The room was very well designed in a retro themed. Spacious room, Clean restrooms, nice towel, the pantry was served with mik powder, sugar, tea and coffee sachets. The view from the room is very good.. highly suggested for a family trip..

Beautiful, spacious and affordable rooms. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in J O Nagar. I got a better room than I booked. The service is good and the staff is friendly. I'm definitely going to stay here next time when I visit Bangalore.

We booked for a room through the cleartrip app. It was confirmed, but when we arrived, the receptionist told us that five rooms were put under maintenance due to an electrical fault. He said that cleartrip was informed. But the hotel staff were very courteous and arranged for an alternative room at a nearby hotel. They dropped us in their car and made sure that we got a good room.

Stayed at this hotel twice. We had excellent service and food both times. Hotel staff were exceptional and helpful. The whole experience was memorable. Thank you

The cost is high. Service is good. Wi-Fi was good. Rooms, although old are well maintained. Breakfast buffet was good too. Overall it was a pleasurable 24hrs experience :)

Hotel is good. Rooms are very big and specious. Also there is restaurant at ground floor. Easy to access and identify. Also nearby there is McDonald's and KFC. Overall good experience.

1. I complained AC was not working but no one took care off... We stayed there without AC. 2. I paid for extra bed and I told them to Put in my room, when I came back at 1 am there was no extra bed... 3. Furthermore as we returned to the hotel by 1 am they locked the main entrance and they made to shout from the street to Call the security to open the door. 4. No one picks up the reception or room service phone.

Good hotel with spacious suite room and reasonable pricing.The breakfast buffet is very limited but other wise a safe,hygienic place to stay.

Decent clean rooms. The bathroom was a bit claustrophobic. The linens were not very clean and I had to ask for change. The manager also seemed to be a little confused with the large group. The food quality had deteriorated and breakfast wasn't as good as before. I have stayed in the property thrice before but the quality and service has gone down.

Clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Good air-conditioning, hot water, nice beds and great location in heart of south Bangalore. This hotel gives a 100% Indian feel, like staying in your relatives house :), rather than a boring boutique hotel, which is nostalgic and nice. Thanks for keeping it the old style, love it!

Great place for business stay in Bangalore. At 2400/- MAP , it is simply value for money. Food is good. Only thing I missed was daily room cleaning.

Checked in yesterday morning through a security guy. It was not a pleasant experience. The hot water was not coming in any time on the room. When I request them, the security gave an irresponsible answer. The hot water was only that much and not beyond that was his response. There was no receptionist and we have to deal with security for the response. The property is in a goo location, however the management is very poor. With the cold climate around hot water not in the room was very difficult. They didn’t had a courtesy to check the issue except their response as “It will come”. Moreover there is no one there except to get the money from you and zero service.

Overall good experience. Room were neat and clean. I have checked in late. But they have provided me good room. They also have restaurant at the ground floor. Staff are also cooperative. Hotel was also clean. I found it little overpriced.

Called Cross Roads Inn to check availability and other details, the reception or operator doesn't have one ounce of respect or way to talk. He kept saying he'll call back and never did. When I finally spoke he assumed things and never listened to my actual query. Worst customer service experience.

I stayed this hostel almost five days they cleaned my room regularly..... When ever I came room after my work I feels like home ..... And especially the staffs are polite ..... Answers all our questions..... Come to restuarant the food 😋 is yummy especially deserts........... No words to say......

I had to stay here for few hours with my family for a wedding function. The rooms are too good and the hotel is on prime location. But the thing which pricked me was the behavior of the receptionist, he was too rude,no respect towards customers, a very stubborn person.In all other aspect the hotel is great,except from the behavior, attitude of the man who sits in the reception .
