The hotel lobby was very comfortable with a table tennis table and a table football. The service is great, you always get fresh drinks and sometimes small snacks. The breakfast is also good: Many options and it tastes quite good, but the donuts tasted horrible. The rooms were small and no closet space. The air conditioner was perfect. The breakfast space is limited and we were in the small and bad spot. All in all, quite ok.

Pros: Compact, clean, budget friendly and good service. Some rooms have an additional pull out bed that can fit one additional person. Free luggage storage before check in. Breakfast available on booking. Foosball table, hammocks, and couches in the common area. Cons: No safe, no refrigerator, small tv (if you care, I didn't)

To all foreigners be aware of this place they lie about their prices and accommodations rooms I prepaid a room and when i arrived there they said they give my room away and now it’s more expensive then expected for a smaller room. I had to add 100euro more which was not in my budget. I got woke up at 9am by a cleaning lady she just straight open my door she didn’t even knock she told check out is at 10am due to high occupancy they need to clean the room quickly. I asked Maria and she said it was her hotel so they change the rules on the seasons. Maybe the real director of this hotel will see this message and contact me. I will avoid the IBIS hotel brand for now on.

You can rely on services as per standard IBIS hotel group. Lobby check-in concierge seems less conventional but purpose is similar. It may adapt the availability of online check-in. Ibis line of hotel had been standardized quality of service. There are variation to suit the particular city and cater local or regional communities as well as international traveler. Some minor facilities should be updated like the television which only cater local language. Facility upgrade to smart television be good one. Breakfast foods are delicious especially the scrambled eggs. Location is nearby metro access and public buses, just a small walk will be necessary.

The hotel room was ok and it was also comfortable. The price was fair and they were able to help us with our stay with basically no reservation we had an emergency and they got us a room on December 31 when most hotels weren’t taking anymore guests. They have a great restaurant with a variety of food options, additionally sangrias are the best. The staff was very kind as well. Thank you Ibis Barcelona!

First of all, I think that it is in a suitable place as a location. Transportation between the airport and the hotel can be easily provided by metro and busses. The price was suitable compared to other hotels. I can say that the first reason for choosing the hotel is its price. The size of the rooms is fine. Secondly, it is a small but important detail for me. Having playgrounds in the lobby is a nice activity in the evening, at least for families with children and for those who are very tired of traveling. My recommendation is to have breakfast at the hotel. When you compare the prices with outside, I think it's a very economical price 9.90 Euro.For kids price is just 5 euro. Cheese, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet foods and filter coffee for breakfast possible to find. and many other things of course. It is a small but nice detail to be greeted with free lemonade when you return to the hotel in hot weather. the staff working in the lobby were always friendly and helpful. It is a hotel that I can recommend to everyone when they come to visit Barcelona.

The experience at this hotel was very enjoyable. Staff at the reception / restaurant were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The room was all we needed, only comment was no safe box for valuables, otherwise all good.

Excellent hotel in terms of service and friendliness, close to the subway which means you can get to all places in Barcelona very quickly. The hotel deserves at least one more star, very satisfied, believe me I know what I'm talking about, my wife and I visited a lot of hotels and some 4 star hotels they could be ashamed.

The hotel is very well located. The two important metro lines L1 & L4 are at walking distance. All the touristic attractions are reachable in a few minutes. The beach is just 10 mins via bus from the hotel. The best part of the hotel is that if the rooms are ready, they allow early check-in and on the check out day, you can keep your luggages in storage room and come back later to collect it in the evening. This is something I highly appreciate for the Ibis. We had a nice time at Ibis.

This was a nice clean hotel that was just a few blocks away from a couple of subway entrances. The rooms were comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early but our rooms were ready and they allowed us to check in which was very much appreciated after 9 hours of travel. The breakfast was simple, but filling most days there was a good selection of breads, jams, tea and coffee. They also offered eggs, bacon and sausage. It was all buffet style. We tend to stay at locations that offer breakfast as a part of the stay to save on spending on at least one meal a day and this one was satisfactory. The location was a bit distant from the center of town and seemed to be in a more residential part of town, however a 20-30 minute ride on the metro took you right to the heart of town. But because it was away from the tourist areas it was really nice and quiet. They had a bar where the breakfast was served and patio seating which was nice if you want to come back and have a casual drink at the end of a busy sightseeing day. There were little grocers just a block or two away where you could pick up snacks or drinks. No coffee, tea, fridge or microwave in the rooms. But they had some amenities in case you forgot to bring a razor, toothbrush or cotton swabs. I would stay here again especially after figuring out how to get around the town. It’s also very close to a Hop on Hop off Bus stop.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The room was very clean and appropriate for the price. All the hotel staffs was very friendly (reception, bar and breakfast) The breakfast was very variated, with good quality food. Finally the hotel was very well located for a weekend in Barcelona (1 hour from the airport and 20 minters from the center of Barcelona with public transportation) There is a shopping mall two minutes appart where you can find restaurants, shops, … We really recommended this good quality/price hotel for your next stay in Barcelona

We loved the hotel! The decor, the breakfast was good especially the tortilla. The room was great size and the shower was great. Only complaint would be the heat in the room. The only way to cool the room was to open the window. We are Canadian, I'm sure a European would not have the same feeling.

The hotel is located very near to two subway station, which was main reason to choose it. The rpm is standard, but it’s absolutely enough for tourists, especially if you are out and about all day long. And what’s best - you get a great start of the day with a really good breakfast. We recommend it.

The hotel is OK if it is only for a sleep over. Rooms are fine but not always 100% cleaned (found in the toilet floor hair and pflaster from probably the previous person). The reception personal are friendly. The hotel is sitated in between two Metro/train lines with some walking distance and a lot of constructions in between. The small restaurant is OK however the personal cannot speak English and there was also problems with the change after payment, which was not a nice experience.

Everything was very good. Nice area to stay. Metro station was just a 1-2 minutes from the hotel. Small but pleasant and very clean room. Excellent breakfast with variety of food.

Excellent choice and great value for money.Room size is ok but not enough room for luggages,I've kept them under the bed..bathroom is decent.. Breakfast is very good and fresh..the hotel and the rooms are very clean. The best though is the location,very nice and safe area, with all services around,loads 9f metro and bus stations and shopping centres around..would totally consider booking again...

A very affordable and well maintained hotel with comfortable, clean and well lit rooms, very accessible to the city centre. The location is walkable to Glories Tram station, so one could use the public transport as well. Amazing connectivity 24/7 by taxi as well. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Though we did not know much of Spanish, the staff spoke good English and helped us learn some Spanish. The common area was very spacious and many people used it to work as well. The recreational area was well equipped with Table Tennis Table and Foose Ball, which helped spend some free time chilling. The breakfast offered is one of the best at a very cost-effective rate. Amazing choice, great quality and delicious. All in all a 5-star experience. So if you are in Barcelona for vacation, staycation or for business, this hotel is a good choice.

The hotel is comfortable however the lobby has an oil stench. The housekeeping of the room is not good… room floors are dirty after the cleaning was done… bottle caps on the floor… breakfast is basic for €10… the whole area has the roads dug up…road work and construction happening.

So nice place to stay in. Near the beach (1km) rooms are comfy, bathroom is clean. Breakfast are regular ones, they have good juices. We had problem with getting card, so we were placed in our rooms and after 1h everything was fixed. Near the hotel there is some places to do small shopping even on Bank Holiday.

The room is a very standard Ibis room. However, for some reason, neither my girlfriend not I slept comfortably. The bathroom was brand new which is a very good thing and the position is excellent: close to bus stops, subway stations and many places that can be reached on foot.

Clean room, excelent caffeteria downstairs with kind and helpful staff. Even though the check in was at 14 they gave us the room ready at 11. They even have luggage lockers. The area is more quite that the center and I really apreciated that. Close to the hotel it’s an alley that goes right to the beach (15 minutes walk). Thing that can be improved: the window from the room cannot be open and the air conditioning didn’t work. Should be a way to vent the room.

4th time I stay here. Gym and Breakfast very good. Room less clean. First room very noisy (3AM people music from the street) , needed to call twice to speak with reception to ask if I needed to call the police. Following day I needed to ask (no follow up) to have the room changed. Second room (ground floor)was quiet but with almost no water in the shower

The staff is very nice. The cleaning of the rooms can be better. We had a problem in the first room they gave us with the AC since it was dropping water at the room entrance. Good, affordable place mainly to have a place to sleep. The breakfast included was ok. Be carefull when you leave the parking since the ticketing machine is alonside the parking slots and not at the gate as usual. The ramp is very narrow so it's difficult to go back.

Very pleasantly surprised by 2* ranked hotel. Very modern, well organized staff, friendly and helpful. Parking (12eur a day). Breakfast, small but very reasonable and tasty (9eur). Rooms small but Ok, good air-conditioning. Bathrooms small but good quality, clean, not too worn down. A little dirty in the rooms, but there is turn down service.

I think it's not price worthy for what it is and for Ibis standards. There's no safe nor fridge in the rooms. Breakfast is ok, very basic offer. Location is good for the beach.

Pros: A good deal for the price. The hotel is 10 mins away from 2 metro lines stations, from a mall with supermarket and also from a street full with shops and restaurants that will take you to the beach in 15 minutes. Lots of small shops near the hotel also. Cons: On arrival the room was dusty especially on the floor and under the bed.
