Best in class fitness center in North Kashmir!

Awesome place with a decent and non-intimidating atmosphere. Well maintained in terms of cleanliness and quality of the equipment. The only piece of equipment missing here is the squat rack, which is essential for every gym (one star deducted for that).

ItS the first fitness centre in baramulla that I have never ever seen till yet...I'm highly impressed with it's unique equipments and maintenance...and the best thing is that u have great and well experienced trainer at ur fitness centre..

Love this gym! The equipment is good, the female staff is kind, and the ventilation is perfect. You also have to climb a couple of flights of stairs to reach the gym floor, which is a nice exercise in itself! The owner and the staff deserve a special shoutout for how accommodating and kind they are.

Awesome equipment, convenient location and proper heating arrangement available for winter season. Trainers are well experienced also the management is well behaved and educated.

All though kashmir is lacking with electricity in winters this gym provides you a genset!! And rest everyone knows all equipments are awesome!!😂👌 Ps~you can watch all Netflix shows on a brand new Samsung lcd tv!!

Seiously . This is the best gym out there in Baramulla. People are very helping , so is the trainer.

One of the best health centre i have ever seen .As per my view there is no any other centre with which we can compare it.This centre is such a dream health centre which has well management body who guides their students as well and this centre has many other qualities which i can't describe in simple words .it is well furnished and well displined in shortly it is an amazing i luv it❣️

Out of all the gym centres i have tried in baramulla, i found health and fitness the most effective one, the quality of machines is very good,trainer here is also very helpful and the atmosphere of workout is very attractive!
