Hotel has good location, really close to Sagrada, many restaurants around, most of the time we just walk around and saw many things. However, rooms inside of building (1 room on each floor) were little bit darker for me, but everything else was good. People from front desk were so nice. I was really surprised about breakfast, good selection, nice place.

A very decent hotel just walking distance from Sagrada Familia. The room is big enough for a family with one kid and the table is converted into an extra bed. Breakfast buffet was offered at 10e for adult and 5e for kid. Staffs are helpful and quick. We like the breakfast because it offered many choices of bread, jambon and tea and coffee. It takes about 5 minutes walk to Metro station and just opposite is the bus stop with direct bus to famous spot. Definately a good place to stay in Barcelone.

The location is excellent, close to metro and bus stations. Walking distance to the famous Sagrada Familia. There are a few convenient stores close by. The room itself is very simple/minimal. There is a cafeteria on main floor so that you can have breakfast there instead of going out. The staff are very friendly. I gave it 4 stars mainly based on the location and people there not the hotel rooms.

Me and my wife arrived on 20.07.2023 at 11-00 pm, i got the room and while trying to enter the room (number 503) the locker is not working properly, I went down to check if the card is not working then the receptionist said (the card is working you need to pull the handle up first till you hear a click then down) !!!! Ok, I was tired, finally after 5-7 minutes of trying to open the door with this ”technique” I entered the room, first thing I took a shower, and once I looked through the window , I realized something is wrong, it’s a back view room!! That’s not the room I booked!!! I went down to the receptionist who said: the room you booked on the website, will not look exactly as it is in reality, I said; I booked a city view room, this is a back view!! And I showed him the booking on All Accor application. He said; ok will change it in the morning. I said why should I stay till the morning to correct your mistake?! He said; because you (I) used the bathroom!!!!!! I said; sure I used the bathroom once I arrived, how does this make me stay in the room till the morning ?!!!! I said I will go outside for a minute and when I am back I will be leaving the room and you need to tell me a solution to this. When I am back, he asked if I only used the bathroom, I said yes, he asked if the bed is good and tidy, I said yes. He changed our room to another room (512) same floor, it was city view, this is the room I booked, and now will get some sleep, the AC was not working …… I continued my stay that will not happen again in this hotel

The issue with Ibis in Barcelona is there's 3. And the names are too similar as they get corrected when you search. Walked 30 minutes to the wrong one. €12 taxi to the next wrong one then a 15 minute walk to the correct one.

We had a pleasant stay at Ibis Sagrada Familia. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The check-in service was efficient and accommodating, ensuring a smooth start to our stay.

Be careful if you make a reservation by their app “Accor all” I made a reservation in hotel ibis sagrada familia and they added a new reservation to other hotel (obviously ibis hotel) they told me that they made that charge cause I never arrived, but the point is that I never made a reservation in the other ibis hotel, just in sagrada familia….. just be careful

Clean, great breakfast and great location. Friendly staff. Private underground parking for 19 euro a day. I’d stay again. Standard ibis quality - basic and meets needs for a nice stay. Quiet, and good bed + pillow too but this is of course subjective. English spoken very well.

We stayed at this hotel with my partner as part of our Spain and Portugal trip in August 2022. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to Sagrada Familia and the metro station. There are several eateries around the hotel and they serve basic but adequate breakfast to start your day. The room was clean and tidy as expected from Ibis or in general from all Accor Hotels

As an Accor Gold member, I have stayed in multiple Ibis hotels and this one was the best check in experience I ever had. Adrian went above and beyond and would like to thank him again for his help during our check in. The hotel is in a good location with shops all around it. The room is a bit more spacious than most Ibis hotel. The TV though was old and small. Overall it was a very good stay.

The room was tidy, I was super surprised about the price of the room given the supreme location - walking distance to the sagrada familia (we even say the crane from our window) and the proximity to the metro and buses to be able to move around the city. The breakfast was lovely and kept us full till lunch. I would come back here. I was just a bit disappointed that there was no complementary water in our room, as I know other rooms did have it.

Great central location. Thirty minute walk to the Barcelona Cathedral, Picasso Museum and Park Güell. Fifteen minutes to the Casa Batlla and La Pereda. Rooms were good size with plenty of storage. Excellent restaurants nearby-within a few blocks. Sagrada Familia was two blocks away. When a taxi was needed the staff called the taxi company for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect. Rooms were big enough with view of the Sagrada familia. I would prefer more variety of savory breakfast

Great location, in the very center of Barcelona, just around the corner there is the Sagrada Familia. We loved our stay: the hotel is beautiful, newly built, with modern and elegant furniture. Very comfy room. The staff is AMAZING!!! A special thank you to Jorge and the other guy at the reception, very kind, helpful, and competent. We definitely recommend this wonderful place and we can't wait to come back!

Great location, friendly staff. Wifi dropped in and out a little. Seemed to be a black spot for mobile network coverage as well. Really comfy beds.

The hotel itself is a 2 minute walk from Sagrada Familia! The staff are nice and the rooms are spacious enough. The hotel itself has a skyline and so is very well lit and comfortable to be in. Well connected to all public transportation.

It's a bucket hotel; basic facilities at reasonable cost. Lovely, helpful people on reception, kind staff throughout. And only one block from the Sagrada Familia. No frills but I'd certainly stay there again.

Excellent location and one of the best Ibis hotels that I have stayed in. Just a short walk away from La Sagrada Familia (could even partially see it from my room!) and easy access to the rest of Barcelona. Perfect as a base and for the price of rooms you really can not complain. The staff that I talked to at reception and the bar were all helpful and kind.

Had a wonderful stay here. We visited for our wedding anniversary, and we're extremely touched by the beautiful gesture by the hotel staff who kept an anniversary surprise in our room. They also organised a lovely rooftop sit-down with a bottle of Cava as a special gesture. Words can't describe how nice they were, the best service we've experienced at any Ibis so far. The rooms are beautiful, some have a design that is a tribute to Gaudi architecture. The concierge gave us a city map and explained various train and bus stops. The breakfast is very average, only some breads, boiled eggs, meats and fruits (and standard coffee machine), if you are a tourist it may be easier to visit nearby cafes for breakfast. The rooms are extremely clean, and the location is just perfect since it is just a short walk away from La Sagrada Familia as well the train station. Lots of excellent restaurants and cafes nearby as well. Can wholeheartedly recommend a stay here!

The location of the hotel is good, you are next of the metro (around 7 minutes of walk). It's also very close from the Sagrada Famila (1 block). The breakfast is simple and nice. The room is simple and clean.

The FIVE Star Staff and impeccable location! We stayed at this hotel with my family. My son (11 y.o.) said that he never had such a magnificent experience (and we travelled four continents with him). I don't know where to start - it was the greatest experience we had during our trips so far. The hotel is at the corner of Sagrada Familia, it has parking if you are travelling by car. The rooms are extremely clean and the mattresses very comfortable. Breakfast is simple but fresh and served with a smile. The neighbourhood is safe. But the real treasure of this nice hotel are its people. Never met so kind, caring and positive staff in my travel experience so far. To start from the smooth communication before arrival ... during booking process they were always responsive and attentive. During our stay my son had a birthday and the staff made this day unforgettable for us. Never had such a special start of the day and it is so far the most unforgettable experience for my son. He says that the hotel is full of angels. He calls it the Angels' hotel. The hotel and its staff made our stay at Barcelona perfect, memorable and great.

Location is very centric, walking distance from the iconic Sagrada. There's two metro stations near the hotel which is very convenient.

Breakfast was better than expected, but the AC wasn't working and the smell of the air freshener in the hallways was overpowering.

Clean, quiet and good location. There is no safe and tea cattle in the room even though they were listed on booking.com when I had booked the room.
