I'd
like
to
start
with
the
positives
first
as
I
tend
to
get
too
detailed
about
negatives.
If
you'd
like
a
mid
range
priced
accomodation
that
offers
ease
of
access
to
Sukhumvit
and
you're
a
young
couple
or
single
traveler
then
this
is
a
great
spot.
You
get
friendly
staff,
a
comfy
bed,
hot
water,
a
great
little
pool
which
my
daughter
used
avidly,
breakfast(optional)
and
a
free
tuktuk
to
the
top
of
the
main
road(very
convenient).
I'd
stop
reading
now
if
that's
all
you
need
to
hear.
Now
for
the
negatives.
We
stayed
for
almost
a
week
here.
The
first
night
was
ok,
but
the
next
day
we
found
a
mouse
in
the
cupboard,
which
was
removed
thankfully.
The
second
night,
again
we
heard
mice
in
the
cupboards,
but
the
staff
couldn't
remove
or
find
them
the
next
day.
We
were
promptly
upgraded(I
didn't
request
it
so
it
was
nice
of
them),
as
we
also
heard
everything
our
neighbors
were
up
to
or
about
to
get
up
to,
through
the
connecting
door.
From
then
on
the
stay
was
pleasantish,
but
still
couldn't
detract
from
the
other
negatives.
The
decor
is
quite
old
and
the
rooms
were
not
always
cleant
to
the
standards
of
which
most
travelers
expect,
I'm
referring
to
dark
stains
on
the
inside
blinds
of
the
bathroom,
glasses
from
previous
guests
that
hadn't
been
cleant
properly
and
stank
of
beer,
to
dust
built
up
on
the
lamp
shades
and
covers
missing
on
old
outdated
smoke
detectors
etc.
The
hotel
is
huge
and
unfortunately
due
to
COVID-19
(I
assume)
they
are
not
able
to
staff
it
to
capacity,
I'm
referring
to
the
non
existent
massage
parlour
inside
the
hotel
and
lack
of
effective
cleanliness.
The
breakfast
although
optional
is
about
as
basic
as
it
gets,
cereal,
eggs,
toast,
coffee,
tea,
juice
and
fruit.
The
kitchen
is
set
up
for
a
buffet,
but
obviously
they
not
getting
in
the
numbers
to
validate
filling
the
trays
up
or
utilizing
it
I'm
guessing.
We
found
out
two
days
in
that
they
had
a
tuk
tuk
we
could
use
to
get
to
the
top
of
the
main
road,
but
we
decided
to
walk
to
a
nearby
park,
the
very
next
day
we
used
the
hotel
tuktuk
which
my
daughter
loved,
however
it
broke
down
that
and
was
then
out
of
action
for
the
remainder
of
our
stay
which
we
realized
was
a
bit
of
a
letdown
each
day.
It
was
a
sub
standard
hotel
at
best,
for
the
price
range
and
I
do
hope
that
it
improves
in
the
future
as
it
has
alot
of
potential
to
be
a
great
hotel.
I
would
strongly
recommend
that
younger
couples
or
singles
stay
there
for
it's
basic
services,
but
I
would
not
recommend
this
as
a
hotel
for
families
due
to
the
distance
from
family
friendly
activities
or
attractions.
