    I was looking for wallet and already chosen in mind with my money ready to buy. I walked in and walked around 5 minutes no one ever cared to assist me. Only a few customers in that time. So I decided to ask 1 staff that I want to see the wallet. She told me "Sorry, I have customer". Yea so I'm not customer? and if she is really busy with other customers, she can tell other staff who is just standing doing nothing to take care me? or no, because they think I'm not a customer. I wear T shirt, short and sandal. If it was becausr those stuff I'm wearing then your brand is low graded since the time you judge me. You should always remember that you are not that high end brand and as same as your level, there are other brands with much better customer services.

    To be honest, why do you need to know where you come from? To judge? There is no need for them to ask personal questions. (The guy who is at the front door) When he asked me what I was looking for, I didn’t here so I asked him what he said again and he yelled at me. Is it how an employee should treat their clients? Very bad costumer service. The guy that showed me the item I was looking for, wouldn’t even bother helping, just on his phone doing something.

    Worst Gucci store I've ever been to in Bangkok. I'm a die hard Gucci fan. I've owned various Gucci products in the past including shoes, wallets, card holder, backpack, belt, and scraves. I got fedup by Gucci employee in Siam Paragon. So far, I've been various Gucci stores (e.g. TH: Icon Siam, Paragon, Embassy( China: Shanghai IFC mall, Japan: Ginza, Sapporo, Italy: Milan, Russia: Gum Dept). That day, I wanted to try Ace sneakers; went there dressed properly with my friends and ask to try Gucci ace sneaker. But after I tried them on, I feel like it's too tight on the front part of the sneaker. So I've told her that I don't like the feel of it, thanks. Then she replied, "I thought u like it, you're not gonna buy it?" Then I'm like... excuse me? Do I need to buy something that is uncomfortable just because I tried it on? This is by far the worst gucci store I've ever been to. I've owned a total of 3 Gucci Shoes (2 sneakers and 1 loafer), which means I've experienced quite a lot with their quality, on the other hand, that shoe that I tried them on just doesn't cut it. So I decided not to buy it. In other stores (eg. LV, Hermes, Chanel, Balenciaga) I've asked to try them on the past and if I like it, then obviously I'll buy it duh? but if I don't like it then ofcourse I'm not gonna buy it. But I haven't got any problem with other Gucci Stores in BKK, their employees are much nicer and well trained. Therefore, I think Gucci Paragon is by far the worst GUCCI STORE IN THE WORLD and they deserved less than 1 star review (if possible).

    The Guy wearing glasses working here is incredibly rude and not willing to show what customer want he will just playing with his phone and staring you fiercely This is the worst Gucci shop ever in the work DONT GO THERE

    Worker are so rude and terrible. I was waiting in the line and the staff told me to wait to go inside but all of a sudden out of nowhere four people just walked inside and the staff let them.Workers there thinks they are verry important specially the oldest girl. Go to an other Gucci better

    PLEASE GO TO EMPORIUM OR CENTRAL EMBASSY! One of the worst customer service I have ever seen from a brand name shop in Thailand. They should have known that there are many people will be coming on a weekend and they had less than 10 people to serve customers inside. We had to wait almost 1.5 hours in the queue, and once went in they mentioned that they don't have representative. Then what we saw was they had taken in 3 more groups who were behind us in the queue, and they had representatives immediately. Then waited 10 more minutes and I started to talking to a representative and his answer was their queue management is not properly set up, so we have to wait. I understand if this happened in Zara, H&M or some basic shop. But Gucci is a brand name shop and you wait 1.5 hours and come in, not to window shop. None of the staff were helpful despite the young gentleman who assisted in getting a representative after a while. Thereafter, the representative was not eager to sell anything to us and once we said we want to see wallets, her answer was "let us know what, we can't show you everything". This is the first time I heard that brand name shop does not want to show everything they got. Best thing was the shop manager lady (I guess) giving some looks at me, as if we are there to get some charity. As they don't have the courtesy to serve customers, we went back to our usual Emporium branch and it was a wonderful experience. Khun Ant was very helpful and I regret that being there in Siam Paragon at first place. If you want a hassle free Gucci experience, please select another branch other than Siam Paragon. Experience their literally sucks.

    Worst gucci store i ever been!! Look at you like you have no money. Wait 2 hours and get ignore. Never ever come again, not even offer water. Im not surprised so many bad reviews. All of the staffs are so unwell behave. If you are that rich and look down at people, you should not work in hospitality industry, we are all equal!!!!!!!!!! I recommend you guys to go emporium or king power, they are much nicer.

    Wow, I give it 0/10. The worst experience ever. First of all they ask you right at the entrance what you wanna buy. What if I don’t know yet? You won’t let me in? Weird, I thought, but wait it gets more and more interesting. The assistant wasn’t friendly at all. She was coolly polite but then when I said I’ll take the belt she asked me to show my passport… hmmm, weird again. Two red flags. So she’s leaving and coming back with “Russians can’t have vat refund… oh, and you can only pay in cash” I’m still shocked reliving it again. Didn’t help that I have Thai card and I was willing to pay and no vat refund but I guess they mostly bothered with politics. Shame. I will never support such business again

    One of the staffs are so lack of service mind and her attitude is unacceptable. She doesn’t even care to even offer or check the privilege that the customer like me is entitle too! I have lost my gift card redemption because of her. Worst experience ever and from now on I shouldn’t even visit them again! Shout out to Central Embassy, their staffs are much more respectful.

    This is the worst gucci’s shop in the whole world. On 31st may 2013 i went to the store. Man attribute section. There is one of the staff is so rude and impolite. We went there to bought something then just arrived in there the staff chase us like a dog. That minutes onward we didin’t feel like buying anymore. Make us sick of the service. We have many things to buy in the first place. To have some gucci’s stuff for souvenirs as we are in bangkok. The way they treat customer is the worst ever. We have been to many gucci in many country. This is the worst ever. Please don’t ever come to this shop if you don’t want to be disappointed with staff in here.

    We decided to go to this store to look for a backpack because mine just broke even though the rating was only 2.7 and sounds like most of the staff had an attitude especially when you don’t buy a bunch of products! Our sales was named Cream, interesting name. She was very helpful, polite and patient and brought me 5 back pack to examine! Too bad I didn’t like any of them, if I like Le the style there wasn’t enough pooches and vice versa! I didn’t like any of them to spend 100,000 baht on it! But I did like the wallets and card holders with the tiger and snake, my brother in law was born in the year of the tiger and I’m born in the year of the snake! I’m planning to go back and buy them and I’ve got her contact and make sure I’ll see her for the purchase because she patiently spent time with us! I’ve been in sales for 35 years and know how hard it is to sell and. Or every customer respects the sales person! Morris

    I recently had an unpleasant experience at the Gucci store and I feel the need to share my disappointment. As a frequent shopper of luxury brands, I had high expectations for Gucci, but unfortunately, they did not meet them. Firstly, the staff at the store were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. They seemed disinterested in assisting me and gave me the impression that my presence was an inconvenience to them. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

    I don't get it why many people give low rating for this place. I just go there a minute ago, and accompanied by Mr.Mawin . He got perfect english and patient. I came there with suitcase, many plastic bag (just shopping from the market), not dress well. I only bought card holder, and he still really served us very well. Thank you Mr. Mawin, I hope you always healthy and keep your great attitude.

    This is the type of place that ruins a brand. We walked up to the door only to be told to wait in line which was empty as was the store. I asked why and they rudely told us to wait and pointed to the rope like a frustrated pre retiring boarder guard in North Korea. Haha..amazing when you’re coming to spend money in a store. Perhaps the training should include some customer service especially when you’re in the high end brand business. I just told them “I guess I’ll spend my money elsewhere” to which their imaginary reply was “oh good we don’t have to do any work here”. Amazing indeed.
