What a horrible station and don’t get me wrong the station is beautiful. The problem is the people that are working there don’t give a damn of what’s going on in the station. You can see “people” jumping the fences of the station, people coming behind you and pushing you not to pass the tickets in the machine and all of this in front of the security guards! Just unbelievable.

Vibrant, historical town about 35 minutes from Barcelona towards south, at the sea, it has the Train Museum as well with many original train exhibited here as the railway of Spain started here.Magical architecture and a HUGE Church and Tower at the center, at the end of La Rambla of Villanova, apparently longer than the one in Barcelona! Lively Cafes, bars, tapas bars, classy restaurants or bohemian area, all is here for really low or reasonable prices! A must see town! As well many hiking trails around with fascinating panorama! Good regional train station, easy to navigate. Decent bar/ café on the main platform

Well kept traditional train station building where everything is working, clean and pleasant as it should be. As a first time visitor it was easy to find my way around, vending machines were working, timetables and displays perfectly working etc. It would be great if it was like this everywhere!

Nice village, quite place, good to getaway

Good weekly market on Saturday. Good selection of shops on the Rambla. Some good eating places

The large car park (north side of tracks) is for season ticket holders only. Be prepared for a lot of driving around trying to park your car.
