Comfortable but noisy. I recommend to go with friends, not with family or older people because it is also only accessed by stairs.

It was clean apartments and the check in went smooth. However,the problem starts with the clogged shower. I told them to fix it and they promised to fix it the day after. The next day they didnt fix it. They only give 1 toilet paper for 5 people in the apartments (we specify that in our bookings that we are 5 people). When I ask them if they have extra their answer was "buy it in supermarket".Also the pull out couch didnt work properly. If its was airbnb its okay because people didnt get used to hospitality service. But this own by company they should have standards and quality control.

Great apartments in Alto.

Nice place to stay. The owner/host it's friendly and it's responding very quick. We stayed at the apartment no 3 (on the 3rd level) wich has 3 rooms with double bed in each, and a living room with open kitchen (almost all equipet), a sofa and a place to stay at the end of day. The apartment it's clean but not very well maintained. There are 3 baths. The only problem than I've noticed it's that the water it's not draining as it's should be.

Best place to stay in Lisbon.

Absolutely avoid: catastrophic hygiene...we were bitten by bedbugs (Black apartment on the 1st floor, left bedroom). Sofa bed found with hairs when we arrived...stairwell not washed all week...Moreover, shower with moldy seals, shower door unsealed on the upper upright. Apartment well located, certainly but very noisy. We had rented for 8 nights but the first was not possible for the rental company, claiming a water leak Given the rental company's interest in travelers: fuyee, there are plenty of other accommodations in Lisbon!

Very well positioned in the old quarter and on the funicular street. The apartment is very poorly soundproofed. Lots of noise at night. Take your earplugs It is also very dark with little daylight and lamps inside. Very limited supply (toilet paper, dishwasher tablet). Better want to take some with you.

Nice apartment, great location.

Apartment very well renovated, minimalist and at the same time cozy. Living room and bedrooms with excellent areas! Very central location, with a fabulous view. 5 star service!

My favorite

The apartment is great, as is the location. If you want to experience Lisbon in the best possible way this is the location to book. We had a great time in September last year, and when we come to Lisbon next time, we will book the same apartment.
