The store is not customer friendly. It is at the basement of South City Mall. Went to purchase Mi TV. The boys inside the store did not turn up initially. I was standing there for over 5 mins. Then Asked the cash counter, they told me they have limited resources in shop. I stood for another 5 mins checking the TV on my own. Then I saw 3 boys came out of the inside room beside the cash counter and went outside the store hiding faces. So there were boys inside but not attending customers. Wow, nice to see that before purchasing as what will happen after sales support from this store. One person came out hasitantly and was answering in mono syllable. Not interested to sell products then after 1 min immediately turn to another customer on mobiles. Prices for TVs and other products seems to be near MRP when online it is available at a very much less price and discounted. As Mi Fan giving 2 stars but I would highly recommend NOT to purchase from this store. In store boys are rude, reluctant and doesn't know customer service. I dnt think you will get any good feeling or after sales support. Try online store or other stores.

Its a to-the-point, no nonsense store. You will get all the variants of all the phones that are available, and will also be able to run the devices and get a true feel of the phones and tablets before you buy. All kind of third party consumer loans, like bajaj finance are also available. Service is quick and crisp, with no verbosity. Mi products generally provide amazing value for money. The only feature missing that it doesn't have much option on the accessories, and you will have to get them elsewhere. There is also less crowd, which makes buying experience a pleasant affair. Exchanges are also available, and exchange prices are decided on the spot. Overall, stands recommended

A good ambiance overall. A bit crowded due to its small area. And the stuffs are polite and very helpful though they are small in number. All handsets and accessories are available to be shown. And don't forget to be a member of mi community club. There are awesome people who participates in the mi community and they do great things during company events. Thanks....

I am extremely disappointed with this store, to the point where even giving it a one-star rating feels like an exaggeration. The store staff members are completely unsupportive and display no patience whatsoever. They exhibit a clear dislike for customers spending more than five minutes in their store and become visibly irritated if you don't make a purchasing decision within that time frame. Moreover, they refuse to address more than 2-3 queries, assuming that all customers possess an expert level of knowledge about mobile handsets, as if everyone is involved in the business of selling handsets like them. Furthermore, they provide no additional assistance to senior citizens making purchases. As a result, I have decided that this will be my final MI purchase for both my company and my family.

One of the best Mi outlets in Kolkata. Availability of multiple demo products make it way easier to choose from the range of products available, whether it is a mobile phone, headphones or any other lifestyle product. The staff are very well informed and help you in each step of the way.

This one of the worst MI store. Makes false commitments to their customers. Does not takes any responsibility once the sale is done. I purchased a TV from them, at the time of sale they said, they will deliver the TV to our car. But the moment the sale was done they said currently no one is available so they can not deliver it. I had instant regret of my purchase. I strongly do not recommend this store.

Doesn't do justice to have such a vast range of products and such a small physical space in one of the premium malls of Kolkata. Definitely needs to scale that up to accommodate and display more products to help customers make a more conscious and informed decision specially regarding consumer durable products. Hope they take it up seriously!

Service & Coordination need to be taken care. I have charged double amount of 17k but whenever I am trying to connect to store no one is responding. Neither getting any proper document of void/ reverse. Please ensure your store must have facility ro help the customers or there is any exception.

Staff recruited here lacks any technical knowledge about their own product or any competitive advantage over other brands. Neither they have any manners nor courtesy , they aren't interested on attending customers rather more focused on roaming around the mall. They reffer YouTube to tell you about products but unfortunately they dont even themselves get to understand what is being expressed in the video, so basically they talk rubbish.Never seen such unaware and unattentive staff!!

It is a official Mi home, lovely ambiance,you can find all Xiaomi India launch product in here Mi phones,verry popular MI TV's , headset,Mi air purifire,mi fitness band,VR headset,Mi weight mechin,Mi router,Mi speaker,Mi bag packes etc.it is little bit crowded bcz of having smaller space,on site stuff r very friendly and polite, Lovely please to explore more all Xiaomi products.

We have visited this Mi Store in South City and Buy one mobile phone Redmi Note 10 Pro (6Gb/ 128gb) Shop Employees Behavior and service is good. Prices are likely Online Price's as per Mi website. If you want more discount than you can go for online Ecommerce giant's like Flipkart/ Amazon. Good Ambience and there are mostly all phones available.

I recently used my 5th Redmi Phone . From cheapest and better quality you go for Redmi .

This is a stern critique of the mobile phone purchased on August 2nd 2023, which has been nothing short of disappointing. A defective speaker has rendered me unable to hear any incoming voices. The phone malfunctioned immediately, a stark sign of substandard quality that is utterly unacceptable. This horribly frustrating experience demands immediate corrective action from the manufacturer. Not a product I would endorse to anyone in the market for a reliable phone.

Most horrible place. Since it's close to my locality, I visit this store even if its a disgusting experience each time. Very rude behavior and non welcoming. Sadly I wrote an email but even the headquarters gives no response whatsoever....I personally would not recommend anyone to visit this outlet

I visited the store to purchase a MI Note 7. Due to the long queue there, the staffs of the store maintained a list of names according to the time of coming. They arranged some extra mobile sets too after finishing all their stocks in almost a blink of an eye. We wanted to purchase a 4gb/64gb Blue Note 7 and with the helping behaviour of the people there it was all happened.. A good store to buy smartphones in reasonable price in South City Mall, Kolkata.

The store manager is an asset. He's well informed, extremely patient and not pushy . Also he's quick to catch on to one's particular needs and offer products to suit.

I would like to give zero rating to this store because on 2020 oct or Nov month i purchased a mob in Puja offer and I won a laptop bag but they said that will reach to my home, or need to come store again to collect, then after some days thay said ma'am u just send a mail to our senior team they will resolve ur query now it's 2022 i dont get any gift, proper resolution In short in the name of Puja offer they are making fool to the public

MI 10i, MI 11, both phones bought from this store giving trouble within a couple of months of purchase. When we took the phones back to store but did not get proper response. The sales persons were trying to cover up the drawbacks of phone by giving some excuses. Problem remains unsolved. Watchout readers... Better go for Samsung. Worse is that the phone number they gave provided on site belongs to some other store. Shame.

Bought a Mi first time in 2019 from this store and it lasted me till almost end of 2023. This phone gave me lots of pics with memories to cherish and in spite of my carelessness at times of dropping it, there wasn't a scratch on the screen. Got a really good exchange offer and I opted for Notepro 12 of Mi, hope this lasts me longer but I wasn't that careful while purchasing coz the phone doesn't open with biometrics like the earlier device. I guess if I had seen that this feature was missing I wouldn't have opted for the model.

I am very much pleased with the service and behaviour of the staffs present at Mi Home - South City Mall, Kolkata towards the customers. Went to buy the newly launched laptop Mi Notebook Pro last Thursday but it was not available at that point of time. I needed the product urgently. One of the store staff named Chiranjit Das attended me at the store, noted my request and arranged the laptop for me by Sunday. Really appreciate his quick service!!

I bought a c type usb cable just today in front of them when i asked to check it once they showed me the newly bought usb cable was not working they are intensionally harrasing me they are putting the usb cable into their own adaptors and continuously arguing that fault in my my adaptor but it was totally wrong they are telling tgen go to service center a tital harrament worst

I went to ask about an issue on my band and all they did was laugh at me, talk down to me, and eventually tell me to go to the service center. I managed to fix the issue by myself later. They are unhelpful, and extremely arrogant. Please avoid going and go to a better MI outlet.
