Had a great experience with a large order from this Highwood location last night and want to especially thank Eduardo for his help and top notch professionalism!! I believe Eduardo may be a manager and, if not yet, I hope he be soon b/c he was amazing! We had a large order for a school event and Eduardo went above and beyond in helping to answer all our questions and ensure that it all went smoothly, even calling to check that my online order reflected what I said I wanted over the phone (which it did not, due to my mistake (!) so by calling me back to double-check, he totally saved our whole pizza party 🎉) Highly recommend, thanks so much Eduardo and the delivery guy was also super nice, helpful and right on time (sorry didn’t get his name too)

PLEASE be careful with this location. They have very aggressive delivery drivers. One of there drivers called “Jack” tried fighting and getting aggressive with me. Then he called his manager OMAR and tried to blame me for what happened. I think they expected that because I’m a local college student, I just stand there and do nothing while being threatened?? This is not okay. I’m contacting the police. If there’s no consequences he will eventually harm someone.

I should’ve recorded since the beginning. Please stay safe and avoid ordering delivery if the name “JACK” appears. His manager “Omar” is well aware of him being an aggressive person and resulting to violence and was unwilling to do anything about it. Some friends and I ordered pizza and the driver got super aggressive to the point where it looked like he wanted to fight. Omar did nothing about the situation. A follow up report will be filed. He drives a white car and is African American. Stay safe.

My pizza took a long time. When I received a call from the driver (JACK) that he was here, he was very angry and annoyed because he wasn’t sure where he was. When I said I was going to head towards him and meet him up he didn’t like it and started yelling more. When I finally spotted the white dominos car, he was already driving off and said he wasn’t going to wait and didn’t want to give our pizza. He was being aggressive. The driver lied to the restaurant and said we were going to fight him.TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE DRIVER AND THE STORE. When we called the restaurant the manager Omar defended the driver. We were told that another delivery driver was on their way, with our pizza. But it took 1 hour to get here, and it seemed to be the exact same pizza as before because it was cold. Jack is annoyed at his job, and takes it off on customers. The restaurant does not value their customer’s safety.

I just moved here from virginia and dominoes always sucked there usually went with papa johns. But ever since i moved to highland park this place has been top notch cooked to perfection. The quality for the price is unmatched here.

Sick of this place idk what changed but the pepperoni pizza is gross the last 6 orders I’ve gotten it’s darker over cooked and just tastes weird. Casey’s down the street is so much better the only reason why I’m not giving this 1 star is bc their apps (that I’ve tried) have been solid.

The staff is friendly and quick!!! The pizza comes out great each time. Thank you!!!

One of the workers put the garlic butter on part of the cheese part of the pizza instead of just on the crust and it's gas. keep up the good work.
