Run!!!!! Stay away from this recovery house! They’re unprofessional, dishonest & money hungry! Upon arrival I was placed in a hotel room with an complete stranger. Mind you the hotel was inexpensive ($60) per night and the recovery house charged me $2330 for my stay; due to them being overbooked. Strike 2: they were allowing new guest to come to the recovery house without taking a Covid test; which placed everyone else at risk due to their greed! The beds are dated, worn and uncomfortable. That’s strike one. Strike 3: I paid for 10 massages for the duration of my stay. However, the Masseuse was off for 3 days and the recovery house did hire a fill in so myself and other guest lost out on our massages and was not refunded. I addressed this with owners daughter who was dismissive. I would never recommend this dilapidated a hole.

I've been here about 8 times for massages and beauty care. Faye is great at moving the fluids around and out. She works hard and it shows. Unfortunately, that's the end to the quality of their services. I needed my hair washed (since I can't do it myself post surgery). I knew I was over paying the first time since it was MORE expensive than a wash and blow back home in MANHATTAN (10040-just for verification purposes). I had wanted to wash my hair again before flying home and was told just to wash it was $10 US. I asked why it was so expensive and mentioned that it was more than my go to Dominican spot back home. I was basically told that I was wrong. The cashier said she pays $40 in Queens. OK, that's her choice. I can find a spot for a few hundred if I wanted. People are sent to the salon for massages ($30) and then gauged for basic services. A wash and dry for a local is $5, so fine charge me a bit more. But 15 or 25?? And then try and justify it by the going rate in Queens? Really? That's just straight hustling. There is another hair spot a block away (next to the barber) that treats its clients better.

For American visitors I would not recommend lash services here, they come off very professional and nice knowingly while ripping you off! I was post op on the table already asking her the cost prolongs the conversation for after she starts. Keep in mind I’m bilingual she said she charges $65. Well long story short - she has only one size one style in which took 3.5 hours glue and hard lashes from china products in which we pay in states $35 lmao that last one week. So yes I paid $65 plus $10 tip for clusters that lasted one week from today they are hard as wire. I had my DR friend call over and she charged $30 in DR pesos so yep I got ripped off Anyways my surgery sisters did their brows there at around $120 maybe cause they were Dominican but they looked very nice!
