A very nice brunch place! We came for late breakfast around 2pm, and they were still serving breakfast food ! I ordered the avocado toast with egg on, super nice. Also they have both almond and oat milk which is a big plus.

It was busy when we went and there were only 2 wait staff handling the whole place. They did a great job! We’d been recommended Alsur Cafe by a friend when they visited Barcelona, so we thought we would stop by. It’s a few minutes walk from Las Ramblas, and was easy to find. It was a busy place with a buzzing atmosphere, but we were soon greeted by one of the team and sat at a table. The menu all sounded delicious, and was a mix of brunch and lunch options, with a bit of a Mexican twist. I ordered the Arepa Reina Pepeada, which is hard to describe but was utterly delicious. The sauce it came with was absolutely sensational. They also had a great range of cakes that looked amazing too. The service was friendly and fast, and the small team were doing a great job of making sure everyone had what they needed. Its clearly a very popular spot for both locals and visitors to Barcelona, and it’s easy to see why!

We came here on a busy morning with no reservations for six. The place was fairly busy but they were able to seat us pretty quickly. Our son, who is on the autism spectrum instantly had some issues and was very unhappy. The staff were very kind and patient. They took very good care of us. The food is fantastic and the service excellent. I only rate the atmosphere a four because the music downstairs was quite loud. Regardless, this place was amazing. Very good brunch place with diverse menu, a lot of good options. Matcha latte was a little too milky for my taste but everything else was delicious. Other than many brunch places I’ve seen the menu includes also a lot of alcoholic drinks if you feel like “brunch without alcohol is just sad late breakfast” ;)

Very cozy place to either study or just chill with a hot cup of coffee. Plugs for computers aren't placed in all the tables so if you intend to use a computer you'll need to ask for a table with a plug and sometimes it might be hard since the cafe is usually full of people.
