Great location and service staffs. It's just steps away from BTS Chong Nonsi and King Power Mahanakhon. Everything was perfect except the facility in the entire hotel. Door bell, DND & Make Up Room light was not working. Dust in the ceiling fan. Air-Con was noisy, even the staff had no solution on it. Towel rack fell down. Water temperature was not stable. I think the owner needs to do something on renovation, when newly built hotels are opening around this area. Of course, the price was low. If you think the room is only for overnight, I think it's a great place to stay, since this hotel has the greatest location.

Great rooms, especially the tinted window in the bathroom to the bedroom? That I want expecting! Has a curtain though πŸ˜‹ Clean and modern. No laser detection on the elevator so do put your hand on the bumper so that it doesn't hit you on the second person getting out. The breakfast option is of good variety. Coffee so so though. Friendly service. No laundry service but there's one in front that was overbooked.

The room was comfortable but the view was of a building site. The lighting was too dim for my taste too. And the shower head in the bathroom pointed out not down. Little things but they add up. The location was nice and central with easy access to sky train, the value was good and the hotel does have a rooftop pool and gym and a reasonable restaurant. Maybe it deserves a 4 but my gut gave it a 3

I'd like to rent for a month as the location is quit good for me but the staffs didn't seems happy to help or service at all. I texted and called so many times to let them send me the picture of the room since i wasn't be able to go see it myself. The lady told me at 9am that they will rush and send me pictures but then i waited till 4pm. I called and she didn't sound happy to give me the info at all. She could just tell me something or the reason why gotta take so long but she didn't and when i called again the way she talked made me suddenly made a decision to not take it anymore. Ur place is nice but please carefully choose the staffs who work for your hotel to provide better service and review next time.

Room was not cleaned and it was very noisy from the traffic from the main road. We could hardly sleep but seemed staff didn't care when I reported this to them. Receptionists gave horrible service. The house keeper was friendly but didn't clean my room properly left a huge cockroach in my bathroom for 3 days 😭😭😭 breakfast was OK. This hotel is in a good location that is only one good thing I can think of. I used to stay in this hotel years ago and everything was very lovely staff were very nice. Now everything has been changed to worse. The management team may have to consider the new way to manage the hotel and training staff.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I know this is a budget hotel but what I encountered is beyond acceptable even judging from a budget-hotel standard. 1. I requested for clothes iron, they said β€œNO” and pointed me to the laundry shop opposite. I went with a bag of clothes but they were closed and they don’t have ironing service anyway. Ok fine. 2. I requested for extra pillows, they said β€œNO”. Ok fine. 3. The water kettle looks like taken from a dumpsite. The top part cover is melted on all sides and has yellowish stain all over. (REFER TO IMAGE) 4. One of the pillows are without pillowcase and positioned randomly on the bed. Not to mention the pillow itself has yellow-ish stains too. It looks like room-cleaning has not been completed. (REFER TO IMAGE) 5. The lighting in the toilet is way too dark. 6. Both key cards are not working. I’m fine with the first 2 situations but the water kettle and the uncovered pillow had crossed my tolerance borderline. Dissatisfied with the awful situation, my husband and I decided to check out. I reported the my bad experiences to Agoda and requested for a refund but eventually was being turned down. I’m still feeling frustrated about the entire bad experience and the fact that I wasn’t able to get any refund. However, I’m glad I made the decision to check out to avoid my holiday mood to be totally ruined. To anyway who is considering to stay in this hotel, well, I wish you luck and STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Generally it was good. My key card stopped working on 3 occasions, the fitness area isn't cleaned at all, or toilet paper restocked there. They shut the pool (and fitness area) at 8 which contradicts the sign at the pool. On checkout day the air con stopped working and I feel that was to get us to leave before the midday checkout time. The housekeepers are friendly and sweet. I had a standard (budget?) Room which had 2 air con units on its balcony and that's all you could hear all night. Like having a transit van on your pillow. If you can afford to upgrade to the next room it might be worth it unless you have ear plugs or are a heavy sleeper

For a budget hotel The Heritage represents great value as well as being safe and clean. After reading prior reviews I expected this to be a dive, so was surprised at how wonderful it was. Key features for me include spacious rooms, a high standard of cleanliness, a lovely infinity pool, unbeatable location, excellent air-conditioning, and a very decent buffet breakfast. The attached restaurant is delightful and very upmarket. I took one star off as there were no English TV channels( despite there being a French and Chinese one), and the staff friendliness was variable. Others have mentioned that the walls are quite thin and I was aware of this prior to booking. However, I found the low hum from the air-conditioner mitigated this nicely. At $55 au, inclusive of buffet breakfast, you can't expect perfection, but this was nearly perfect for me.

My first time in Bangkok and what a great experience it was staying at the Heritage Hotel! Very close to the train and has great food stores on the block. The service is amazing! The cleaners are very professional. The room itself does require a little TLC but functions well and didn't impede on the enjoyment of the room. The breakfasts are really good and have a large variety of options. The pool and gym do require a bit of maintenance but is still a lovely place to spend the evening after dinner.

I would recommend this hotel for mid budget travellers. This hotel is few steps away from Nong Si BTS (Silom Line) station. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. The most importantly they change the linen everyday.

location wise it is great since it’s right down the Nong Chonsi BTS. However the air con is very loud I couldn’t sleep. The shower is not clean and the water heater is unstable that sometimes cold water just splashed while I was taking hot shower. The toilet smells very bad too. I gave the feedback to reception on my 1st night and it got better when I came back later that night. But then it smelled the same next morning lol, no better. The breakfast was meh. Nothing special and repetitive.

This hotel (based on my experience) is a real gem. The location is excellent. I arrived early yet the reception was very friendly and accommodated an early check in. I got a spacious lovely room on the top floor. It was clean and adequate. The air conditioning and WiFi is strong everywhere. The buffet breakfast was good (and the coffee was hot). One can't ask for more unless you are very fussy and particular. At this rate I would gladly return any time to the Heritage.

Amazing staff but not really amazing. It's called staff because they are paid. Or actually are they getting paid money wise? Because they are so uninterested in their job. No smile was to be found on all of the reception staff including the supervisor. But I did get a big room for the price of small single. And I got a sweet one hour later check out deal. All I had to do was ask. She was depressed about life I reckon. Hotel is nowhere near new. Very old and a lot of wear and tear. The shower has no hot water but rather lukewarm. The beds are comfortable to me but there were some itchy times after a while. I think this is due to the non replacement of the bedsheets. Rooms can be very noisy in the morning due to the location and the doors of the entrance is practically like Swiss cheese. I think you should avoid this place at all costs. I paid less for a lot better room and a lot more smile.

Ok hotel. You may consider if you get very tired after walking around and just need a place to sleep. Location is good. Room is not well maintained. The middle aged bald man at the reception was rude, never had eye contact at all while checking in, just answered I don’t know for any question. Luckily other stuff stepped out to help. May look for other options with similar price range nearby, plenty of them!

Don't know why some people low-rating this hotel. As i experienced, the room was spacious and clean enough, comfortable and quiet vibes. Huge window with street view is a plus. Near BTS station. Mahanakhon tower just across the street. Minimarket, Cafe & Coffee shops around. Street food stalls. Quite good breakfast also hotel cafe inside.

I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the elegant lobby, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The check-in process was swift and efficient, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, it truly felt like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring Bangkok. One of the highlights of my stay was the strategic location of the hotel, literally just a couple walks away from the BTS Chong Nonsi. Besides, the well known night life in Silom is within walking distance as well. The combination of luxurious accommodations, attentive service, and prime location makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in the heart of the city.

The room is big but a little bit old and dark at the kitchen area. Staff is friendly. The most great about this place is the location, really near to BTS station.

  • 4/5 Anh Son T. 1 year ago on Google
The location of the place is nice, as it is close to the public transport, yet you do not get affected by the noise. There are plenty of food options as well as things to do around. The area is quite busy yet not messy at all. The downside is, the hotel itself, while looks quite nicely decorated, is actually quite old. Service could be a bit faster (the reception is quite slow in processing bookings as well as using English. Mistakes were made quite often too)

Located in Silom next to Chiang nonsi BTS station and extremely convenient for trips to the city. Tuktuk is readily available. Hotel provide service of city tours and the restaurant is good. Breakfast is so- so with standard menu but of good quality. Rooms are big and good! Will recommend for family stays!

We arrived and were told the room we booked was not available, but were offered another, unfortunately it smelt like someone had been smoking their whole life in here. The staff were somewhat happy to let us stay in another room. Overall the hotel is quite run down and somewhat unclean, the pool was a very murky color and the gym and bar failing to pieces and unusable. Generally the staff seem disinterested and annoyed at some of our basic requests (changing money, help with laundry). This hotel might have been good once, however it’s a far cry from how it looks on the photos. The location is good.

This place is in the alley next to BTS. The transportation is very convenient and there are many places to eat around. Although the hotel equipment is old, the service staff here are very kind, which made me feel very at ease when I came to Thailand for a free trip. Moreover, I wrote an email before my departure to inform me of my needs and that I could check in very late that day. The Reservation manager who responded to me was very patient and willing to help me with my needs. Many thanks to the Reservation manager and staff here

Overall, the hotel is not well maintained and managed. Has a great location, situated beside Chong Nonsi station (Sky Train). The bathroom has this lingering foul smell, the shower curtains are filthy, and lastly, the lavatory leaks. The air condition of the room takes a while to cool the room.

There was no power outlet at the bed side nor at the front table. Only power sockets available were hidden in the cupboard. I called receptionist and told her that there's no power sockets. She sends someone to check on air-conditioning. I told her that the problem was no sockets. She sends electrician to check on electrical problems. I told him not electrical problem but he ignores me. I go downstairs to the receptionist and told her loudly why I have to explain 3 times to which she rudely told me to keep quiet and that it is not her fault. Some older lady goes with me and checks the room and finds no socket and just tells me that it's not her problem and that she cannot do everything for me. I have stayed at this hotel many times and this is how they treat me.
