Managed to squeeze into a packed Sensi Tapas, getting seats at the bar upstairs. Staff were friendly and the food was delicious. We had the tuna tartare, beef cheeks & patatas bravas, all of which were great! Espresso martini also went down a treat.

The upper floor is very stuffy, you might be better sitting downstairs. Definitely make a reservation! Atmosphere is nice, food is good but we had better in Barcelona, dishes are small and a bit overpriced BUT the biggest problem: the attitude of most of the waiters (not all) was really weird. We constantly felt like we have to order more, they took the dishes away even before we completely finished it, they immediately brought the bill after we finished even without us asking. We didn‘t really feel welcomed and a bit as if they want to have us gone as soon as possible.

We had the Vegan "roasted chicken" croquettes w/ vegan spicy mayo (you'd never know it's vegan); Shrimps "Indian" style w/ tamarind sauce, mango and sticky rice; Zucchini cannelloni with cauliflower couscous, goat cheese & turmeric sauce, and the Fresh truffle ravi in parmesan cream and truffle oil. We already made another reservation. Go!

Our receptionist (Natasha) at H10 recommended this tapas restaurant as one of the best in Barcelona. She had taken her family there. It was absolutely amazing . Im sorry but I have to say the food was underwhelming and disappointing- definitely a tourist trap. The food was way too expensive for the quality of food so probably won’t come back here. However, the customer service was excellent! Honestly - the only item I found good here was the mojito drink. I hope they improve the food and perhaps lower their prices. There were lots of tourists inside which made me realize that the food was probably not going to be good and overpriced. Alas, lesson learned.

Great local tapas place! I had table booked for 10PM and I was scared there would be nobody there but it was still busy. The down site booking table that late is kitchen closed after 11PM so I didn’t manage to order more. The restaurant is nice- we ordered different things to try. Patatas bravas were very hot 🥵 but yummy! The best dishes we had there was mini paella 🥘 and stake with sweet potato mash! Amazing 🤩 Restaurant staff were very friendly they lighten the candle on the table 3 times for us when I asked to keep our romantic vibe. Also they helped with wine choice. A nice tapas place that was recommend to us. The atmosphere was good, the staff really prompt and friendly. Tapas were tasty, some standout (loved the octopus and the beef tenderloin), but some a bit bland for the price point (pizzeta/potatoes/lamb). It was a nice visit and a good dinner experience, the wine we had was nice too (came recommended by our server). Not sure I would come back regularly, but if you’re in the area and don’t mind the price - you won’t be sorry!

The interior is so cute and the menu is by far one of the best I’ve ever seen for tapas. You’ll find all of your classics here but also a range of really well thought out flavour combinations bringing you something new. I live for their croquettes 🤤 oxtail! You have to try them! The whole time we were sitting there we were unaware of the rule that we were supposed to magically know; every person is supposed to order two plates. We received moans, weird looks, and awkwardly comments like “aren’t you girls starving” by the EMPLOYEES. Our friend we haven’t seen in a while was supposed to meet us but she has dairy, egg, sesame and other allergies but due to this attitude and the lack of accommodation, we told her it would be best if she didn’t come. When I confronted the waitress about her attitude she blamed it on the language barrier. Meanwhile, 1. I speak Spanish and 2 by all means this had nothing to do with a language barrier. If you are thinking about going to a sensi tapa location DO NOT GO TO PAZ19. not to mention the poor guy that had to work with these girls that look like they haven’t showered in weeks.
