This place was terrible!!! The rooms are outdated, the bathrooms are falling apart and the ladies in the front counter are the worst. Asked for a different room after seeing the one they were going to put me in was in terrible shape. The ladies at the desk straight up started yelling at me. Then put me in a room where the toilet bowl didn’t flush and they couldn’t fix it!! So had to move me to another room. This time with 2 smaller and much harder beds. The “pool” is a over sized bathtub at best. The only thing this place has going for it, is the fact it’s in Thailand and the magic of being in such a wonderful place blunts the terrible service and location. I will never stay at this hotel ever again!!! Do yourself a big favor, book another hotel!!! There are many to choose from just up the road.

Only nice part of the experience are the bell-hop who helped bring us to the room. Otherwise the rooms are in bad shape, musty smell as you enter, lack of light makes everything look extra dark and dingy. Very difficult to get comfortable. I guess if you're looking for a budget, it could be worst. We couldn't get a refund but decided to forego the payment anyway, and booked ourselves into another hotel.

Quite a simple place. The room service is fine and the food is good. The breakfast is also quite good with a wide variety of Thai salads, fruits and local dishes. The pool is really shallow (0.5 metres to 1 metre) and the room is quite small but a nice modern look, my only problem is that i saw quite alot of bugs like spiders and cockroaches around the place. The placing is quite close to alot of cool restaurants but not close to any tourist sites.

After staying here again after my last visit 4 years ago, you can clearly see the marks covid has left (no shuttle, no laundry, no massage services available currently, only few staff and limited breakfast). Room had a bit a funny smell, but overall was ok and clean. I especially like the quiet location (down soi 4) and the effort staff is making to keep customers happy.

Not ah bad little hotel ,quiet at night because far end of soi nana away from all the bars and crazy girls. was last there in December 2019 , so maybe it has hd some refurbishment done to it. Small pool that does not get much sun, small gym, great breakfast to start the day.....

Photo shopped pictures, pretend to be a 4 star hotel but it is a 2 star hotel. Older men bring their youngster thai girls here which you can hear on the other side of the wall

It was very bad experience.. room was very bad, staff behavior also bad, they say free breakfast and nothing was there only bread and conflex... they are telling 4 stars hotel but I can say any 3 stars will be better than this....they divided room with only one door from inside so lots of disturbance from other room ...

I've stayed here many times before, great staff and in a quiet off street but it's getting tired and it's time for the rooms to be refurbished or maybe I'm unlucky and always get the shabby room. The breakfast used to have much more choice but now it's limited to toast, eggs and cereal....need at least a Thai breakfast seeing we are in Thailand...

Friendly staff, tidy rooms, and a common swimming pool is good. This hotel has a bar but most of the time it's closed. Ideal to stay for a couple of nights.

Very basic amenities. Average breakfast . You have to make a walk for everything.

Very good for the price. Located quite a way down Soi 4 so the area was quiet. Room was large and the bed comfortable. 7-11 located 1 block from hotel and a few restaurants. Of course at the beginning of the soi there is everything.

During my stay, I have been primarily motivated by my visit to the embassy and the need to catch a flight. It is noteworthy that the hotel in question offers affordable rates and provides attentive service. Although there were occasional issues with the slow WiFi network and hot water, these matters were promptly addressed and resolved by the hotel staff. Moreover, the employees demonstrated remarkable attentiveness throughout our stay, assisting us with arranging transportation to the airport and even offering the provision of tuk-tuks in case of emergencies. In summary, I recommend this establishment.

Very nice experience staying with boss, excellent staff always ready to help. Location is good and 7 mins walk to bts, cabs are always standing outside hotel so travelling is very convenient. Buffet breakfast is good but needs more options in food. I was so touched on day 1 of my stay when it was raining heavily and staff gave me their own umbrella so I can go for my dinner. Will stay again definitely.

I liked Boss Suites Nana Hotel. The area is peaceful even though the hotel locates in the neighbourhood of the most famous fun&amusement area of Bangkok. The service in the hotel was very friendly, the room was clean, and at the night time the hotel was silent enough to sleep well. Only the breakfast was very modest; and it's not worth to pay - you find easily near the hotel better breakfast places.

An experience of mixed pleasures but suitable impressed by their service. Nice clean rooms, well serviced by friendly staff, overall building needs a little investment in repairs, all minor things however, the staff are super, go out of their way to assist as much as they can...taxi transfer service to and from airport as needed, good price. I had a little issue whilst staying there but the management team excelled at fixing, repairing and dealing with this, above and beyond the issue...it's safe, secure, friendly local hotel worth staying at if you are wishing to stay in Nana area, cheap prices and good rooms. Real value for money....recommended.

I'd like to start with the positives first as I tend to get too detailed about negatives. If you'd like a mid range priced accomodation that offers ease of access to Sukhumvit and you're a young couple or single traveler then this is a great spot. You get friendly staff, a comfy bed, hot water, a great little pool which my daughter used avidly, breakfast(optional) and a free tuktuk to the top of the main road(very convenient). I'd stop reading now if that's all you need to hear. Now for the negatives. We stayed for almost a week here. The first night was ok, but the next day we found a mouse in the cupboard, which was removed thankfully. The second night, again we heard mice in the cupboards, but the staff couldn't remove or find them the next day. We were promptly upgraded(I didn't request it so it was nice of them), as we also heard everything our neighbors were up to or about to get up to, through the connecting door. From then on the stay was pleasantish, but still couldn't detract from the other negatives. The decor is quite old and the rooms were not always cleant to the standards of which most travelers expect, I'm referring to dark stains on the inside blinds of the bathroom, glasses from previous guests that hadn't been cleant properly and stank of beer, to dust built up on the lamp shades and covers missing on old outdated smoke detectors etc. The hotel is huge and unfortunately due to COVID-19 (I assume) they are not able to staff it to capacity, I'm referring to the non existent massage parlour inside the hotel and lack of effective cleanliness. The breakfast although optional is about as basic as it gets, cereal, eggs, toast, coffee, tea, juice and fruit. The kitchen is set up for a buffet, but obviously they not getting in the numbers to validate filling the trays up or utilizing it I'm guessing. We found out two days in that they had a tuk tuk we could use to get to the top of the main road, but we decided to walk to a nearby park, the very next day we used the hotel tuktuk which my daughter loved, however it broke down that and was then out of action for the remainder of our stay which we realized was a bit of a letdown each day. It was a sub standard hotel at best, for the price range and I do hope that it improves in the future as it has alot of potential to be a great hotel. I would strongly recommend that younger couples or singles stay there for it's basic services, but I would not recommend this as a hotel for families due to the distance from family friendly activities or attractions.

This hotel wasn’t bad at all, we liked it in there. Good location, nice personal, rooms were clean, good breakfast, nice swimming pool, nothing for us we could complain about.

The hotel is situated in convenient location in shukumvit soi 4. Anyone looking for a nightlife this place is great. The hotel is in quiet zone. Though they need some upgradation and renovation inside room.

very bad hotel I didn't expect a 4 star hotel will be like this. I booked 3 nights and I stayed less than 48 hours. and the worst part, they stole my wallet during room changeover.

Reception employees were very cordial and helpful. Complimentary breakfast and behaviour of dining staff were really very good. Three stars for Boss Suites's hospitality and food. I found their Tuktuk service available whenever I had asked for it. I was in 407, room space was enough for single person but its AC used to make terrible sound. Renovation of this hotel is badly required and their cleanup service needs to be improved. It is a good option for the solo traveller with limited budget.
