Great hotel ! After reading some of the reviews, we booked to try this hotel ourselves. On top of all the good things mentioned by other guests, one thing stands out most from this hotel is their customer service is just Awesome! Due to travel arrangements changed, we arrived at the hotel in the early morning hours when nothing was yet open, however, the night shift staffs - Phone and his manager Jib, they went above and beyond to accommodate us with the earliest possible check-in. We spent the morning hours by their open-pool side, enjoying the sunrise, and later had breakfast until the room was ready. The staffs in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful too - Kig introduced us to a Thai omelet which went very well with the Thai congee. Front desk staffs - Jenny, Nenny and Karina, helped us make reservations and we were able to squeezed into a 2 star Michelin restaurant, arranged the Spa and other things.…It was an exceptionally hospitality experience! I am a Diamond Member with Hilton Honors, and a Lifetime Titanium Elite with Starwood, so I know what customer services is. Although I have no status in this hotel, yet their staffs, from the front desk, restaurant, room service to concierge desk, their services are amazing, down to every detail of the customer’s needs, just totally awesome! We will definitely revisit this hotel again.

Service was either overbearing or insulting. There is a line between attentive and intrusive and this staff clearly crosses that line. Multiple late night WhatsApp messages about our undetermined flight plans, chasing me down on the treadmill to see if housekeeping can clean the room (DND light was on), and checking on me repeatedly during my gym session were all too much. Next, it is important to know that they are there to accommodate the guests, not the other way around. I got related messages and in person questions about my upcoming schedule. Just too much! Finally, and most importantly, they repeatedly offended my Thai wife (I am American). At the airport, the hotel rep consciously avoided greeting my wife and didn’t even acknowledge her presence. Upon checking us in the room the valet stopped using a polite form of Thai once he found that my wife was Thai. Finally, when greeted in the hallways I was greeted with a very formal hello while my wife was initially greeted as such until they saw she was Thai and abruptly stopped the formal speech 😡. I brought this up to a manager of the butlers, it it never went any further than that. The hotel has major training issues. All that said, the rooms are nice and well appointed. The gym is very good. Breakfast was also good. Don’t come here if you have a Thai wife or perhaps if you yourself are Thai.

Stayed for one night in a suite with a package deal (breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea included). Great value for money during difficult times for all hotels in Bangkok. Host Oshin was lovely and polite. Food was good, despite lunch and dinner menu were the same. Room was comfortable and spacious, working desk could be better. Great baby facilities provided in the room. Definitely recommend the hotel and hope they will have better times with more guests in the near future.

One of the best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, High quality rooms , and high quality service. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The deluxe room that we booked for 3nights was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and linens. The room was overlooking the city which had a fabulous view. There is a coffee machine, a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated with unique tiles. They provided plush towels and top of the line toiletry sets which they would replace every day.

We’re staying in this Rosewood 3nights. The our room 1802 around 11pm-12 am always hear some annoying noise from upstairs or outside. Bad and poor sound insulation in a 5 stars hotel? If I choose must the park Hyatt instead. Unacceptable ruin my quiet and relaxing holiday Update what manger said, upstairs 19/f is their Chinese restaurant, that’s why in the morning and the mid night noise all from the restaurant, but I’m wondering am I the first complaint the noise? ( noise is like people chopping meat, moving chairs….) If a 5 stars hotel knows this and send this room 1802 to customer , that’s unprofessional and not respect your customer. When I checked out , the manager still asking me will I come back? Of coz not definitely not. I would like to share the video to let people hear what we had, unfortunately Google cut all sounds.

Good hotel, service was good, but worse than other 5-stars hotel with the same price level, many area was closed by the time I was there, need to have breakfast near the pool and no privacy while you were swimming. Many facilities was closed and need to book before using it. Room view was very poor. There's noisy in the morning, the technician was doing some maintenance in the emergency exit area while leaving the door open and concierge can't help that. Amenities and shower gel they gave was great.

I love the Rosewood brand but wouldn't say that this particular hotel stands out as having a sense of place. I guess it has a sense of place if that place is the inside of a shopping mall in Bangkok. The public areas are gorgeous, especially the main dining area where breakfast is served. That said, I found the room small and dark (and I like dimly lit rooms) and the swimming pool was a bit of a disappointment -- crowded and a bit boxed in. The service was a hit or miss too - I found the breakfast staff kind of passive aggressive like you were inconveniencing them - just not super hospitable considering the numerous options for high end hotels in Bangkok. Nan Bei was a treat (though they had the same song playing like literally over and over again for the full 2 hours we were there) and the spa is a must go before or after a long flight.

We stayed here in late October till early November. Looking at the pictures online, we were rather excited. Love the location as it is really convenient to get around. There were also lots of dining choices around the hotel area. However, we also experienced the following issues: Noise: This hotel is located next to busy roads and highway. Its really noisy at night, and that's despite me wearing earplugs. I can still hear trucks passing by. We stayed on the 18th floor and the chinese restaurant is right above us. Every night (between 11pm - 1am) we here noises from above. I guess its because the staff are closing the restaurant? At first I thought it was maintenance / housekeeping fixing things but found out the restaurant is upstairs. Housekeeping: We keep the DND sign on. However, housekeeping came in anyway to clean up while we were out. I believe our neighbor had the same problem and they resort to sticking a note on their door. We reflected to the reception and weirdly even though the room wasn't cleaned (when DND is on), we detected signs of the room being entered. For example, the drapes were drawn down even when we left it up before leaving the room. It was kind of creepy. Food: We tried the breakfast menu and it was only okay. The food was served lukewarm, as it was left on the counter for a long time. Pool: First time I use a saltwater pool. Not sure I liked the heated pool water, as it was not as refreshing (as dipping into a cold pool). In addition, the jacuzzi area was full of fallen leaves. There were also too little seats. Then again the space is quite small too. We resorted to sitting near the gym. For the price we paid, I don't think it is up to the standards of a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately, we were rather disappointed.

It's like an ultra luxury hotel. The room was clean and fully furnished. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious in Europe and Thai style, especially the croissants are good smell and crispy. The swimming pool is beautiful and the atmosphere is great. If you're looking for a great hotel, don't miss out on this one.

I’ve got mixed feelings on Rosewood Bangkok. The room and the facilities were great. The location was convenient as well. It’s easy to go everywhere with either grab or BTS. The staff were nice and friendly, BUT a lot of them need a lot of training. Currently the services provided weren’t as professional, coming from a 5-star hotel. I’d come back again with my girl friend, but I hope it’ll be better next time.

Prepare to be enchanted, for Rosewood Bangkok Hotel is a sanctuary of unparalleled luxury and impeccable service. Do not recommend. As a frequent traveler to Bangkok, my loyalty to Rosewood Bangkok has been unwavering for the last three years, with my family and I choosing to stay here multiple times annually. Our stay in October was split into two parts, and the experience varied considerably. The first stint was acceptable despite minor issues with the blinds and TV – nothing that we couldn't overlook. However, the second part of our stay highlighted some concerning missteps. We booked what was advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, expecting a shared living space with two adjoining bedrooms. Instead, we were given two separate rooms connected by a common door, which was quite misleading and not what one envisions when booking an apartment. Additionally, we were informed that our luggage had been moved and was awaiting us in our new rooms, but this was not the case. The logistical oversight was inconvenient and could have been managed better. Moreover, the room's location on a lower floor subjected us to relentless street noise, which proved detrimental to a peaceful night's sleep. Given the hotel's position in a bustling area, this was an unfortunate but significant detriment to our comfort. We brought these issues to the attention of the lady butler, only to be met with an indifferent response, devoid of any actionable solutions or alternative offerings – a reaction that fell short of the service standards we had come to expect from Rosewood. The redeeming qualities of our stay were the morning breakfasts at Lakorn, where Chef Frank's charisma and hospitality shone brightly, providing an extensive variety of excellent local Thai and Western options that ensured a delightful start to the day. Similarly, the cuisine at Nan Bei, crafted by Chef Matthew, remained a highlight and was consistently enjoyable. Despite these positives, the overall experience was marred by the aforementioned concerns. As a regular patron, the lack of consideration for a loyal customer has prompted me to reconsider my loyalty. It is with a heavy heart that I no longer recommend Rosewood Bangkok and will seek alternative accommodations in the future.

I was hoping to love it but kept being disappointed and frustrated by so many things. At this price point I would recommend anyone to avoid this hotel and go to capella or Waldorf instead where you will get a true 5 star experience unlike rosewood. Pros: -very nice bed linens but only 180cm wide size -heated pool -cake offered for our anniversary was delicious -toto washlets in a separated room -dyson hairdryer Cons: -dinner served at room temperature or Luke warm at lakorn after a very long wait despite being the only customers. At this price point it's just a bad joke. -breakfast at lakorn is underwhelming with items already finished at ten when it should continue until 11. Overall quality is far below waldorf or Capella despite charging the same rates. -no real upgrade offered despite included in rate. Real upgrades you can only get by paying more than advertised rate online... -half a paper roll in the toilet is not enough and it's never ok to request toilet paper in a 5 star "luxury" hotel. -pool is permanently in the shade. Getting sun is probably not possible in this hotel. -no towels at the gym... Had to find a staff to request them. -empty desinfecting gel stayed empty at the gym. Great for sanitary maniacs -no tea in the room, had to ask why other rooms we visited had tea before we got some. -staff changed our ac setting while we went to dinner, we came back to a hot and humid room and took time figuring out someone changed the AC from cooling mode to winter heating mode ... -sauna and steam rooms are very very small and subpar with no amenities provided. -everything is dark, clearly a choice but lighting is too dark everywhere -shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were not refilled we barely had enough for two showers. -floors are squeeking when you walk in the room. -gym is well equipped but too small for the number of rooms

The definition of a luxury hotel. The devil is in the details as they say - your morning coffee is freshly brewed rather than machine-dispensed, turn-down service leaves little treats (like charger wires in a de-tangling holder for you to take home!), the poolside offers sunscreen and aloe vera gel, and it just doesn’t stop there. Could not recommend this hotel more for a truly indulgent experience. The only thing that went wrong was in-room dining. I was unable to find vegetarian food when I ventured out and came back to order dinner late at night. It took much longer than they told me it would and then arrived cold and frankly tasted rather poor. It was wiped off the bill immediately, to their credit, and they couldn’t have done more to turn the situation around. Lunch in-house was, in stark contrast, fantastic, so I would still recommend it.

The hotel was built in March 2019 so the amenities are all brand new and beautiful. Service is impeccable. Views are amazing and the bar Lennon’s is awesome. Room is beautiful with every detail well thought out. We stayed in the executive suite and loved it. Breakfast was fantastic too with great food, a variety of juices and other breakfast drinks.

By far the coolest views I’ve seen in a hotel in a while. The bar at the top is awesome and the pool is breathtakingly modern although a little sterile. The rooms were awesome and comfortable and I preferred the room with the corner views!

This is an outstanding hotel. Every detail is accounted for. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are incredibly professional. The location is excellent, it is connected to the BTS by covered walkway on the third floor. The walkway also goes to several nice shopping areas including Central Embassy which is a really nice luxury mall.

Love this place! Everything about this hotel is luxurious. Price tags aside, the service you get is way different from other hotels each, and EVERY staff member will give u their 100% attention.. from the Managers to service staff, they will approach u instead of u asking for help, this is the type of service that any hotel couldn't match, not even in Sg. If u wish to indulge, then this is the place for u 💜

The room we stayed in was fabulous and had a stunning view, only topped by our experience at the Nan Bei restaurant where the quality of the food was easily matched by the wonderful ambiance. After the meal, of course we had to take pictures outside the restaurant. We spent a lot of our time out at the pool which, while small, was immaculate, and I really appreciated the sunscreen station. The attendant did a really great job making sure we had enough water. The gym was a bit small, but again, immaculate and with water on hand, and I enjoyed running on the treamill, which offered a great view of the city. All of the employees were really lovely, but Alice and Nasa went above and beyond to help me navigate buying train tickets online, spending nearly an hour to make sure the trip was booked properly and leaving from the correct station. I really couldn't be more grateful for their patience and assistance. Because of them, I was able to enjoy the rest of my time at the Rosewood and relax rather than worry about having to sort out the train tickets on my own. I couldn't say a single bad thing about our stay there or about any of the employees; everything was of the highest level of excellence. A perfect place to begin our vacation in Bangkok.

V nice hotel and what was even nicer was the service! We were well taken care of throughout our stay and even after we have checked out at the airport - with Rosewood staff stationed at the airport to help us out with VAT refund and escorted us to airline counter! We were also very surprised with the bday cake they sent to our room on my husband’s bday! Truly impressed!

Rosewood Bangkok is a luxurious and elegant hotel that offers an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with impeccable service and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and stunning views of the city. The hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, are top-notch and provide a perfect retreat for relaxation. The dining options are also impressive, with a variety of restaurants offering delicious cuisine from around the world. Overall, Rosewood Bangkok is a true gem in the heart of the city, providing a memorable stay for me.

My first time staying at Rosewood Bangkok. The deluxe room is somewhat on the small side and it is too close to the next building, which means that you need to keep your shears closed most of the time. That said, the hotel was very accommodating and tried to find me another room away from the next building, however, the improvement was not great, so I chose not to move. The most impressive part of our experience was the WhatsApp Concierge service, which was highly efficient and made it most enjoyable asking for services such as reservations of restaurants, suggestions of places to visit, room service and so forth. No more waiting in line at the concierge desk, struggling to get myself understood due to language issues, and so forth. This is arguably, the best concierge service I have experienced amongst 5/6 stars hotels or resorts.

Overall this was a great place and experience. It’s in a convenient location and has direct sheltered access to the BTS via the third floor of the hotel. Stayed in the Guest Studio which was a great choice in our opinion. Rooms were tastefully decorated. The staff that attended to our check in was very helpful and understood our needs. Special mention to Maxwell kun who made the check-in and check out smooth. The gym is small but had a good selection of machines available. Not much of a view for the pool. Breakfast spread was ok, mix of local and international selection. Service was attentive, special mention to Mario the floor manager, and Nikki. Overall a great place to stay and hope to be back at Rosewood when we are next back in Bangkok.

Good hotel, but I’ve got a complicated feelings towards the service. The hotel looks way better than the photos, you can sense the luxurious atmosphere the moment you walk in, and it’s not the flamboyant type, but a more low profile luxury. The location is super convenient, especially the bridge towards sky train, what a good design! Front desk was quick and attentive, thumbs up, but other services need some more touch. The elevator system at Rosewood is a disaster, it’s separated into two sections. One only goes from 1-7, another goes from 7-29 or something. The 7-29 elevators can take forever to come to your floor, which is terrible if ur in a hurry. Their room service team didn’t respond to my call, didn’t even call back, so I had to go downstairs to their lobby to get their attention. What’s even worse, they brought me small sized flippers so I had to call again, but at least this time they picked up. Overall an okay experience, could be better, might come back to their hotel just for the location. I sincerely hope one day I’ll come back for their services, but not this time.

The staffs called us by names when they opened our car's door. Khun Noolek at conceirge was very friendly and attentive. The room was neat and spacious. All amenities including bathrobes and slippers are all high quality. We got a basket full of baby's amenities which is super cute. We were impressed with the In-room breakfast service. We cannot finished them because they gave us so many! Everything was delicious as well. The pool was limited to 2 persons per 2 hours so it was very private. The pool itself is big and beautiful. We had lunch the next day at G&O. Shout out to Khun Tik who was very friendly and helpful. Nothing negative during my stay. Excellent service ! Great job! ______ Best Regards, M.
