I haven't been to the institution but I got the opportunity to learn from sir at my college NIFT, Bhubaneswar. He's really great with the teachings of asanas, pranayam and healthy diet.

Best place to do yoga. His teaching style is unique and too good Also giving the proper diet which we can follow easily and loose or gain weight very fast.
