Stay
somewhere
else
and
save
yourself
the
time,
money,
and
frustration.
I
gave
this
review
two
stars,
even
though
the
Hotel
may
be
a
3
star.
It
is
definitely
not
a
4
or
5
star
by
any
means.
Check-in
was
fine.
Room
was
okay
size
but
here
were
our
issues.
The
room
was
not
cleaned.
There
was
sticky
liquid
or
some
substance
all
over
the
floor
as
soon
as
we
walked
in.
My
wife
then
put
our
bags
down,
called
the
front
desk,
then
took
off
her
shoes
to
then
cut
herself
on
a
shard
of
glass
that
was
on
the
floor
next
to
the
mini
bar.
Our
room
had
a
window,
but
it
opened
up
to
some
other
rooms
terrace.
If
those
people
wanted
to
use
their
terrace,
and
we
had
our
windows
open,
they
would
be
able
to
see
everything.
Due
to
our
trip
being
three
weeks,
we
needed
to
use
the
laundry
service.
We
willed
out
the
paperwork
and
requested
same
day
return.
Which
is
an
option
-
but
comes
with
an
extra
service
charge.
The
hotel
did
not
complete
the
laundry
the
same
day.
We
waited
till
the
next
day
and
called
the
hotel
services
to
see
where
it
was,
and
they
said
they
could
call
us
back.
They
never
did.
We
called
again
two
hours
later,
and
they
said
it
would
be
returned
in
the
afternoon.
We
left
for
a
few
hours
and
came
back
at
7pm.
The
laundry
still
was
not
returned.
We
called
yet
again,
and
the
staff
said
it
would
be
returned
in
30
min.
We
waited
two
more
hours
for
it
to
get
returned.
Thank
God,
since
our
flight
was
the
next
day
and
we
needed
to
leave
at
2am.
Please
just
go
somewhere
else.
The
most
impressive
thing
about
this
hotel
was
the
breakfast.
Otherwise,
I
would
have
stayed
somewhere
else.
I
will
be
informing
all
friends,
family,
and
coworkers
to
not
stay
here.
I
suggest
you
do
the
same.
Unless
you
like
throwing
money
down
the
drain
and
paying
for
sub-par
hospitality
services.
