Staff is very kind, and the rooms are beautiful! We had our own 2-person jacuzzi. Definitely recommend!

Just a perfect start to our trip in Thailand. Friendly staff, clean room, nice pool. Also a very good location, close to Khao San but not noisy at all. Also very close to water taxi!

Location is decent as it’s close the ferry, which is only 30 baht to get to many places in the city like the temple of the emerald Buddha or Icon Siam. Close to decent restaurants and two 7-11’s. The staff are friendly enough and are extra friendly to foreigners. The room is nice, air con works perfectly. The pool is nice with a decent view.

We spent 3 nights here and it was a great choice. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We needed more coffee and tea one morning, called the reception and the supply was delivered within 2 minutes. The room was of adequate size, and the AC worked well. The bath tub was big and was a jacuzzi! We didn't try it but it seemed to work. The rooftop swimming pool and bar was very nice. The water temperature was perfect, and a great place for photos! We swam everyday during our stay. The area is great and we felt safe. Lots of local restaurants, noodle shops, bars and hawkers, so you have the option to eat very cheap food or pay a little bit more to dine in a nice restaurant. It's within walking distance to the pier and the main tourist street. You can access many tourist attractions from pier Phra Arthit like Wat Arun, the Grand Palace, China Town, Iconsiam and Wang Lang Market easily. The boat costs 16-30 baht per person per trip and the last service was 7:30pm. We had an amazing stay here and we totally recommend it.

Great location to stay! Very friendly staff and well priced. Would also recommend the coffee shop down the road (Coffee Context).

This hotel was awesome! The staff were so attentive and friendly. The rooftop pool was so great for a last day in Bangkok, where we mostly wanted to relax at the end of our trip. Would stay again. It’s also close to Khaosan road but not close enough you hear the music and can completely avoid the hustle and bustle of it if you want to.

Great location near the river and walkable distance to the grand palace. It’s just around the corner from khao san road so good bars and restaurants, without it being close enough for the mayhem. The rooms were fantastic and good value for money. You need to remember there’s a step down to the bathroom though! The pool is very nice with lots of loungers available, the pool bar staff are also very friendly with a good happy hour. I would come back again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone. Only downside is the distance from the BTS but a grab to the nearest stop was only about 100 bhat.

I have just completed ASQ at CHILLAX HERITAGE and it was absolutely superb. 1) top quality western and Thai food beef bolognese, chicken steak and chips a variety of burgers curries and salads, bonus menu and 7-11 delivery service. 2) Caring gentle nurses for covid testing. 3) foam bath power JACUZZI large size for hot relaxing, can watch large screen NETFLIX from the bath or the bed. 4) Rooms are better than many brandname 5 star hotels in Bangkok because it is a newer hotel with ultra modern finishings, quality bed with luxurious linen bedding. Top notch pillows, no expense spared 5) No stale smells whatsoever and in a quiet road near the river in quaint idyllic setting. 6) Tonnes of free extras washing powder , lotions, bubble bath, full toiletries, torch light, windows open for air changing double curtains to control street lighting or create total blackout as you desire, two wardrobes , fridge, mini safe coffee tea , thermometer, the list goes on and on to ensure VIP luxury 7) Cheaper and better value than all other options, I have been on holiday in Bangkok for 37 years so I know what's good and what's not in Bangkok. I live on the other side of the city but chose this hotel because top quality care and luxury is more important to me than location, that said the air here is way cleaner than Sukhumvit and it does not flood like Sukhumvit. Down by the river not far from Khaosan Road.

Flight got cancelled, but the hotel wouldn't let me reschedule for later in the year.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Spacious, clean room with large bathroom. The rooftop pool is a fantastic place to hang out on a hot afternoon or evening. The swim up bar was a nice touch with buy 2 get 1 free cocktails! Our room was toward the middle of the two buildings, so it was nice and quiet for sleeping since we were not near the road.

Chillax Heritage is a fantastic hotel in terms of quality and value in the area around Khao San. We’ve stayed in and around the area a number of times (over many months in total), in the full range of accommodation (backpacking in our 20s, holidaying in our early 30s) so we have a fairly balanced view of what’s on offer. Now in our late 30s, the location of the hotel is perfect in terms of being close enough walking distance to immerse in Soi Rambuttri and Khao San Road, but also a tourist-centric haven away from the hustle and bustle, and yet close to all the amenities and some of the tourist spots. The rooftop pool is fantastic, and the swim-up bar makes your day. The views of the near rooftops and distant CBD from the pool are interesting. The gym is good enough (and probably more equipped than you may imagine). The rooms are fresh, well-equipped and comfortable. The baths are a delight, and the water pressure and heating are relatively fantastic. The aircon is powerful. The staff are remarkably helpful and polite (and we didn’t feel the need to be on our guard for being scammed or cheated), with many speaking a very good level of English. The only let-downs are the lack of views from the rooms, and the breakfast buffet, whilst plentiful and decent quality, was very repetitive (we ate out after a few days). We will stay here again, no doubt. It’s a rare gem.

Beautiful hotel with a high level of luxury, all the staff will do their best to make you happy and enjoy your rest. The swimming pool on the roof its a best therefore you can order a drink in the bar directly from the pool. Nice. The location it's perfect to visit the hearth of Bangkok walk in. I recommend this place for sure.

We did our first day in Thailand in Chillax hotel. Everything went smoothly, the hotel picked us up at the airport, they took us to the test facility & then we got our room where we were waiting for the test result. 6-7 hours later we got our result (negativ) and we could leave the hotel. The hotel provided with good/tasty food until our “test day”. The only thing which is missing is a microwave, as sometimes the food arrives but you would eat it onlz few hours later but then you can only eat it cold. The rooftop pool has a great view however we wished the bar was open to grab some drinks. It is in a very good location, lot of nice little cafes/ bars are just within walking distance. The staff was helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

5/5 stars. Great location near Khaosan Road and many other attractions/restaurants, staff was very nice and helpful, nice rooftop pool with great view. Enjoyed using the jacuzzi tub (although our tub leaked a bit).

Nice room, great location close to restaurants street food and vendors. Reception staff was helpful. It is a hotel in the city so may be why the reception is not very warm. The door man doesn’t open the door for guests 🤷‍♀️

If you want to visit thailand and your fligh to bangkok, a good hotel to plan and start the trip is the Chillax heritage hotel. Room: Nice and clean, nice bath, doors not that good you can hear nearly every noise that is coming from the floor but we were able to sleep well. Pool: Nice, like on the pictures, poolbar was sadly closed. There was a small problem on the ground of the pool but they try to fix it in the upcoming months. Staff: Very helpful staff, we arrived at 8.00 am and the rooms were already ready for checkin without paying any extra amount. Checkout at 12am was extended to 2pm after we asked them, we were also able to use the pool on the day we left until our night train was ready. We had the bags in a storage room for that time period. We even extended one day and it was very easy thanks to the nice staff all in all it was very nice staying with chillax. Take care of the scams outside in the streets

Nice and clean room with jacuzzi bath. Pretty well located close to many sights, restaurants and lively backpacker area. I really liked the design of the room and colours of green, dark wood and beige. The service was welcoming, good options for breakfast although not included in the price of the room. The rooftop pool was great as well with views of the city.

A great hotel with friendly staff. Exceptional customer service and love the express check in! I left my swimming costume here and they kept it for me so I could go later and pick it up. Thank you!!! The rooftop pool is great! Clean and spacious rooms. Good bath! Close to a park, ferry terminal and Khao San. Good restaurants and coffee places close by.

It's a hotel that has really nice rooms. The spa tub is an addition to the room that we can all take advantage of. The pool was unfortunately under maintenance, but we were given access to the pool of another sister property that was just 10 minutes away. The breakfast was fantastic for a price of 250 Baht per person. I personally was very satisfied with it. Very clean rooms and spacious

10/10 - will be the only hotel we stay at when we visit Bangkok again. We used it as a stop over from travelling and were really impressed. The staff are super-helpful and professional. The rooms have everything you need for a short stay. The buffet breakfast was included in our price and was lovely. The rooftop pool was a quirky touch, with a swim up bar and plenty of sunbeds, as well as a shaded area with tables and chairs. All in all, a very good value hotel in a great location.
