I started visiting Dr. Poonam Jalan from the year 2020 when the area around my lips had turned black and i had lost all hopes of getting my normal skin back but under her treatment i had got rid of it. Since then whenever I face skin problem i visit her. She is a great doctor..very polite and helpful. The staffs at the clinic are very good too. If you can't visit her clinic she provides online consultation too. So I recommend everyone facing skin problems to visit her without doubts.

When I took my father to this doctor, his behaviour was very polite . My father is 67 years old and after checking he told us that the problem will get resolved by 90% if the operation is done. But, after 1mnth post OT, he couldn't hear properly. In addition to that, a liquid material started oozing out of the ears, which was not there earlier. Again, he went to this doctor to investigate this issue, he admitted that the hole in the ear was still there and he again has to go through another operation. I didn't escalate any conversation at that time after hearing this. The situation is way worse now as compared to the previous situation before OT. His hearing capabilities have worsened after the operation and the liquid oozing part from the ear-canal was just not there before the OT. Head,from where the skin cut for this operation always give a pain stil now.
