We (Family of 2 adults & 2 kids) had a Fantastic Trip to Kashmir last week. Ms. Nargis was kind and helpful in customizing our itinerary as per our requirements and request. Recently concluded a 7N8D trip to Kashmir through Valley Trip Planner. Got a pretty good deal which was value for money. They take care of everything from hotels to cabs to toll etc. Miss Nargis had been in constant touch everyday to enquire about our stay and well being…Mr. Niyaz Ahmed was everything for us. He was our driver as well as guide who is very knowledgeable about all the locations….he very ably guided us on the Do’s & Don’t in each location (Sonmarg, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Srinagar etc.) while also taking us to authentic Handloom & Dry fruit shops… All in all a great trip planned by VTP and would recommend them to anyone who wishes to visit Kashmir!

Had a delightful experience travelling to Kashmir. The package provided was very reasonable for 4 people. All the accommodation provided was comfortable and not to mention the houseboat arranged in dal lake was amazing as it had a breathtaking view from the boat. Food provided at all the accommodation was satisfying. The driver throughout the trip was friendly and obliging.

My two sisters and I, recently, completed the Ladakh and Kashmir tour. All the travel arrangements were done by Ms. Nargis of Valley Trip Planner. Our entire journey in Ladakh and Kashmir was smooth and comfortable, barring a few here and there. But, those were also sorted out after calling Ms. Nargis. All the hotels booked for us were nice and comfortable. Cannot end without mentioning the awesome driver, Hassan Bhai in Leh/Ladakh. He also became our guide during the trip. We, a group of 8 photographer friends, recently completed the dream tour of Ladakh starting from Srinagar to Manali covering the entire route including Kargil, Leh,Nubra, Tsomoriri, Kaylong, Manali with Valley Trip Planner. Owner of the agency, Nargis and all her associates were Cooperative, Cordial, Sincere and Responsive all along the trip. A massive land slide blocked our road from Nubra to Pangong. Huge traffic jam, huge numbers of tourists were stuck in the mid way but Nargis arranged our accommodation in Leh ( originally scheduled at Pangong) and we didn't face any inconveniences only due to highest level of hospitality of Valley Trip Planner. We are really touched and wish we will again travel under the arrangement of Nargis.

Ms. Nargis Malik gave us quite detailed overview of the kind of environment we should expect during our self planned itinerary. This helped us a lot to refine our itinerary. Then she went on to give us the best fitting hotels bookings and vehicle arrangements including permits. She informed us well in time to do online bookings for cable car ride and then on the actual day of visit she kept us notified about last moment changes due to bad weather and related implications. This proactive approach of tour planning support from her side went a long way in making our Kashmir and Ladakh stay a memorable one. Our Le/Ladakh trip from 28th August to 3rd September is excellent as the entire tour programme was well organized by tour planner Nargis Malik. Special thanks deserve our tour driver Md. Hussain ( only 23 yrs.old) for his excellent driving throughout the tour. All hotels are very nice , except fooding of the hotel "the Leh," was not upto the mark and their service at dinning room was not good. Thanks to Nargis Malik and Vally trip Planner for providing such beautiful tour of Ladakh.

We were a group of 5 family members who traveled from Srinagar to Sonmarg to Kargil to Leh to Nubra to Pangong from 25th July 2022 to 2nd August 2022. Valley trip Planner made all the arrangements from Srinagar airport pick up to hotels and local sightseeing to final drop at Leh airport. All the hotels chosen were good, the Innova car and the drivers were skillful. Ms Nargis of Valley trip planner was constantly in touch, enquiring, if all was good. She tried to help us when our booking at Organic boutique, Nubra was changed last minute by the owner of the hotel, in a very unprofessional manner. Mr Sam Malik was also very helpful and made all the arrangements right up to the early morning drop at Leh airport. What a wonderful tour organised by Valley Trip Planner for Kashmir and Ladakh for 10 days and the full credit goes to Nargis Mam(founder of VTP). Hotels and vehicles were provided as per commitment made in confirmation letter. Quality of the Hotels and its food was excellent except the tent cottage (Mountain Camp) in Nubra valley where we found some difficulty in Food and services. The cars which were allotted for us (a family of 4 person) was also excellent (Innova for Kashmir till Leh and Xylo for Total Ladakh tour including Nubra and Pangong). The driver (Mr Samser) of Xylo in Ladakh was excellent i.e, decent in nature and truly act as a guide cum driver. But the Driver(Mr Sabir Ahmed) of Innova at Kashmir was just opposite and cunning enough for a new comer/ stranger. He cleverly missed out some of the places in Kashmir(like Pari Mahal, Cheshma sahi etc) and Leh(like Hall of Frame). But Nargis Mam was kind enough and he organised our visit to “Hall of Frame” in a separate car at her own cost, at the end of the tour. Also the behavior of the driver in Kashmir was not fair enough with a tourist/customer. Since Nargis mam has nothing to do with the driver’s behavior so I will give full marks to VTP i.e., 5/5. But if I visit next time I would not prefer the same driver at Kashmir. Finally Thanks Nargis Mam & VTP as well, for taking care of us during the tour period.
