I stayed for 2 nights in Lets Zzz Bangkok. My overall experience was good. The breakfast provides was top of the class. The staff was very very friendly. Cleanliness was excellent. Hotel also has provision to book taxi and charge was affordable. But the room I was staying was bit small and had no wardrobe. It was difficult for me keep all the clothes organised. May be other rooms are good.

Very nice and new hotel in the center of Bangkok. It is located in a small, not busy, street. Takes about 10 min walking to main drinking/dining area. The room was spacious and very clean. A basic breakfast was included which gives you energy to start your day. The hotel management was super friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their face. Overall a great experience which we can only recommend!

Stayed here for several nights while in Bangkok. Staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast they serve is perfect for getting a good start to the day. The location might seem a little sketchy from the outside but looks can be deceiving. Very clean and well kept on the inside. The location is the perfect distance from Khao Son road. Not too close where you can hear music all night but easy walking distance. Rooms are small but you get what you pay for.

Good location if you want to explore Khao San, water transport towards Sathorn easy to reach. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is OK and a bit too Western for my taste.

As good as it gets with budget hotels in tourist areas of Bangkok. Clean, nicely decorated, good breakfast, comfortable bed, and quiet yet close to everything. Only downside is the woman who checked us in wasn't friendly or helpful but the man the next morning was great.

Great value , close to ferry buses shops, market , buses eating out. The place was very clean, good shower room, comfy beds, fridge, air conditioning, safe . Not only great value but the staff are excellent so kind and helpful. Breakfast and coffee first class. Will definitely come back again and liked where it's set buzzing and close to everything but also nice around back streets.

Very nice Hotel and Breakfast Location in great location in Bangkok! Our friends were staying in the hotel and liked it a lot. Unfortunately there was no further room available, but we went there for breakfast for several mornings. Great breakfast menue for little money! Staff ist super friendly :) We highly recommend!

Good place to stay, close to the main attractions. Most visited places about 20minutes of walk. Rooms at the road side a bit noisy. Very thin walls, so you can hear everything from ocher rooms. Friendly staff, but You have to check total balance if paying by card because they say that have to charge 2% card cost and they chargers more… Anyway good stay.

Nice place! Clean and tidy, worthy of the price. Walking distance to to wat chana songkram (buddist temple), grand palace, wat pho (reclining buddha), and other royal buildings. Place is also in a convenient walking distance to bus stop and phra atit ferry station, if you’re a tourist this is reay helpful. in our suite rama bridge can also be seen. Offers good intercontinental food as well, good coffee and thai milk tea. Nice place and good service!

Stayed in the Hotel for two nights and had a very good time. Very friendly and welcoming staff, the room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. We booked a cab to the Airport through the Hotel and had also not a Single Problem. 10/10 would recommend. We‘re coming back. Thanks a lot again.

This hotel is just perfect. Room was new, beds were very comfortable and shower had hot water and good preassure. Breakfast was delicious and big portions, we could choose something different every day among a list of menus and drinks, and everything tasted good. The hotel is located 5 min walking from Khao San Road, but in a quite and silent street. A lot of restaurants, bars an 7-elevens around, and 20 min walking from Gran Palace. Airport bus leaves also from here. The best: the people working here is very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. They printed us some documents we needed for free, and also they made us breakfast earlier the day we left s we had to catch a plane

We stayed at the Hostel for 3 nights and it‘s perfect for your short trip to Bangkok. It‘s located in a very calm neighbourhood, yet very central and you can get any place very fast, especially by ferry. The rooms were rather small but totally fine for two people. The bathroom was clean and appeared very modern. Many useful gadgets, such as a hair dryer, a water cooker and a fridge were provided. The breakfast was fresh and tasted very good. Just keep in mind you have to pay an extra 179 Baht for it, but I promise, it‘s worth it. Staff at the check-in desk was very friendly and the hostel offers an elevator.

Great location, friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy, quite spaceous. The location is at walking distance from khao san road (but not noisy, very calm street) and easy to get to every corner of bangkok from there. Highly recommend!

Really nice place to stay, the rooms were clean, service was amazing, the staff were friendly and the breakfast for 179 baht for a meal and drink was delicious. Pretty close to everything, tucked down a little road. Had a chill but lively vibe, I would recommend staying here.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for more than a week. We loved everything about our stay. For the price you get a very comfy room. They even have international power outlets. I brought an international charger but it wasn’t even needed! The only bit of downside is that the room might be a bit tight with 4 suitcases but for the price it’s 100% okay. The staff is very friendly and the cleaning ladies are doing an amazing job every time they clean up the room! I left my sleeping shirt on the bed and they even folded it nicely, which is so attentive! You also get free water bottles after every room cleaning. The location is near the tourist area Khao San Road, which is very busy and loud. But the hotel itself is located in a quit small alley, so it’s not noisy at all. The hotel also serves breakfast but we didn’t try it since there are a lot of local restaurants in the area. If you’re looking for a nice local breakfast/lunch spot in the area, I can recommend ร้านอาหารตามสั่งพี่มุก Mook Restaurant! Runned by a sweet local Thai family :)

All in all a great place :) STAFF was very nice and friendly, maybe not the best at english, but they did their best to always answer all of my questions. ROOM was sparkly clean, towels changed every day and bedding every two days. Also BREAKFAST was delicious and took maximum 5-6 minutes wait. And LOCATION is really nice, it's near Khao San but it's very quiet, about 20 minute walk to Grand Palace, and hour walk to MBK. Bus stations are between 2 and 15 minutes walk. WIFI was great as well.

Location was AMAZING!!! It was close to everywhere but still quite at night so you can have a nice sleep. You can find easily so many restaurants, 7elevens, massage places and cute cafes around it!!! All the team is also super helpfull and friendly!!! They also offer a airport taxi services and thats the cheapest option you can find (including Grab) so that’s a definate advise too!:)) We even come back at the end of our holiday to spend out last day one more time at this lovely place!!!

Very nice hotel. Extremely friendly employees. The room was very clean. However, there weren't any closets, therefore one had to live out of your suitecase or backpack. They had hooks on the wall that made that a little easier. TV in the room and minifridge. Shampoo, bodywash and coffee as well as tee were free of charge. Good breakfast in the morning. I recommend the avocado toast.

I have stayed at this Hotel a great many days, it’s a nice out of the way place, far enough away from the Khaosan area that you don’t have to hear that noise. Very clean hotel. The Owner and staff is very accommodating and does everything they can to assist you. They arrange taxi’s for you if needed and have a laundry service available. Street food, restaurants and 7/11’s are easily reached in 5 to 10 minutes of walking, taxis and TUK TUK’s are easily flagged down at most anytime. Do not hesitate to book your room here.

Everything was great. They communicated well, helped me with my 5am check in time, helped arrange airport transfer at a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and tidy. Beds were clean and comfortable and the area is quiet at night to help sleep. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty solid so I’d suggest getting it as an option. Overall I’d be happy to stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up. Cheers!

Had stayed there for 3 nights with my friends. Room was clean, spacious for 3 ppl. The ladies at reception, staff working there are very helpful. Location wise I would say it is not in the centre of the city, so you end up spending a bit more. Overall was good experience.

Really convenient hotel in good location, close to the touristic streets and the pier (near the fortress). - Price is reasonable for clean room with all required amenities. - Really close to the pear with HopOn HopOff ferry - best finding ever - Quite bad sound isolation, very loud when people are closing their doors. - Nearest music school can start lessons at 6-7 AM what makes your rest a bit uncomfortable - Breakfast served here is good, but for this price better could be found ;) not so far from here - Taxi price is a bit higher than you can find, overall price can be 400 and taxi can be much better. I suppose owners has some trusted people who shares this money back ;)

Stayed here only for one night as I had my connecting flight in Bangkok. The room was very comfortable and clean, provided everything one needs. It's great that they have a 24h self-check in service as I arrived late. The staff is very nice and accomodating. The bed was very comfortable and appreciated the two free water bottles. The fridge unfortunately is quite loud during the night so had to disconnect it. The breakfast was not included and comes for 179 baht (+7% charge if you pay with credit card). The iced latte was nice, the breakfast quesadilla was nice but I expected a bigger/richer portion. Would come back again

Very central location, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and Khaosan Road. Staff were very friendly and helpful when asked for advice. Their breakfasts and drinks are amazing. The rooms aren't very fancy or spacious, however it was very clean and rooms were serviced every day. Would definitely come back to this accommodation if I revisit Bangkok.

Let’s Zzz absolutely earned every star. The service, the rooms, and the breakfast were all outstanding. This was our first time in Bangkok and we could not have asked for a better experience. We were a little nervous at first with the hustle and bustle of the city but it was amazing. Is you stay here I recommend eat breakfast there as well. The meal and drink together are 179 baht and the food and coffee there is amazing. This was overall a wonder place to stay.

We’ve spent a lovely 5 night stay at this hotel. From the size of the room , to the facilities and the delicious breakfast everything deserves a 5 star plus here. The most delicious Iced Coffee ever. Staff is respectful and attentive. The best value for your money. It’s in a quite location yet still pretty central.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever been so far. I would give 10 stars if there is. Aside from it’s affordable, the service is outstanding. I reserved a room for 3 nights. I requested to have a clean room and bed sheets when I made the reservation. When I come, the room was clean and it’s quiet at night (I’m a sensitive sleeper). The house keeping is good too. They give 2 free water bottles, new soap and shampoo, new towels everyday. They also have good selection of breakfast. The staffs are attentive and helpful. They let me use hotel phone when I needed to call. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

For some reason my review got taken down so I’ll try and keep it simple. Man at the front desk is extremely kind and helpful, the room is great value for price, and the bathroom was actually larger than I expected. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Clean room, good shower, near khaosan road, but far enough to avoid the crowds and the noise. Near several bus stops that can take you basically everywhere.

Nice clean hotel, bedrooms good size and bathroom up to date. Staff welcoming and happy to help. Good location near some bars which are away (but not too far) from the madness of Khaosan road.
