Great hotel, friendly professional courteous staff, helpful. Restaurant service booked to room or pay cash. Swimming pool, nice terrace by the khlong (river). Rooms, comfortable bed TV en-suite, serviced daily. Approx 15 minutes walk from BTS Nana. I like it here

It is located at the doorstep of Bumrungrad Hospital (only a five minutes walk). Those coming to see doctors at Bumrungrad, this could be the best choice for accommodation with reasonable price. Chicken vegetable clear soup during breakfast was awesome. Palmy, Tum & Ris serving in the restaurant were excellent. They were hospitable and welcoming. I would stay in this hotel again when I visit Bumrungrad Hospital in future.

i had a 10-day quarantine in this hotel, a room quite small but clean. i'm not sure because i stayed there for quarantine so they didn't prepare some personal stuffs like toothbrush or comb. but for another thing such as tissue and water are well-prepared. the only problem for me is the bathroom doesn't have a good drain system, the water stuck there even i just turn it on. so every time i take a shower, i always feel like i'm drowning. however, the food is sooo good and have a variety choice to choose. plus, the service here is good too, the staffs are kind.

Very bad place...for this price you can find easy much nicer place...The room are just ok, clean...but they go inside to clean without tell you. ( there is not the sign outside the door like every hotel around the world ) Food i did not try because if the rest is bad i don;t want to imagine the food...good to the next guest...for me is the first time and the last for sure.

Stayed here for my 14 day mandatory quarantine. Anya's great service starts at the airport, where their representative will meet you and guide you going to their shuttle. Drive from the airport to the hotel was really smooth and relax. Menu for the week is given and guest will have the option to decide of what they would like to have. Food is always delivered on time and served hot. Receptionist and Nurses are really friendly and helpful. Room is clean and quite big. My only concern is not having at least a small window to be opened to let some fresh air in but air conditioner works well.

Legit one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Definitely the worst I have stayed in Thailand. Many reasons why; Pool area gets zero sunlight and is also right next to the canal that constantly smells disgusting. Our room lost electric late at night, we were moved to a different room, which was 2 separate beds not the double we were in before. After more commotion we were moved to a double room which had no window. Very small, stuffy and boxy rooms. Tried to arrange for a refund but was told that it wont happen, I had paid for 22 nights so was only requesting money for the remaining nights, not previous. I was happy to leave and not come back. DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE. I was stung 3900 baht for cleaning my clothes 3 or 4 times, no more than 10 items, only tshirts shorts and underwear, and they charge me just shy of Β£100 for cleaning. Never in my life have I seen any laundry service cost that much. Ridiculous. I have stayed in a lot higher end hotels that offer laundry for around 150-250 baht for the same amount of clothes I gave. Unfortunately I never checked the price after the first time.

One of the worst Hotel I have ever seen in my life. There is no window in their room plus no ventilation. We had to leave the hotel within one day after booking it for 3 days. With the same budget of 1400 to 1500 bath you can book much better hotel.

This Hotel has no facility except an Old Swimming pool :( The staff are not helpful and always ask for money. I wanted to warm my daughter's meal but for microwave use the receptionist asked to charge 100 BHT!!!! Very old hotel and we had window where the window-blind was too short that it interrupted sleeping in the room and it made us awake :( I will never recommend it for family traveler because you will find much better new hotels in this price range in Soi 11 or Soi 15!

This is near by Sukhumvit and Nana metro. People on reception are very nice and cooperative. Mr. Thom was very cooperative. Don't remember the name of old guy who has car services is also nice person. Only problem is rooms are small and water gets clocked in bathroom.

Anya Nana is located in Sukhumvit 3, a mainly Arab/Indian populated street. Not far from adult oriented entertainment avenues. A 7/11 is at walking distance.I stayed in both Superior and Deluxe rooms. While the bigger size Deluxe felt suffocating, having a window facing a wall, the smaller Superior, has a small window with direct sunlight. The rooms are essential with bed and a desk or table. International TV channels are available. Wifi speed is 5/10 mbps, but if you are able to catch the pesky 5G one is around 20mbps. The swimming pool (open until 8 pm) is located on the ground floor, with no fitness center. My advice is, if you like this area, check when room/breakfast offers are available. 🌟 🌟 🌟

Disappointing breakfast. Sausages and ham totally tasteless. What is wrong with a nice peice of bacon. If you are going to offer European food, please make an effort.

Economical and easy access from Halal food street. Might sound off to a lot of people because of its close proximity to the infamous Nana Plaza. But its all about what matters more to you.

This is my second time to stay here as ASQ since pandemic. Still no supply of toothbrush and toothpaste. Only shampoo, soap and conditioner. The room is clean after the first swab test which is after 7 days and after that every 2 days. There is a relaxation area at the back which is beside the river. The food menu is the same as last year. The only thing, now they provide in the room is 15 bottles of 1.5 liters of drinking water. If you consume all and ask for additional one, you need to pay it already. Unlike last year, they provide provide water for every meal and just ask for additional bottles no additional charges. The COSTE app for monitoring temperature is not working, and have to send to the nurse on duty by Line app. WIFI is very bad unlike last year. Keeps on dropping connection, sometimes connected but no internet.

My ASQ 15 days experience: -no toothbrush & paste, need to buy from them. -the hospital associated with the hotel charges for medicine, my AIA insurance was not accepted. Internet connection drops alot, so don't rely on it. But the staffs are nice trying to fix it. Food: 3 meals per day very few options. Cannot order from outside, only hotel restaurant before 8pm. They give you 16 water bottles after that you need more water you have to pay 15baht each. Room: decent, not entirely clean, but it was ok. Doesn't have a smart TV. The shower box is horrible as the water gets stuck in the drain. Smokers: No smoking in room, you can smoke only during relaxing time (45mins/day).you can buy from front desk (it's expensive)
