    Pelayanan sangat ramah. Perawat masih banyak yang muda. Prosedur ranap dan perawatan jelas. Masih cenderung sepi sehingga untuk rawat jalan maupun kontrol tidak terlalu antri. Melayani swap antigen. Minus: Belum ada mushola Saat terjadi laka salah satu keluarga saja dibawa ke RS ini namun tidak jelas keterangan laka lantasnya dimana dan sebagainya. IGD tidak mempunyai catatan rekapan yang jelas mengenai polisi yang mengantar korban laka.

    Secara general fasilitas Rumah Sakit tergolong baik, pelayanan ramah. Tetapi ada pengalaman yang kurang menyenangkan yg sy alami ketika menikmati ruang kelas 2. Perawat di ruang bangsal dan NICU terkesan Under Estimate terhadap pasien (Belum Tentu Pasien Yang Mereka Hadapi, Orang Tidak Mampu). Permintaan tolong/request bantuan dari pasien terkesan menyebalkan untuk mereka (Perawat). Istri setelah melakukan SC Siang, Sore Hari merasakan sangat kesakitan (hal yg wajar setelah operasi) , sy kemudian menanyakan/meminta obat pereda sakit kepada perawat, tetapi terkesan diabaikan. Obat baru beberapa jam kemudian diberikan. Sungguh suatu hal yg aneh kondisi darurat dianggap sepele. Sy sempat meminta obat pereda nyeri PROFENIT SUPP dgn membayar sendiri diluar Coverage BPJS, tetapi diabaikan. Sy sampai bertanya2 apakah harus booking dulu ruang kelas 1 atau VIP baru dihargai. Pengalaman sy, anak sy lahir di RS PR***** BINTARO, Jakarta. Meskipun kelas 2, Perawatnya sangat menghargai pasiennya. Dan Orientasi Penanganan Keluhan Pasien Menjadi Prioritas. Untungnya disamping pengalaman kami yg kurang menyenangkan ini, Saya dan istri sangat terobati dengan pelayanan dr. Obgyn yang super baik yg sejak awal kehamilan kami bertemu di Klinik BH***. Sekedar masukan, Untuk Awareness terhadap pasien lebih ditingkatkan. Karena saat ini setahu saya pelayanan RS adalah Patient Oriented bkn sekedar administratif. Perlu Edukasi lebih dalam menghadapi keluhan pasien, orang sakit datang ke Rumah Sakit adalah Untuk meminta diobati dan dirawat serta dihargai

    Salah satu Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Magelang yang masih baru, melayani pemeriksaan umum, ada IGD juga. Tempat luas, bersih dan tidak terlalu ramai. Lokasinya strategis di pinggir jalan Magelang-Jogja, mudah dijangkau.

    A fairly large hospital on the side of a major road (Magelang - Yogyakarta highway). close to the red light junction. the facilities are quite good. There is also a shared ATM. Parking for motorbikes and cars goes to the left from the front door. You can register online too. or just look for information on doctor's practice hours via the internet.

Setelah diberi tindakan dan diagnosis keluar ternyata disuruh bayar krn BPJS tidak bisa dipakai. Hehehehe.. Tolong bapak ibu kami diberikan informasi tambahan ketika kami dilempar ke tempat yang lain. Untung saja kami siap2 membawa uang. Lha klo tidak. Bagaimana coba?! Mohon diperbaiki layanannya.

    The biggest general hospital in town and inaugurated right before Covid strike in 2019. Located at very busy and crowded highway that connected between city Magelang and Yogyakarta. Near to gas station, car dealer, and few local business. This hospital is a one of the referall hospital by public health center to the patient who holder goverment healthy insurance. But shame for some nurse with no patience and rudes to the patient so absolutly need more training. It's clean, modern, advanced, safe and comfy but again too mess with many family of the patient sitting in random place.

    If there were 10 stars, this is the value I would give to everything in red and white. The red and white team proved that they truly serve with love. Solved all my doubts about whether or not I would be differentiated if I used BPJS. And it turns out it wasn't. I gave birth to my third SC in red and white. With several indications, there are also congenital diseases such as asthma, bipolar disorder and hypertension. I use BPJS class 2 up to VIP. And really, from nurses, emergency rooms to doctors, they don't differentiate between services at all. I would like to say a big thank you, especially to Doctor Ricky Bernadi, who attended to my complaints from late TM 1-TM3 and I am very grateful to Doctor Danu, who operated on me, calmed my very scared heart with his cute demeanor and made me not worry and my little one was born. Also to the midwives in Borobudur 1 ward who were very friendly and gentle in helping us. Service that is unified and makes patients surrender calmly ensures that we as patients are fine and safe. My prayer is that everyone in the red and white will always be given health and rapid progress. Allah will reward all the kindness and love instilled by the entire team there.

Kamar VIP yang terbatas, sehingga harus nunggu dan sementara di taruh di ruang tindakan 2 hari, yang rame dan istri tidak bisa istirahat. Dokter, perawat baik. Tiap hari diurus bener2, dan sigap. Sekali pencet bel, ga perlu nunggu untuk ditanggapi. Saat sudah ke VIP, pelayanan juga baik. Seprei, bantal selimut diganti tiap pagi tanpa istri pindah bed. Petugas gizi oke, wawancara dulu apa yang disuka dan tidak (kondisi istri hamil 6 bulan). Saat istri bilang suka camilan dan buah, eh dikasih beneran di setiap sesi makan 😁 Petugas kebersihan juga sip. Sayang, oksigen di kamar tidak stabil di jam 10 malam sampai subuh. Dan sayang lagi, mushola belum jadi.

    Lima hari dirawat di sini dengan fasilitas BPJS.. Banyak kesan baik yang saya dapatkan sejak masuk dari jalur IGD.. Pelayanan garcep, staf kesehatan dan karyawan muda2 dan ramah, dokter juga baik dan ramah.. tempat bangsal baru, nyaman, bersih, dan sangat terawat.. SOP benar2 dijalankan dengan baik.. Pasien sangat terbantu, tidak terbebani dengan urusan administrasi yang cenderung merepotkan bagi sebagian orang..

    Sekeluarga langganan kalau berobat disini.pelayanan ramah.mulai dr satpam,perawat IGD,perawat bangsal,dokter IGD dan dokter spesialis semua baik dan ramah .kamar juga nyaman biarpun di kelas 3 apalagi pakai BPJS pemerintah tetap diperlakukan sama.semoga pelayanan seperti ini dapat dipertahankan.

    Selama dirawat dan control di rs merah putih pelayanan sangat ramah dan baik cuman kenapa pasien selalu menunggu dctr sangat lama padahal sudah datang awal sekali kdg dtg jam 10 pdhl jam 7 sudah smpai rs. dan di loket obat hnya ada satu saja kasihan yg bawa anak kecil sama lansia harus menunggu kadang sejam lebih bagi saya mungkin tidak masalah. kalau bisa saran saya di tambah lagi loket obat dan penambahan anggota medis terimakasih

    🌸 Pelayanan perawat jaga malam kurang sat set. Beberapa waktu lalu ayah saya rawat inap di ruang candi Ngawen. Pukul 23.45 saya melaporkan kpd perawat bahwa infus habis namun perawat baru datang pukul 24.11. Bayangkan jika itu adalah orang tua anda yang setiap menit waktu tunggu menanyakan kok belum di ganti? 🌸 Pelayanan obat diapotik rawat inap tidak ramah (entah punya masalah apa masnya ...)🤭🤭 Latar belakang keluarga pasien itu beragam. Tidak semuanya memiliki pengalaman dan paham prosedur rumah sakit, tidak semuanya melek literasi atau tanggap dan mudengan, jadi ada baiknya ketika verifikasi data pasien tanyakan baik-baik identitas pasien dengan kalimat tanya lengkap dan lebih bagus lagi dengan penjelasan kepentingannya. Bukan hanya "tanggal lahir...(nada dan raut wajah yang entahlah ...)" Keluarga pasien bingung. Tanggal lahir siapa? Untuk apa? Kenapa diberikan pertanyaan seperti itu. Meskipun ada tulisan BESAR dikaca namun tidak semua orang ngeh thd tulisan tsb. Apalagi perawat hanya memberikan secarik kertas untuk pengambilan obat tanpa keterangan membawa kartu identitas pasien (KTP) 🌸 Yuuk tunjukkan dan wujudkan slogan Melayani dengan Cinta agar bukan hanya menjadi pajangan di dinding rumah sakit tanpa makna 🤗🤗 🌸 Selain itu secara umum pelayanannya baik
