Bottom Bay Beach is a hidden gem. The app is accurate and easy to find. Parking in an unpaved area and can accommodate a few cars. The stone steps are capped with the intricate fingerprint of land coral. A dense canopy of trees line the footpath to this visually lush beach. Ample white sand. Sky high coconut trees reach for the sun and sway in the strong wind. Water is nice and clean. Waves are strong so not suggesting major swimming. A small cave is in the undercut of the cliff. Enjoy!

This is one of the most beautiful beaches on Barbados! The cliffs, soft white sand, and grove of trees combine to create unforgettable views. Be cautious when swimming here. The waves are extremely powerful and there are rip tides. I went for a swim, but got tossed and pummelled pretty good. Was all good and fun until I realized how far from shore I was. It took a good swim to get back. I wouldn’t do it alone again.

The Bottom Bay beach on the west coast of Barbados is a beautiful, vast beach that offers an excellent experience for both snorkeling and swimming. It is not far from Holetown and one of the most popular beaches in Barbados.

The most beautiful beach, hidden behind a cliff. Turquoise water. A must see place in Barbados. Particularly picturesque in the afternoon sun. Be careful when bathing, even in the calm ocean. The waves are braking near the shore and can easily knocked you down and dragged over the sharp sand.

Lovely beach. Even on a windy overcast day it's well worth the effort. From a small mud/sand parking spot at the top of the cliff a short concrete staircases (with railing) descends down to the sandy beach. It's also well worth walking around the cliff top as the views are also great and you can do this with a nice drink made in a coconut shell from a local entrepreneur.

Beautiful beach with a little cave and interesting walk down a wooded tunnel of sorts.

The beach wasn’t very clean and the sea waves were quite rough... but I could see the potential of this little gem when conditions are better ;)

Love this beach. It’s tucked away but not so secluded that you don’t feel safe. There’s places to lie down and chill and definitely a good picture op. You can take the stairs down to the beach and enjoy the sand or take a walk up top and look down onto the beach below. Again, some really nice photos. The waters can be rough sometimes so it may just be a hang out on the sand kinda beach day depending on when you go.

Fairly secluded beach, nice shady cave on one side. Kids selling coconuts and a couple vendors near the parking lot. Parking lot is very rustic with dips and rocks. Many stairs to get to the beach. Lots of seaweed on the day I visited, but was told it’s not always like this.

Very nice beach. If you like big waves and surfing this looks like the place to go.

One of best beaches in Barbados. Amazing views! Need to walk down a few steps however.

Beautiful secluded beach with dramatic cliff top view. Easy steps down. No clear signposts. Use off or online maps.
