I didn't realise this was a Dolphin and Shark JAIL. These animals have such little space. The fact it's in the ocean gave me the idea that these were wild dolphins that come to the platform for food. I was extremely wrong. These animals are expoited and mistreated in order to perform tricks whilst hungry. If you have any morals, do not visit this venue.

Dolphins and all the other animals are in CAPTIVITY- VERY SMALL SPACES!!!!!!!! Would NOT recommend. Sea lions went back into the water to take a break standing on its hind legs, they forced it back up to pose for photos. It was extremely painful to watch these creatures being used for money. They are also very unorganized as the rep on the resort whom I bought the ticket out the wrong date. We weren’t allowed on the bus and had to call OURSELVES the guy we bought the ticket from to change it. Luckily, I have my diving license and know about decompression and how to equalize. If you do not I wouldn’t recommend the sea walk either as they give LITTLE information and someone could get seriously hurt doing it. Many people left after 2 minutes and were extremely terrified as they did not understand what they were doing. I have done a lot of traveling and by far this is the worst place I’ve ever experience. DO NOT COME HERE.

Disgusting!!! Dolphins and sharks are kept in tanks that are much too small. Don't support that

It was part of our boat cruise. We got to swim with the sharks and was able to see the dolphins and stingrays. Food from the restaurant was great too. Very tasty and flavourful. Staffs were also very friendly too. Not everyday you get to enjoy lunch well seeing dolphins playing. Very memorable experience.

The staff here is amazing and the experiences they offer even better! They offer a catamaran ride to get there with great music! It is located in the middle of the ocean! They offer swimming and snorkeling with sharks and stingrays, you can also touch and get pictures with the stingrays, and you can swim with dolphins, which to me is the best thing they offer! I went with family that has seen and done swimming with dolphins in other places and they told me that so far this place was the best! They do many interactions with the dolphins that many other places don’t! I did everything mentioned above and can say that everything was amazing! I will definitely come back to Punta Cana just to do this again! The guy that was in charge of the dolphin interactions did an amazing job as well as everyone else! The guy that took my pictures went above and beyond! He took many shoots and they all looked great! His name is Carlos for anyone interested! This was one of the best if not the best vacation experience I’ve had so far! Totally recommend it, you will love it!

Why do you have to cage animals when you have the right habitat right outside your door? Animals in the wild are more beautiful and hurt less. I wouldn't say anything about dolphin tours, but this attitude is out of the question.

Quite literally one of the most disgusting abusive things I’ve ever seen in my life. The people who run this place should be ASHAMED and the government should shut this facility down. If you want to see the face of animal abuse and torture - this is the spot! Do not support these garbage people who treat animals like this. SHAME on them.

This location was one stop of the excursion I took. You can't bring cameras or phones into the place. I got to swim with the sharks and touch mantraya. Before entering, the staff put a wristband on you and follow their rules, like don't touch or hold the fences when swimming with the sharks for safety reasons. If you need help swimming, ask one of the guys who work there, they will help you. Of course, you will have gloves and a life jacket to swim with the sharks.

Dolphin jail. These dolphins live in the sea, yes, but can never leave. They were captured, taught tricks and then kept hungry in order to "encourage" them to perform tricks and allow humans to get closer to them. If they open the gates...they will leave, for sure!

This place should be shut down. No reason why these animals should be kept in captivity, let alone such a small space.

This and “Dolphin Island Park” are depressing. It’s very sad. Ruined the day.

Cool swimming w the sharks, got to touch the stingrays. Tour guides were fantastic! Only knock is the lack of fish while snorkeling. Other than that, solid trip.

Let the animals out! In captivity, don't be surprised if they become aggressive and attack people... Check out the "Blackfish" documentary on Netflix... Then you'll know what I mean!

Great experience. Close up interaction with dolphins, stingrays and nurse sharks. Very expensive pictures. Price can be negociated, but its way above reasonable. Offer someone a tip and ask them to take these on your personal device.

Great staff, they were knowledgeable, friendly and safety oriented. Not a good trip for someone who gets sea sick easily.
