Premium surf spot, world class surfers call it a favorite, intermediate and experienced surfers only, best on north west to north east swell where it can get head/overhead, upward of that it can get "unsurfable", works on east trade wind swell also but has more chop, do be careful of rocks, cobblers and rip on entry/exit, just east a short paddle is another great spot called Parlors, have fun.

Beach is pretty bad - full of seaweed when we went there and you can’t swim because of currents. But waves are huuuge and it’s cool to see some amazing surfers riding them professionally!

Soup Bowl was doin it's ting today, wish I got there earlier but that's how it goes. The texture was a lil difficult and dodging the local from was proving difficult but it was well worth it. Good ones to be had for all and de bajan vibe is alive and well..👊🇧🇧🌊🏝🤙
