The Food: Worst Paella I have ever had. About half of the rice was burnt (see picture). When we told the waitress about it she just laughed. My mother's order of "carne de Res" was very dry (close to inedible and cold). The rice was cold too. The waitress told us that the paella takes 45 minutes and asked us if we wanted to get all main dishes at the same time, we said yes. I think that was a mistake. The Toilets: My little sister(11) had to go to the toilet and had to find out that all three toilets where covered in either urine or blood. My mother told the waitress but she just made a face and did nothing about it. In the end my mother cleaned it herself. Pool was nice. No issues there. Another interesting point: The Menu was available digitally(via QR-Code), but we didn't have Internet on our phones and they don't provide free WiFi. In the end they brought us one single menu for four people. Quality did absolutely not match the price 1800 Pesos for the paella for two people. Price overall is average to high I think.
