Perfectly located with a nice outside view and hygienic from inside. I liked The service factor a lot because the staff was friendly. As for the food quality I think more can be worked on the same as people are not paying just because of brand quality of food should always be up to the mark.

Poor show we ordered rice and chicken balls it was horrible. Chicken burger not worth having. I suggest they leave burgers and french fries to Macdonalds its their strong point.

They intentionally dont provide the bill. Even after repeated request for bill, nobody provided the bill. Finally we had to stand on the counter for 15 mins to get the bill. Store Manager (Vishal) himself took our order and did not care to provide the bill.

This is a good place to eat on the highway road but also they have made it great and no tension of parking off course. Another good thing is that it's not only dinning place there they have other also so if you are a non-vegetarian you can go there. About the service here we didn't have much problem just that they were not serving the cold drinks even though they had them. Staff told there is some kind of rule that they for home delivery only and they can't sell them in there, that was confusing. Otherwise the food was great and we enjoyed the food. And it's worth to visit for the food only but they can improve the service a little that will be very appreciative.

Ordered 2 quantity of 6 pcs boneless chicken strip. Ordered items were freshly prepared by the staff. Chicken was crispy, yum n mouth watering. Thanks for making it so good.

After repeated requests, not even a single table was cleaned by any staff. My order was marked ready though it was still preparing. The chicken bucket quality was also not upto mark compared to other KFCs in Tricity , despite charging higher for being a Highway outlet. The sitting arrangement on table and cushioned bench/chair is very congested and there is no option to adjust the leg space according to one's convenience.

It was a very positive experience at KFC. I went there to have dinner on Wednesday, and I ordered Wednesday special chicken bucket. It was very much tasty. Any one can go there on Wednesday and take that offer .

Appalling service, the staff especially women are not bothered to prepare food even if customers are waiting. I waited 10 min and they were hiding in kitchen and chatting. Only after shouting they came and prepared food. The manager is useless and seems scared to talk to the employees. Food was cold. The restaurant is not even properly cleaned and the uniform of staff looks worn and dirty. In contrast the McDonald's next to it is completely opposite with everything professional. Please avoid this KFC if you can.

Had taken take away order today. One hot and crispy 5 leg pcs bucket and one normal hot and crispy bucket. They have given me normal hot and crispy bucket from front window and they have given five leg pcs form backside storage . All of those five leg pcs were satle and false smell was coming from those pcs.. It was not happenend first time and happening second time. When we get away take away orders they people use to give stale and rotten stuff. Unfortunately i have opened the box after reaching home and was not position to go back to their outlet other wise I would have made them eat that stuff. Very Bad Service, Only 2-3 Staff in such a big restaurant. Plus the food quality is also degrading the experience. I ordered a burger & the chicken inside was hard as rock, i asked to replace them and they also gave me the same quality chicken burger, my money went waste.
