👍👍 I have been practicing yoga for over 5 years and this is by far, the most inspiring class I have been to🙏 Uddiyana yoga offers great varieties of classes - hip opening, backbending, arm balances, handstand etc. Class is dynamic and well-sequenced. I was taught to skilfully approach viparita shalab... People often mention classes, yoga, practice, teacher, Mysore, recommend, level, class, knowledge, asana,

If you are a yoga practitioner and if you like to level up your practice, I would recommend you to take up Chandraprakash’s classes . It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an advance practitioner. His classes are one of a kind and the best, Haven’t come across anyone who teaches so well. He is direct and straight forward, doesn’t encourage random philosophies. He is more like a person who believes in Ancient form of yoga and NOW (being in the present, believing in what you do) From the day I have known him, I prefer to take up his classes. I truly enjoy all the classes be it arm balancing, backbends, inversions, hip opening.. they are all different, from the start to the end of the class.. i find it very refreshing and motivating. And he has the knowledge to instruct what’s suitable for an individual as different bodies feel different in the same asana,he is always considerate about his students. I have attended his workshops, regular classes and also did 50hr advance hatha yoga course where I saw an immense change in myself, being more aware during the practice and outside the practice.

I have been practicing yoga for over 5 years and this is by far, the most inspiring class I have been to🙏 Uddiyana yoga offers great varieties of classes - hip opening, backbending, arm balances, handstand etc. Class is dynamic and well-sequenced. I was taught to skilfully approach viparita shalabhasana, chakrabandhasana, valikyasana, buddasana and many more. I feel more spacious and my spine says thank you! The atmosphere is trusting and mindful. You will mostly also learn to open your hearts and appreciate the potentials of life :)

Chandru is highly sought after Yoga Guru. Teachers from all over come to study his modern technique. As a new Yogi it was an excellent experience flowing in his session. You will experience a curated and unique flow not seen at other studios in Mysore or worldwide.

I live far away from Mysore. Luckily everyone started doing online classes these days. I started my search for a suitable yoga teacher to continue my yoga practice with and then, I found Chandra Prakash’s Instagram profile. I was very impressed by his crazy backbends. But, at first, I wasn’t sure how he would teach someone who has a very stiff spine, and tight shoulders like me. I decided to give his classes a try, anyway. And I will tell you, I am so glad that I made that decision and I also found my favorite teacher in him. He has different levels of classes curated to the particular group of practitioners. If you are an advanced practitioner, look nowhere else, you have found the best one. If you are a beginner, even better, CP will help you lay a strong foundation and take your practice to the next level.

I look forward to every class with Chandra. Excellent teaching, precise on alignments, great tips, tough classes but so encouraging & patient in class. Takes time to correct the postures even for online classes. I have felt and seen the difference on my body strength, balance, focus and flexibility after only a few classes. I’m definitely happy and positive with the progress made to my personal practice. His Hatha flows & series are always evolving & interesting for practitioners who want to discover more. Absolutely recommend Uddiyana Yoga if you want to bring your practice to another level 😊🙌🙏🏼

The first thought that comes to my mind when I think about RCP is how astoundingly selfless a teacher he is. He is so completely invested in giving his very best and every little detail of all the knowledge he has (which by the way is enormous) about yoga. I’m a yoga teacher myself and I’ve been practicing and learning advanced postures and various yogic techniques under RCP’s guidance for the last 5 months and it’s been such an enriching experience. He baffles me every single session with his knowledge and understanding of anatomy and his ability to explain the same with reference to yogic postures. He teaches with all his heart, loads of patience and motivates me with techniques that help me break through physical and mental barriers on this constant journey to the next level. He not only helps me reach my yogic goals but also helps me become a better teacher myself. I look forward to learning from him, imbibing his positivity and honing my skills as a practitioner and a teacher. I’m so grateful that he is an intrinsic part of my yogic journey.

Best drop-in yoga class in Mysore I've been to. Other drop-in classes I did, I cannot really recommend - except this one. Unfortunately, only discovered him on my last day in Mysore.

I’ve been a student at Uddiyana Yoga since 2020 and in the last three years my practice has grown tremendously. Chandru is such a gracious teacher. He is humble and kind, shows tough love to his students, and most importantly he creates an environment that is welcoming to students from all backgrounds, all levels, all body shapes and sizes. He can help you perform any asana. These are the most challenging classes I have ever taken in my life, but so worth it. I have not had any yoga injuries since starting! I feel strong and flexible. He also doesnt judge you for anything. After these classes I have a new understanding of and appreciation for my own body and what it is capable of. Thank you so much Chandru for being an amazing teacher. I can’t recommend these classes enough.

It's always a beautiful learning experience practicing Yoga under Guru Chandra Prakash. His attention to the tiniest detail in various ways to progress towards each asana is mind-blowing. I personally experienced this in his masterclasses conducted at Svadhyaya by Devyani in Powai, Mumbai. Visiting his space at Mysore is now in my bucket list. If you are in Mysore, just blindly trust my words, do visit his practice space at Uddiyana Yoga. It would be a turning point in your practice.

If you want to push yourself in the best way possible, he’s the teacher for you. He knows each one of his student’s capabilities and capacities and makes you go beyond them. He has a wealth of knowledge and so many variations and fun and interesting flows that’ll keep you constantly engaged. One of the best classes and experiences I’ve had with asanas. Loved every minute of it.

Classes from Chandra is best. His technique and way of teaching is ultimate. He focuses more on the basic so that you can achieve the end goal of asana. You can count stars in Galaxy but you can not count the number of variations he has in his classes. Every session of him gives you immense level of confidence physically, emotionally and mentally. He is so polite, and a guru who has solutions to all your problems, attend classes with him and let your body do miracles. I M a beginner in yoga and with Chandra's classes I have learnt alot in a very short span. Don't even think twice to attend his classes whenever u get chance he is the best yogi forever and ever.
