joined
BMilitaryFit
(BMF)
during
lockdown
via
online
and
where
do
I
start?
I
have
nothing
but
great
things
to
say
about
them.
I
love
that
how
BMF
plans
each
and
every
workout.
They
really
put
their
soul
in
what
they
do
and
none
of
the
sessions
are
similar
hence
you
will
never
be
bored.
Unlike
others
initially
I
was
skeptical
too
of
joining
online
workout
session
but
I
like
how
my
coach
keeps
an
eye
on
each
and
every
posture
and
makes
a
point
that
what
I
am
doing
is
right.
He
is
always
watching
you.
Also
if
you
have
any
discomfort/
pain/injury
then
coach
always
have
an
alternate
version
ready
for
you.
Your
concerns
is
their
top
priority.
It's
been
almost
a
year
with
BMF
and
I
am
never
disappointed.
I
have
truly
seen
results
in
my
body.
Aesthetically,
I
can
see
my
body
is
transforming
into
a
more
toned
version
of
myself.
Physically,
my
endurance,
stamina,
strength
and
cardio
performance
is
better
than
ever!
I
also
love
the
trainers
-
very
friendly,
always
encouraging
and
I
feel
like
they
take
the
time
to
help
us
achieve
our
goals
as
individuals.
I
also
want
to
mention
that
BMF
is
more
than
just
work
outs:
I
find
myself
in
a
better
mood
after
the
work
outs,
I
cope
better
with
daily
stress,
and
I
have
better
sleep.
I
definitely
noticed
the
difference
between
the
days
when
I
go,
and
don't
go.
Big
big
big
shout
out
to
Bhadri
sir
who
is
a
wonderful
coach.
He
has
so
much
energy
and
passion
for
what
he
does
that
motivates
you
and
pushes
you
to
challenge
yourself
during
the
classes
and
in
life.
So
far
I
have
worked
only
with
him
but
as
far
I
know
I
guarantee
that
other
coaches
in
BMF
are
also
equally
amazing.
I
have
heard
nothing
but
great
stuff
about
them.
Hopefully
I'll
get
a
chance
in
the
future
to
workout
with
them
too.
BMF
is
not
just
a
fitness
club
with
intense
workouts
but
also
a
great
community
that
motivates
you,
inspires
you
to
be
a
better
version
of
yourself.
