Everything was perfect. I had a twin room with a nice beach view. The breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was the elevator (which makes a very frightening noise) but overall everything okay. If I ever visit barcelona again I will definitely come back.

"Is this really a 4-star hotel?" was our first thought. It looks nice from outside. It's close to a metro station. But the rooms were disappointing. Minibar had nothing in it probably because of the vending machine straight outside the hotel room. The staff was very friendly and nice. The bathroom was OK. Didn't understand the design as the water goes everywhere. The floors in the shower were also very slippery which is not safe at all. The towels could be better. They looked a little bit old and worn off. Also, no hand soap. Only shower gel and shampoo. The beds had a very strange duvet. You can see on the pictures that it was kind of a blanket in between the sheets... Luckily the AC worked well. There was no information about room service or which number to call to the reception either. (It was in the elevator, but not in the rooms) A good 3 star hotel, but for me it was not enough to be a 4 star hotel.

Breakfast was a disaster! Waited 20 minutes to be seated, and then when I asked him to bring out more croissants and he said, " No more." How is that acceptable as the breakfast ends at 10H30, and it was 09H50 ?! We have to eat whatever is left ? I paid the full amount for the breakfast, but I don't get the full breakfast ?

Definitely not a 4 stars. Several weaknesses encountered during my journey bring me to this conclusion. I explain why here: Room: furniture is outdated with several damages. The sink is crooked: water may go on the floor while you clean yourself. The window of the shower is not waterproof anymore and so a lot of water goes outside. Also, walls were dirty. Cleaning: very bad point. Curtains were dirty (very disgusting) and I found a lot of long woman hair on the floor, among towels, bed sheets (I am a man….). Breakfast: you may find the buffet quite empty as it is not refurbished quickly. Glasses are not always available (I drunk orange juice using a small cup). Plates were quite dirty with fingers staines (I am assuming they just remove food from previous customers and bring them back) During my journey, after filling an online survey, I have been contacted by the director who was really kind. But unfortunately issues still exist.

Reading comments from before, this is not the same hotel. The rooms are clean and partially renovated, AC working without problems. Sheets and towels are changed every day or every second day. For a deposit of 5 euros, you get a clean towel every day for the beach. I write about minor things and damage in the room in the email and they were solved all same day. Safe in the room looks solid and is insured. Mini fridges are a great plus. Above all else, everyone in the hotel was polite and nice, and try to help with anything we asked for. Good location between beach and city centre to commute by foot. Kind staff, very good cleaning service every day! We stayed for five nights! Plenty tasty choises at breakfast and good coffe selection! There is fridge and kettle in the room, it’s a plus! I will visit again this hotel! Thank you 🙏🏻

I was completely satisfied with my stay. The rooms are clean, there is a kettle and coffee, a safe and even a kit with a toothbrush. As I noticed, plumbing is poorly cleaned everywhere in Spain, which is why my first room with a standing shower was instantly replaced with a room with a bath. Good cleaning every day and always new towels even if they are not on the floor. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night with the window open( I don't like an a/c). The staff allowed to leave the luggage on the last day after the check-out. And it pretty closed to my favorite beach - Bogatell!

Stayed for 4 nights, and the hotell is OK. The location is great, both close to the beach, and close to public transport. The hotell looks modern, but is starting to show some wear in the room and bathroom. The breakfast was fine, but ut was not a lot to choose from, and it took some time they refilled empty things. If you go early for breakfast it seems you will likely get old bread from the day before. There were loud construction work in the breakfast area during breakfast our whole stay. The cleaning of the rooms could be better, we had to ask for the sheets to be changed, even though the reception said they changed them daily. We tried putting them on the floor, but they were just put back on. They also use brown blankets as duvet, impossible to know og it's clean. The worst thing is that a card that was inn the card switch by the door, was taken from the room the second day, and was not returned. So don't leave anything valuable behind, it might get stolen. I take away 2,5 stars from my normal rating for this.

The hotel looks quite good. The room I used (for 3) was enough for our needs as we were away during the day and coming back at night for the sleep. What is to be improved is the bathroom as it requires some improvements (wash hand basin has a bad form as the water doesn't flow as it should, and some pipes needs more attention) The food on the breakfast was the same for almost every day but I think everyone could find something to eat without too much trouble. The cleaning in the room was made almost every day. The hotel is close to the beach, to the metro station Llacuna (L4) and to some bus stations. Also it is close to the Rambla del Poblenou a nice spot for walking.

There is no way that this hotel can be a 4 star hotel. Old and damaged furnitures in the rooms. The breakfast was weak and the staffs who served it were grumpy. The two stars that I gave to this hotel is due to very kind lady who work in the afternoon shift, she was very helpful and another one beacause of its distance to beach and metro.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. One can clearly see upon arrival that this hotel is mildly dated, from the old Samsung televisions, to the tiling. However, this mild drawback is more than made up for by the absolutely fantastic customer service. From the check-in desk, where we were helped by the lovely man Ruben after a slight booking error, to the cleaning staff who had a very warm attitude towards the customers. The rooms were fairly clean, and some of the views you can get on the higher floors are incredible. The one issue that I would suggest improving upon is that absolutely dismal WiFi speed. This hotel constantly advertises 'free wifi', however, it is basically unusable. Beyond these minor drawbacks, and excellent experience in an excellent hotel.

Nice little hotel. Good value for what you pay. Metro is only a 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was ok. I was there as soon as they opened the service so I did not see it too busy. Rooms are comfortable and clean. My only complaint was the elevator. It was very noisy, and it made you feel insecure. I asked at the reception, and they told me they were waiting on some parts to be replaced. Good little hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Must be much more alive in summertime.

Nice hotel, fairly convenient location but not much in close proximity for restaurants etc. Room was comfortable. As others have mentioned (even with overflow breakfast in the lobby) the dining room gets very busy and crowded. One coffee machine is really insufficient for the number of diners - it can be a 5 minute wait or more to get coffee. Last hotel we stayed in had 3 coffee machines - smart!

The hotel is very well located, close to the beach, shops and a Mc Donald's restaurant. In the room I had available the cosmetics necessary for hygiene and a safe to store valuables. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. I didn't like one aspect, the fact that the parquet floor was a bit dusty, it should be dusted before receiving guests.

Hotel in perfect location, 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the next metro-station. Rooms are clean and nice, sometimes a bit noisy, depends on to which side it is located but overall no complain. Nice stuff, very helpful. Breakfast is the weak part here, usual very busy in the room, tight, more or less basic offers, coffee machine too small for that demand, need to be improved.

I stayed here as it was close to a number of restaurants by the beach. The rooms are pretty basic (i'd say 3 star) but the staff were very friendly and spoke good english. The lifts are tempromental and make a loud noise that you can hear in your room (which woke me up early in the morning).

Advantages: - Very friendly and helpful staff - Close to the beach, literally 5 min walk - An option to rent a beach towel and sun umbrella for 10€ deposit - very useful Disadvantages: - The rooms definitely need a refreshing. Dirty walls, old bathroom. - BREAKFAST. Cold food on breakfast. The breakfast starts at 07:30, we came at 07:35, the omelette had been cold already. The variety of food is poor. Even less options for vegetarians (only fruits and vegetables) - Breakfast area. The hotel has 5 floors. The first floor is dedicated for a breakfast - a very tiny area that is not suitable to contain all hotel guests. Once we came around 9 and had to wait to get a free table. The concept is pretty annoying.

We didn't book an accessible room as they don't have one that accommodates three guests, although the room itself is absolutely gorgeous with the breathtaking views. The bathroom door opened into the toilet meaning there was completely no access for me in my hoist. Not recommended for those with limited mobility

This place is next to a cemetery and away from center of the town. Breakfast comes with room but it is nothing to rave about. Rooms are clean but showers are open on one side without curtains and water runs on the floor when you’re talking shower.

Very nice location, friendly staff. But I would expect better for a 4 star hotel. The room was not equiped with some stuff I'd expect in a 4 star hotel. The minibar was empty. After I finished instant coffee sachets they were not replaced by new ones.
