    BMILITARYFIT has a complete holist approach, provides apt workouts targeting overall fitness, strength & above all the great variations working out with one's own Body weight along with external weights as & when required. Despite being an online virtual platform - due attention is given to each and every participant. Every window on zoom is taken care off...our Nandan Sir says "The Eagle is watching 👀 you 😀 ". Badri Sir ensures each participant gets the posture correct / technique, caters to the needs of all age groups with apt variations. Badri Sir is so passionate about Fitness, it inspires me every day... Our Yoga 🧘‍♀️ Guru Anjali Maam's session has a great timing in the middle of the week when v need her awesome stretches 😊😇👍 along with icing of Relaxation & Meditation. An Individual who wants to have a good fit lifestyle must join BMF. My personal experience from the time I joined last year has been superlative, each day I wake up looking forward to the respective workout sessions. We believe in Family fitness as well hence very often I even practise the Awesome BMF plans / workouts with my kids who enjoy the same. Badri Sir and all the Trainers at BMF take a lot of effort in curating each and every session enabling us to challenge ourselves. Great going BMF, consider myself Blessed to be a part of this wonderful tribe😇🙏..Thank you for bringing the next level of fitness in my Life !!

    Im new to BMF, love the vibes and energy of all people associated with BMF. Im writing this review regarding recent trip to Dayara, Uttarkashi. Our road journey was extended due to bad weather conditions and which was around 24 hours from Noida to Bhatwari, Uttarkashi. After that Raithal base camp was 2 kms trek, due to heavy snowfall tha road was blocked and we have to trek around 8 kms to base camp. which was a night trek after bus journey and the miracle was Binod Sir was so confident that we all can do it, whenever I was was trying to give up with Binod Sir and other team members who motivate and helped to cope with the harsh weather conditions. But it was real fun with BMF.

    Personal monitoring. Best trainers. No equipment required. Flexible timings. Both offline and online options available. In this hectic lifestyle we need a guiding light to work upon the strength of our body and most importantly mind. BMilitaryFit offers excellent training sessions under the guidance of professional trainers to go beyond the usual workout sessions.

    I joined BMilitaryFit (BMF) during lockdown via online and where do I start? I have nothing but great things to say about them. I love that how BMF plans each and every workout. They really put their soul in what they do and none of the sessions are similar hence you will never be bored. Unlike others initially I was skeptical too of joining online workout session but I like how my coach keeps an eye on each and every posture and makes a point that what I am doing is right. He is always watching you. Also if you have any discomfort/ pain/injury then coach always have an alternate version ready for you. Your concerns is their top priority. It's been almost a year with BMF and I am never disappointed. I have truly seen results in my body. Aesthetically, I can see my body is transforming into a more toned version of myself. Physically, my endurance, stamina, strength and cardio performance is better than ever! I also love the trainers - very friendly, always encouraging and I feel like they take the time to help us achieve our goals as individuals. I also want to mention that BMF is more than just work outs: I find myself in a better mood after the work outs, I cope better with daily stress, and I have better sleep. I definitely noticed the difference between the days when I go, and don't go. Big big big shout out to Bhadri sir who is a wonderful coach. He has so much energy and passion for what he does that motivates you and pushes you to challenge yourself during the classes and in life. So far I have worked only with him but as far I know I guarantee that other coaches in BMF are also equally amazing. I have heard nothing but great stuff about them. Hopefully I'll get a chance in the future to workout with them too. BMF is not just a fitness club with intense workouts but also a great community that motivates you, inspires you to be a better version of yourself. I 100% recommend BMilitary Fit.

    It has been around 6 months since I have been part of BMF and I have had excellent time here. They work on overall fitness covering strength, flexibility, endurance with various fitness regimes like cardio, weight training, yoga, HIIT, combat training. Trainers always bring in new variations so that the routine does not become monotonous and each and every session is engaging and enjoyable. It is the best alternative to gym as the sessions are held in the park surrounded by fresh air. I never knew it was possible to do such high intensity workouts without a single equipment. Also, I have attended the online sessions which is a huge advantage as it provides flexibility to do the sessions remotely during covid wave or lockdowns. I feel really lucky to have found this community!!

    I have been training with BMF for quite a few years now. They have really taken it to next level during covid by being there in all odds for me! Flexible options of online and offline workouts and the options to join mornings or evenings in online mode are a boon to a person like me with meetings at odd hours. The quality and variety of workouts are just fabulous and so are the personality and liveliness of the group and coaches. The "cherries" on the cake are the outstation trips with lots of fun and masti !! I was earlier following P90X and never imagined someone can beat that.... but here it is BMF! .... they rock

    I wholeheartedly recommend BMILITARYFIT! I have only been doing the online sessions but at no time do I feel like it's online. Bhadri Sir pays such close attention to each and every member- form, technique, variations based on fitness levels, each and every aspect is taken care of. Most times I feel like it's even better than an in-person session all at the comfort of your own home. I would love to try the offline outdoor sessions which also look like fun. Each session is well thought of and workouts so varied that there is no monotony. Bhadri Sir is so passionate about fitness, dedicated to improve the fitness level of each and every member and in all totally inspiring! I am certain that all the other trainers are as good and dedicated. Kudos to the BMILITARYFIT team and keep up the good work!!

    Thank you Binod & Nandan sir from BMF team , I feel rejuvenated since I joined your academy / group. Each of you are just superb in putting all the efforts to make us to do workout from indoor or outdoor. This group is like your extended family , we workout together on weekdays , Sunday running , surprise outdoor visits to new new locations .

    It is because of BMilitary fit and his team who had given me passion on fitness and training. I have taken all modes of their training from personal to online to offline ground training. From expert to a starter all get trained by the same team and at same time. This implies sessions are so customised according to person capability of doing workouts. They can offer multiple version of same exercise depending on the trainee appetite. The entire training breaks the monotonous concept of exercise from Cardio to core to upper body to lower body to full body to even yoga. They are fitness enthusiast , motivators , professionals , freakout guys, trackers and even health party animals. To experience all this one need to join the group.

    The day when I joined online sessions of BMF, I never ever imagined that my life will transform in this positive manner. Earlier I started getting the pain in knee at the age of 50 and thought that now i have to live with these pains as I am growing old. But thanks to Badri Sir, Nandan Sir and other coaches who made me exercise in a manner that pains are vanished, rather I am feeling very energetic and healthy. You all are full of lives and very jovial coaches and your outdoor sessions are unparalleled. I look forward to the classes of Meghdootam. Earlier I never imagined myself as a trekker in their group now I wait impatiently for any trekking event update. Thanks to all the coaches for this transformation.🙏

    Hey! I have been part of team BMF since October 2021…initially offline but later on switched to home workout via online mode (and believe me the there is not even a shade of difference between offline and online- consistent and top class guidance irrespective of the mode) . The journey so far has been quite satisfying. The overall improvement I am experiencing is far better than any gym trainer. Be it strength, endurance, posture, flexibility and more importantly the recovery has improved by leaps. I never imagined that my bounce back post Covid could be so quick. I am into multiple sports- cricket, tennis n cycling and there is a visible difference in my performance. Besides, I ha e seen remarkable difference amongst my fellow trainees esp who had some nagging health issues. A week at BMF typically looks like ,cardio, core, upper-body, lower-body, by the means of circuit training and then we have a dedicated session for flexibility thru yoga and vinyasa flows. And Sundays are always fun runs. I WAS type 2 diabetic and am 45. I have been able to keep myself free from medicines since May last year. A fair share of credit does go to TEAM BMF!! The quality and approach towards fitness coaching and guidance at BMF is very scientifically driven. The coaches will push you n drive u to go for an extra mile. And, lastly and equally important- the group comprises of some lovely n fun loving folks! Thanks BMF! Way to go Guys…..

    Hardcore exercise followed by Yoga ... combination of different body exercises and yoga for stress relieve for Corporate people, Where do I start , this open green park is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym for good health. Early morning clean fresh Air for lungs , It started with the location and excellent breeze coming off the green trees. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they will get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every age level member , and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely attend daily early morning for a exercise, hope to see you there ! Love the way they handle new members in team and every weekend some hidden challenges for the members like long run exercises which gives best memorable lifetime experiences and positivity in life. #Bmilitaryfit
