Typical example of mismanagement and a missed opportunity. Though the place is overall very suitable for a hotel and lawns and parking raise expectations but the rooms are huge let down and so are services. Rates are ok but the standard could be improved specially for rooms, cleanliness and staffing. Rooms are seldom cleaned and so are bed sheets and pillows. Upper portion rooms are acceptable yet lights are dim often. Breakfast rates are of 4 star hotels 🤣 Don't expect much it's just better than most travelers hotels. Rooms had television and satellite channels which is a plus point. Rest of 2 stars for the lawn and it's white chairs

If you find no better options to stay in a city like BANNU, then this could be a choice but you have to keep in mind the pros and cons I am mentioning below Pros : * Not so expensive * Located near market * Many vacant rooms are usually available. * A medium sized parking. * 2 halls for some small events. * A big lawn in the center and a small lawn in the front. * They provided us with towels and soap. * Adequately sized and acceptably clean rooms. * Indian and english seats in washrooms. * TV with media box, good quality picture. * Okay-ish food. Cons : * No good management to counter the load-shedding. The generator keeps fluctuating badly. Some unprofessional guy was constantly turning its switch off and on and it could destroy your electronics, don't risk your equipments on generator. * Generator is not running at night times so your sleep will be compromised if the weather is hot. * No mesh on windows to stop mosquitos and flies in case you open the windows when there is load-shedding. * Poor room lighting, only one energy saver in the room. * Exposed wires from the wall in our room. Could be dangerous if someone touch them and the switch is on. * No room service to clean the room. * Bad WiFi availability. * A police officer was walking late night in the corridors one night and he was trying to look inside rooms with torch. * Worst of all, goon-like males were staying at the hotel during our stay who were laughing loudly late night while sitting in the central lawn and smoking. Everything else can be somewhat ignored but this was the failure of management. Families can't feel secure in such environment.

Its an average sort of hotel for travellers.its good option at level of bannu however if compared with bigger cities hotels, its below average. Exterior and interior are not appealing. Services are average and options are limited. Heating and cooling facility is not up to the mark. Rates are reasonable. Staff needs improvement in services quality. Overall its one of the few option for travellers.

Great lawns and clean exterior. Need to work on interior. Messy rooms, broken bathroom fixtures. Bed sheets a d pillows dirty. Food service is often halted, breakfast is available though. Rooms and food is not pricy. Bannu is so poor accommodation wise that Kurram inn is a relief. Alternative is aamir hotel in the neighborhood. Overall experience is good and value for money

Karam Inn Hotel stands out as the premier establishment in Bannu district. While I had the opportunity to spend a few days here, I couldn't help but observe that the level of service did not quite meet my expectations. Throughout my stay, I encountered frequent power outages, and the availability of warm water for morning showers was rather inconsistent. However, it is worth noting that the hotel boasts a beautifully landscaped green lawn and ample parking space for vehicles.....

Find Ibrahim for room service. You will be happy to know him. Abid is an energetic Manager. Comparatively this hotel is better in Bannu city. Staff is cooperative. Cook is the best.

Considering the city of Bannu and the availability of hotels, I would rate this hotel being on the economical side. In simple words, I will say I regretted my decision to book and left early in the morning for a better option available in the city. Due to poor management and non responsive owners they have not invested in renovation and relying on old infrastructure and same old vintage building. Pros: compared with other hotels in the same city, this is a bit economical. Adequate car parking space. Good spacious lawns. Conference hall. WiFi works Cons: Smelly rooms and dirty washrooms. Poor management and non courteous staff. Their beds are of Victorian era, loaded with fleas and make strange noises, foams even feel like stone age, so do the pillows. There are ACs installed but once the power goes, they don't work and the room conditions make the sleep even worse. If you're stuck in between a rock and a hard place and there's no place to live near Bannu then I'll recommend it as a last resort.

Overall I had a very bad experience, this property booked on a phone call for a night's stay but left after a few hours The hotel needed so many restorations, Like malodorous room and washroom, in the washroom, they put paint baskets, the shower also not working, not proper clothes hanging available in rooms as well in the washroom also, Broken side table, Using the Winter stuff bed sheets

If you have no other place to lstay, as i had. then its ok but i would strongly disapprove this hotel and its unprofessional staff. they are total goons. No service ethics and haveno AC facility in summers. Hot as Hell. Only good for Aseel roosters and Dogs to live. I won't ever xome back here for stay.
